I came this Salon after having not gotten my eyebrows threaded since the pandemic started. They were very nice, took my temperature when I came in and had me rinse my mouth before getting my upper lip threaded. I forgot to bring cash and they were nice enough to let me leave and come back. It felt so nice to have my eyebrows groomed and defined again. I will definitely be returning! To the reviews that claim discrimination based on gender: to be culturally sensitive, this salon does not service men. In some middle eastern cultures/religions, women are not allowed to be seen by males without their hijab/hair covering. As this is a very small office space, this may be the case. I didn't know this was a cash only place. I got my service done and all I had was a debit card. I asked my husband to go get cash at a gas station and the women doing my eyebrows said "You can pay me next time." As nice as that was I was not going to not pay her. I sat down and she said "You can go with him. It's fine" Again, nice but nope. I'll wait until I can give her the money. Once he got back with the cash, I gave her a 10 dollar bill. QT salon practices covid measures so well. I have been going there for almost 3 months since pandemic and find it pretty safe. At a time only 3 customers are allowed in the salon. They check your temperature as you arrive. Customers are expected to wear masks all times. If you are getting anything done on face, Latha would provide mouth wash. They also take phone numbers and details for reference. Above all the service is excellent, Latha is very professional and follows all the measures above and beyond. Lata is a G when it comes to threading. This is now my second time I've visited this woman and I can review with certainty that she's the most consistent threader I've had in Seattle. Although I made the mistake of just showing up without an appointment (won't do that again) she was able to squeeze me in between her appointments. I've seen her take four phone calls all while threading me with a piece of thread stuck in her mouth and scheduling. Normally I'd be pissed off if anyone else did this but thankfully Lata is that skilled that she managed to still make my brows on fleek! No cash? No worries, I had a personal check on me. She gets the shape right every time and has me double check that she has done it the way I want. Alright. The only reason why i am giving it a 3 star is because they don't state their working hours anywhere in the Internet or on their answering machine. However their service is a 4 star! Lata does a good job with eye brows- the shape she makes is consistent - but there are times she over does it and ends up nicking my eyebrow bone and I walk out with small red spots. The price is great. And she's my go-to eyebrow lady. I just wishhhhhh they worked on weekends because now that I work all day five days a week I can't get to her in time. It would be great if she can accommodate working women too by putting in a few hours on the weekend if she can. I would love that. read more

They seem to be the cheapest place in Bellevue/Redmond to get your eyebrows threaded. They are located in this very old (lowkey sketchy) building but don't let that throw you off! They do a great job so I come by regularly. They are appointment only and I wish they had an online booking service because I usually think to book late at night when they are closed and I know the brow lady is always picking up calls and have seen a few complaints about that. I was in Bellevue for work purposes & needed to get my face threaded. Found this gem, called & was able to make an appointment for later that night. Prices are very reasonable (I paid 20$ full face!). You do have to have cash. I didn't have cash at the time when I got my face threaded, but the owner was very patient & let me leave and come back to pay. She was fast, not too much pain & got most of the hair. Very satisfied. They have parking available in a parking lot right in front of their shop. I had worst threading and waxing experience. I went there as one of my friends recommended and I had really bad threading experience with Sri Latha. I waited for 20 mins for threading and she made my eyebrows very thin and gave me a big cut on upper lips. When I said you gave me cut she said your pimple might have broken. I had no pimple on my face. Worst threading experience. Even I had waxing done that was also not good and I got burns on my hands which are still prominent after a week. I will post photos. The facial was good for $35 but not quiet environment for facial. There is a curtain next to you with another facial being done. She was very fast and cheap, but she didn't put anything on my eyebrows after she threaded (which they're supposed to do to reduce the redness and prevent inflammation), so I had a bad rash for a week. This was not my first time getting my eyebrows threaded so I know this reaction is not normal for my skin. She doesn't ask what you want and the whole process was very impersonal. Lata is fantastic. She's not much of a chit-chatter, gets you in and out in less than ten minutes and the way she threads isn't even painful! It's not fancy by any means but it's like a Toyota car- job well done at the best price. Lata, the owner is a nice lady and tries to accommodate as many customers as she can on a short notice. There are some hectic times like pre-festival season. As long as you make reservations about couple days in advance, you should be good. This is a basic beauty parlor so don't expect services like hair color (well except henna), hair cut/styling, etc. I am yet to try their facials but I have heard good reviews from others. Make sure you bring cash or checks as she does not accept credit cards. She has a few other helping hands but I would go with her or Farhana for eyebrows. I was referred to Latha by a friend. So far I've found her services to be really good and reasonably priced. The only reason why I deduct one star is bexause credit cards are not accepted here and some to mes when just two or three seevices cost you over 100 bucks you need to use a card. When it comes to services though Latha is really good in what she offers. Her bedside manners are also very good and she will indulge you in just enough talk to make you feel comfortable but not too much to make you uncomfortable.
