They care about their patients and their overall health rather than just cosmetologic issues. The location is great, easy for parking and their office is spacious and welcoming. Dr. Rachel Garton and Dr. Brenda Newman are both well trained experts in their field. I have seen both of them on separate occasions. They both are attentive to your needs, listening to the problem and they take the time to really examine you and find the best solution. Even despite being doctors they will call you to clarify prescription refills or even see how you are doing. This kind of humble kindness cannot be found anywhere. It helps that their expertise has really improved my dermatologic problems over the years. I would not go anywhere else. Their staff is also so kind and helpful and even their billing staff will work with you to help figure out issues. The nurse later asked me, "Do you want full face, or face and neck?" That's when I found out there was a price difference -- something the doctor did not explain to me. I only wanted my face done. I asked the nurse, and she honestly told me yes, the price would be lower without the neck. She was truthful. The doctor was not. Here's the thing: I didn't say anything at the time because I didn't want the nurse to get in trouble with her boss for telling me the truth. I stayed silent out of kindness -- to protect an honest employee. And I ended up paying whatever the doctor asked me. But after I left, I felt being deceived, this is not acceptable. And it gets worse. During the actual treatment -- while the doctor was holding the device on my face -- she was on WeChat, talking to her staff. She was literally multitasking while performing an important procedure on my face. This is beyond unprofessional. It's disrespectful, careless, and frankly, I have never seen any doctor work like this anywhere.
