She is also great with responding promptly & about checking in to adjusting the frequency of appointments depending on where things are at with your hair growth as opposed to pushing a set schedule that may be less effective & lead to needing more sessions. I just finished the last of my sessions this week & am super happy with the results. I have been getting massages with Shanna for over a year now and I finally feel like I have found the person who knows my aches and pain. I can always trust when I go to her, she will get that kink out of the shoulder, hips wherever. For the past two months I have been dealing with horrible pain in my top part of my foot, went to urgent care, my foot doctor, got xrays and all they could tell me was it was probably arthritis flareup. I went today and ended up upgrading to a 90min deep tissue massage and Shanna went to town. It was the most painful yet wonderful massage I have had yet. As they say, no pain no gain. My insurance covers it, but the principle to overcharge is simply their MO. They also falsified their notes (per billing) and claimed they told me "the wart would take multiple treatments?!" ... it wasn't a wart but I am sure that is how they get away with over-billing. So disappointing. ... the list could go on with this place, but just know, they want to fill appointments but don't care about patient care. Doctors don't call back, concerns are disregarded (unless they can charge). I will never go back, I am over it.
