The staff is warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, and the owner--who performs the injections--really takes the time to listen to what you want. Pricing is reasonable, and the location is great, surrounded by charming coffee shops. Update: Kaitlyn is also an amazing esthetician that recently got hired to their office. I had a facial and Dermaplane done and my skin looks and feels amazing after. She is so detail oriented and thorough, after the facial she asked me to take a picture of all the products I use and home and instructed me an essay long detailed steps on how often I should use those products and what should I use first to last, and if I was missing anything she would tell me. She never tried to sell hard on any of the products they carried. She's knowledgeable and patient. Will definitely continue to see her. read more

I highly recommend Vital Aesthetics for various strong reasons. As a beauty expert, I am always open to what is new as long as I feel it's safe. My first visit to VA with Thuan was excellent because I was informed from A-Z what the process I intended to get consisted of. Thuan was honest, transparent and assertive in every step of the consultation. Secondly, I barely felt the needle sting me. Please know that she is so cautious and aware of every single detail. I had never been provided with a numbing part before the process until I saw her. The difference is dramatic. Usually, fillers include lidocaine and that's what you get as far as numbing. Not here! She applies and injects a numbing product before the process which is a total game- changer. My final results exceeded my expectations and her after- care instruction were on point. I loved that she checked up on me some days after the process, showing genuine care. My visits to VA are always a source of joy because her humor makes me feel happy and relaxed. I love how I have my "aging under control" but still look natural, alert and happy. No more tired look for me and I finally feel like I can enjoy perfect facial harmony throughout.
