If you're not early and waiting, you're late. I love the services here but the booking is an absolute cattle call lined up every 15 min. I waited weeks for this appointment and received this message as I was walking in from the parking lot 3 min late. I have previously waited 20 min when they were delayed and had no issue w it. Another time I was 7 min late (traffic) but paid for my session anyway. I do understand that a business needs to keep customer bookings on time but the experience of being cancelled 3 min in was beyond extreme, that could be the difference between 2 people's watch's. You need to set expectations of how early you want clients to show up and wait so that they will not be considered late and cancelled. read more

So this review is a little late but I feel compelled to share with others my experience. About 3 years ago I went for a consult to see if Cool Sculpting might be a good option for the abdominal fat I had acquired after a twin pregnancy and chemo drugs several years before. I was assured by a very slim, perky woman that I would be an ideal candidate and that she felt certain I would need just one "round" of treatment. After my treatment I was numb and my skin itched from being frozen. I was excited to see the change that was surely coming. I was told it could take months after the treatment to see the results. I waited, and waited but saw no change. I'm not very over weight. Normal BMI and maybe 20lbs to lose but was wanting to get rid of some abdominal fat. That definitely didn't happen. When I went back for a follow up I was told I'd benefit from another "round". (Ie. Another $6,000). What?! The first $6,000 treatment did nothing but I'm gonna shell out another $6K to see if that might help. I don't think so. They had a senior staff person come in to talk with me and though I could tell she was being careful about what she said, she admitted that I didn't get the results that were discussed and she acknowledged that the person who did the initial consultation was sometimes "overly optimistic" about what kind of results were likely to be achieved (that person no longer worked there). She said with the loose skin from my pregnancy, she wasn't surprised that the treatment wasn't successful. But wait, didn't your employee tell me I was not only a good candidate, but would only require one round of treatment, and didn't another employee just try to sell me another round? Eventually, I had a conversation with a manager who explained that they didn't guarantee results and the best they could do was offer me partial credit toward another service. I didn't want another service. I just wanted my abdominal fat reduced. The manager was adamant that they had held up their end of the bargain and there was nothing more to be done about it. I understand that they can't guarantee results but to have none after being excitedly assured by their professional staff that I was a great candidate and then to have the other employee try to convince me to pay a second time for the same treatment in hopes of getting better results sure didn't sit well with me. After multiple frustrating conversations and my promise to hire an attorney, they eventually agreed to refund 50% of the $6,000. Some may think I should be happy with that but I recently talked to several people who had similar experiences with Cool Sculpting and it got me thinking again about the women who are trying hard to look and feel better only to be disappointed. I got a tummy tuck last year and that's what I'd recommend to anyone on the fence. Cool Scultping may work for some but I found the results incredibly disappointing and I don't think for one minute that Advanced Skin and Body cared in the slightest as long as they got to keep my money. I may have gotten $3,000 back but they still kept the other $3,000 for absolutely nothing on my end. Just sharing in hopes of saving someone else from having a similar experience. Oh, also, it's always 50% Off which is just a scam. No way anyone pays $12K for that! read more

This will be an updated review, I have a concerning experience with this center. I had 40 units of Botox put in yesterday and I'm not seeing the best results. To start off while I was in the chair the nurse Felicia didn't map out my forehead with a medical pen. She just went straight in with the needle. I've been doing Botox for 2 years and have never had anyone do that approach. I normally get Botox done in Mexico at a medical Center and the gentleman I get it done by there takes the time to map out my forehead with a medical pen and check to make sure that the points are even before he touches me with a needle this was never done during my procedure. I know it can take some time to see the full results but in the past by the end of the day of the procedure to the next day I usually can't move most to all of my forehead. I still have full mobility. And during the consultation Felicia assured me 40 units would give me the results I wanted because I was open to getting more if needed. For the price I expected better ($14 a unit VS my usual $6 he normally does it for $10) since they are the most expensive place I've found and are in the US. I'll update in a few days if things change but so far I'm pretty disappointed. Headache persisted afterward, I've never gotten headaches before Update: 3-24-24 By the end of the second day the left side of my forehead is reacting to the Botox and the right is not reacting so my forehead at the moment is lopsided. Hopefully there will be more change by tomorrow. Bottom line. I'm not happy every time I've gotten Botox before I've had a nearly instant result with the same amount of units. And the effects are even. Headaches continued Morning of 3-25-24 Still only have mobility on the right side of my forehead and slightly less on the left. See picture. Still experiencing slight headache. Update 3-25-24 11:54am Talked to the Nurse, it didn't seem like she was happy with my review, but that's what this platform is for, I'm just telling my experience. I have a follow up in 2 weeks first time I've ever had to have a follow up. My two new concerns is how Jennifer told me someone with 13 years experience didn't need to do the mapping out process, to me that sounds like skipping a step and whether if you're a beginner or an expert, you should be thorough. My newest concern was when I was talking to Felicia she said because of the price I get my Botox done from my doctor in Mexico and how effective it was she didn't think it was actually Botox....I did my research on the doctor in Mexico and the facility. Just because it's in Mexico doesn't mean it's a back alley facility. But it does make me question why is it more effective, quicker acting and last longer than here? read more

I am so happy with the treatments of cool sculpting. It works and it has (with my dieting changes) alleviated my back pain, my clothes fit better, and most importantly, has helped my confidence. Thank you for making it possible to feel better about myself. The actual treatments were explained well and the gentleness of the practitioners made me feel cared for. My pain threshold lowered as weight dropped off and I could feel the cold more during that time. After my 2nd session I wasn't expecting the results to be as drastic as the 1st. It seemed like the 1st treatment went so well that there wouldn't be much more that amazing machine could do. However, within a month I felt like my waist was shrinking AGAIN! After 2 months, even more. I thought I'd upload a picture of my belt to show where I'm at 5 months after my second session!!! This is, hands down, is the best place to get this treatment done. Unless you are booking a Botox appt this place is a hard pass for me. After cool sculpting sessions I developed numerous hard masses on my stomach and torso. They are pushing on my internal organs and are extremely painful. To remove the masses and reconstruct the damage will cost me over $20,000. After numerous emails (phone calls are never returned) the manager Elhem, has offered to pay $12,000 towards the cost of fixing this botched procedure. According to her this is the MAX they will pay. Which does not come close to covering the cost, let alone the constant pain that this has caused. When there is a problem is when you experience the true merit of a company. The lack of concern for my wellbeing, their unwillingness to resolve this issue which was caused by their botched procedure, speaks volumes to a lack of professionalism and ethical business practices. The procedure was performed over a year ago, and they have yet to return one call (apparently I've missed voice messages) emails are vague and Elhem has refused to escalate this problem to anyone higher then herself. I came in for my appointment and was greeted right away and was offered a beverage. Jen, my esthetician, took great care of me, and I could tell she really loved what she was doing. My skin looked and felt amazing. I noticed they had a sign up in the lounge area for cool sculpting. I decided to inquire about it before I left, and the owner, Jennifer Washburn, ended up giving me a consultation on the spot. I decided to get my abdomen and flanks treated. A little about myself: I'm 34 years old, 5'4" and 120 lbs. I'm pretty close to my ideal weight. I had just been concerned with a couple areas of pudge I couldn't seem to get rid of with diet and exercise. Cool sculpting definitely helped reduce the little pockets of fat on my abdomen and flanks. I am super happy with my results. I only had one treatment per area, but I am considering having a second one just to seal the deal. I just want to say that Jennifer and her staff have won me over as a client for life!
