I highly recommend Noreen for the most luxurious facials and skin care. I have had the privilege of being pampered by Noreen. She is knowledgeable and has transformed my oily, large pore skin to glowing, healthy and youthful skin. In my youth I used a "buff puff" to try and scrub away the oil. Unfortunately, it resulted in larger pore size and makeup/foundation looked horrible on my face. Over time with treatment, facials and care by Noreen, my skin has never looked better. I'm 65 and I look and feel years younger. Not only does Noreen take care of your skin, she gives you the knowledge and tools to maintain your skin to look and feel your best! Noreen also has the most gentle touch and is so much fun to be around. After a facial or treatment, I am relaxed and ready to party! I pray she will never retire. read more

To say I'm a freakshow about skincare is an understatement. I spent most of the '80s in a tanning bed and have spent most of my adult life trying to undo the damage. I don't even want to add up what I've spent over the years--and there's nothing I resent more than paying good money for superficial improvements that don't last. Enter Noreen. She came highly recommended by a friend, and from my very first appointment, I felt like I hit the jackpot. Her services, products, and depth of knowledge are absolutely amazing--and my skin has never looked better. But Noreen isn't just a skincare genius. She's a truly good human. She radiates warmth, and her space is cozy, welcoming, and peaceful. There's a reason she's booked out the way she is. Go see her. You will not regret it. read more

I try to treat myself to a facial at least once a year to maintain healthy self care and Mama Siao has become the my go to specialist throughout the years. It is more than a facial you are getting it is the entirety of the experience which makes it all the more worth it. Whatever service you are planning to get I am guaranteed you will be happy I am walking proof. Mama Siao goes above and beyond to make sure that her clients skin is well maintained and does a deep dive into what the skincare plan will be and follows up afterwards. I have gone to see other specialist before and honestly none of them compare to the treatment I received through Noreen skincare. After my treatment I always leave feeling motivated and ready to take on the world with amazing skin that feels actually invested in. read more

I've been seeing Noreen regularly for a year now, every 6-10 weeks, and I've tried a variety of services: custom facials, dermaplaning, diamond microdermabrasion, oxygen facials, and I'm scheduled for nano needling next month. Every treatment has been thoughtful and tailored to what my skin needs at the time. Noreen is calm, professional, and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate that she listens and adjusts based on what I have going on. Before a networking event, she added her 3-step red carpet service to give me a boost. When I had a beach vacation coming up, she made sure to avoid a peel, knowing it wouldn't be ideal with sun exposure. These little adjustments show how much she cares about doing what's best for her clients. After a light peel, a friend told me I had that "perfect hamburger bun glow," couldn't ask for a better compliment. Noreen consistently delivers a high-quality, relaxing experience. I always leave feeling cared for, and I recommend her highly. read more

I'm so glad I got to book a facial appointment with Noreen! I booked my appointment last minute just before the holidays and thankfully she was able to accommodate my last minute request. My friend recommended her when I was visiting from out of town, and I figured I'd treat myself for the holidays! I have never got a facial before so I was excited to see what they are all about. The facial was such a treat! My whole face felt more pampered than it had ever felt. She takes the time to make your treatment individualized to your skin type and preferences too, I loved that. I have oily skin she she was able to explain the different products to me and why they are good for my skin type. The facial lasted over an hour, and starts out with a nice cleanse then steam. After that, she picks a mask out based on your skin type and follows it with an amazing aromatherapy massage. Next time you need a facial, I highly recommend Noreen! She is so welcoming, warm, and professional. She will make you feel so pampered, you will leave feeling like you're on cloud 9. Also, her spa is conveniently in downtown Bellevue so you can do some shopping or grab a bite to eat right then walk to your appointment. I will definitely be going back! read more

I've been seeing Noreen Skincare regularly starting at the beginning of the year and I've seen a dramatic change in my skin. Mama Siao listened to me, analyzed my skin, and then suggested a comprehensive skincare routine & facial strategy to get me feeling good again... and it has worked! I can't recommend Noreen Skincare enough! My skin has never been happier! The skincare lines she carries are top notch! Noreen is a dream! I've had problem skin since I was a teenager, and since I moved to Washington she's the only one I trust with my skin. She's amazing at what she does, extremely knowledgable, and a true professional. My skin is the best it's every been. TIP: Her appointments get booked MONTHS in advance (because she's that good!). Noreen is an absolute gem and I'm so happy I found her. I look forward to her appointments weeks in advance and every aspect of the facial is so well thought out and professional. She has great skincare lines she uses and gets every detail right, from the relaxing, spa feeling of her space, to the chocolates and customized bags you walk away with. She really takes the time to get to know your skin and each time I walk away my skin is smoother and more hydrated. She customizes each appointment to what is needed based on what I've been doing and what season it is. I also love our chats throughout the facial, although I'm sure if you wanted to zone out in silence she would do that to. Also, I feel the facials are reasonably priced. Don't miss out on Noreen - she will be your new favorite appointment to book. Can't wait for my next one!!! read more

I am so glad I found this place. Went in for an LED and brightening treatment after my flight from NYC (and wine tasting). Noreen performed a complete assessment which included a hydration test. Never heard of this before and was re-educated on hydration (thank you!) Enjoyed the pumpkin exfoliation and hyaluronic acid infusion. Aside from an exceptional facial, I wanted to underscore that Noreen has an absolute genuine interest in "your" skin care and leaves you with knowledge on how to care for your skin. Located in Downtown Bellevue and has free parking. Made my appointment via google. Although I do not work in Bellevue, she mentioned she also provides mini-facials that business clients frequent during their lunch. read more

Had my first facial with Noreen (and not the last). She spent the time looking at the condition of my skin, hearing my concerns, and customized a facial treatment to meet and exceed those needs. The Pumpkin face mask had a nice tingle and you know that it is getting rid of all the dead skin cells so that the serums and moisturizers will be most effective. One week after my facial, I had a client at my work comment on how nice my skin looked. I have been using the Aloe Rose toner and Suntegrity 5 in 1 moisturizer which offers a tint and evens out my complexion. I also picked up a bt-cocktail serum moisturizer set that has been adding more moisture an luminosity to my skin! If you want someone who takes the time to offer a personalized treatment, go see Noreen! read more

My skin glows! Noreen is awesome! She took really really good care of my skin! My hydration level doubled after a customized facial treatment that designed specially for me by Noreen! It's a brand from Germany. It smells so good and I love how my skin feels afterward. Highly recommended! Thank you! read more

Noreen is absolutely amazing! I have been going to her for the last eight months in preparation for my upcoming wedding and she has been keeping my skin in tip top shape for all of my bridal events. I typically do a signature facial with her every other month and recently did a dermaplane with her before my hair and makeup trial. Not only was I relaxed during the entire appointment but my face was silky smooth for several days afterwards and my makeup looked great for my trial. Thanks, Noreen, for always keeping my skin glowing, especially amidst all my wedding planning and everything in between! read more

Coming to Mama Siao is the best decision I've ever made in 2022. She is not only talented and skillful in providing the best quality skincare treatments, but also kind, caring, and thoughtful in getting to know her clients. I knew I will be in good hands the moment I met Mama Siao. She did a thorough consultation, listened to my needs, answered my questions, and made great skincare recommendations. I have never had a facial before but I can say after seeing Noreen, I'm a convert. As someone who pretty regularly gets massages, I know that treating your body with care is essential. From understanding your personal routine, allergies, and more to actually curating something that's meant especially for you is a treat I'm not used to. So often in health/beauty spaces I've felt like I've gotten a one size fits all treatment but not here. I truly felt like Noreen wanted to know both my needs and wants.
