I had a wonderful experience getting an IPL treatment. Sydney did an excellent job--she was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. The med spa was warm, welcoming, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. I felt well taken care of from the moment I walked in. I'm so happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Sydney and this med spa to anyone considering an IPL or any other treatments. read more

I decided to look for a new aesthetician after a really disappointing experience with a "4-star" plastic surgeon in Bellevue (more like 2 stars if you actually sort through the reviews). Feel free to check out my other reviews so you don't waste your money. Vital Aesthetics is easily one of the most impressive spas I've come across. The staff is warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, and the owner--who performs the injections--really takes the time to listen to what you want. Pricing is reasonable, and the location is great, surrounded by charming coffee shops. I decided to try Daxxify instead of Botox this time, and I'm excited to see how it compares in terms of longevity. read more

I cannot say enough about my visit to Vital Aesthetics! It was my first cosmetic procedure and I saw Thuan for my lip fillers. She was very friendly and it made me feel comfortable. I appreciate that she took the time to educate me on aftercare and what to expect during the procedure . She is very knowledgeable, skilled and very detailed. My lips turned out better than I anticipated and I am in love with them. I will be back for all of my cosmetic procedures! read more

Update: Kaitlyn is also an amazing esthetician that recently got hired to their office. I had a facial and Dermaplane done and my skin looks and feels amazing after. She is so detail oriented and thorough, after the facial she asked me to take a picture of all the products I use and home and instructed me an essay long detailed steps on how often I should use those products and what should I use first to last, and if I was missing anything she would tell me. She never tried to sell hard on any of the products they carried. She's knowledgeable and patient. Will definitely continue to see her. read more

Went for the first time and felt I was really listened to. Expensive as all heck but worth it for the expertise! You want to have someone who knows what they're doing and you want them to be happy with a living wage. Will return! read more

Love Thuan, Victoria and the rest of the girls. They are all so warm, welcoming and helpful with tons of knowledge to share about what your goals are. I only discovered Vital Aesthetics last year and wished I had found them sooner. They offer so many different and fun services. I've gotten so many compliments with how skin looks. I also got help with my wrinkly belly button and continue to see improvement. Everyone...this is the place to go to pamper yourself and enjoy some "me" time. read more

I knew I needed to get started on a good skincare regimen for my wedding in July but I didn't know where to start. Thuan and Caitleen recommended PRF microneedling and I'm so glad they did. I was a little nervous at first, but they both answered all of my questions (there were a lot) and walked me through the entire process. I can't say enough great things about Thuan and Caitleen and I can't wait to be back for more treatments!! read more

The clinic is lovely and very convenient. Thuan Phan has an amazing personality and so skilled! Great place to start if you are new or just starting. The hardest part is finding the right professional that you can trust. She will only recommend what she thinks will be best options and the science behind it. As a medical professional myself, I understand the importance of that. She listened to my goals and really had me looking my best! WOW. Thuan will make sure you are happy with your results! read more

If you're seeking the fountain of youth and friendly and knowledgeable service, look no further! After getting Botox, threading, and lips, I look and feel 25 years younger! There's a before and after shot of me on the page and I'm thrilled with my results! She explained what she was doing throughout the procedure and I felt very comfortable and at ease. I get a lot of compliments from my friends and I have to give Thuan all the credit. She is awesome and she knows what she's doing! read more

I had a micro needling session with Thuan and am loving the results! I have very dry skin and sun damage. I met with thuan to discuss my skin goals and she explained the benefits to micro needling. I've gone through years of microdermabrasion and micro blading and have never had results like this! I was a little nervous because I don't have very high pain tolerance but Thuan made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Thank you thuan for making my skin so beautiful and soft! read more

I felt comfortable right away with Thuan. I could tell she was knowledgeable and confident with her suggestions and explanations of my service. It was my first time seeing her and I will be back! I found her by doing a Yelp search and I'm glad I did! read more

I cannot say enough about how happy I am with the treatment I got from Thuan at Vital Aesthetics - she truly does this work because she "wants to make everyone feel beautiful!" And I am so glad I found her because I was feeling dumpy as I crept up in age and didn't know what to do with my ever-increasing wrinkles on my forehead - hello RBF! Thuan spent so much time with me in an initial consultation answering my questions and really explaining what she recommended from a medical perspective and that was really important to me. She is a Nurse Practitioner and right away I trusted her with my face. She's been doing this for a long time and said the natural look is most important. I've seen her now three times and I've never felt more youthful. read more

Am very happy with my recent appointments at Vital Aesthetics. Thuan does excellent work; she is well informed and experienced; she made me feel at home. I did have PDO threading and Restylane filler done. Both procedures were not painful and yielded results that were beyond my expectations I highly recommend Thuan and Vital Aesthetics to anyone who is interested in improving their appearance. I came to Thuan because my face was sagging and I always looked angry/sad . She injected several different products and explained everything to me since I don't usually do this. She was so knowledgeable which put me at ease. She is also a perfectionist and made sure that I was symmetrical, which i am OCD about symmetry. I also had the micro-needling done on my face. She made sure I was comfortable before she started since this procedure can be sting and now I can't wait to see the end result . read more

Highly recommend! Prices are reasonable and competitive. Plenty of appointment times available. Very clean and tidy office and treatment rooms, plenty of parking. Best of all is Thuan! I relied on the Yelp reviews when I first came here in mid 2021 and I am so glad I did! As others have said, her techniques and services are great - one of the best (perhaps even THE best) practitioner I have ever been to. I have had multiple appointments and am very satisfied. read more

I am so beyond thrilled with my experience at Vital Aesthetics. I originally booked an appointment for Botox and Thuan recommended that I try Dysport over Botox because the results show a few days quicker than Botox. I am so happy that we went that route. I went in for my 2 week follow up appointment this morning and it was amazing to see the before and after results. I will absolutely continue to see Thuan for future appointments. read more

I am a returning customer and recently tried microneedling with exosomes for the first time. After a week, my face appears smoother and brighter. My old deep acne scars appear less visible as well. I am happy with Thuan's work and will definitely return for another treatment. read more

I rarely write reviews but Thuan Phan was one of the kindest most knowledgeable people I have met in this industry. She knows exactly what she is doing & cares about your health. She is in no rush, and takes her time explaining everything! Highly recommend! read more

Had my first micro needling session with Thuan at Vital Aesthetics and it was a pleasant experience. She was very personable and knowledgeable about the services she provides. As for the procedure itself, I couldn't be happier. It was a painless procedure because of the quality product and technique she used. She also sent me home with some care products that felt great on my skin. I'm writing this review a day after the procedure and the redness is minimal and there's actually a subtle glow to my skin already. Would definitely go back for future sessions! read more

I had my first appointment with Thuan yesterday and I seriously could not be happier - she is so personable and friendly! (I never thought it would be 'fun' to have injections in my forehead). The whole experience was easy and painless. She completely understood and respected my desire to take a conservative approach with treatment (which meant a lot to me!) and thoroughly explained the pros/cons of Dysport vs. Botox. I am extremely happy with my experience and I will definitely be back. read more

Thuan is great! I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to refresh their looks!! She IS my fountain of youth!!!

I highly recommend Vital Aesthetics for various strong reasons. As a beauty expert, I am always open to what is new as long as I feel it's safe. My first visit to VA with Thuan was excellent because I was informed from A-Z what the process I intended to get consisted of. Thuan was honest, transparent and assertive in every step of the consultation. Secondly, I barely felt the needle sting me. Please know that she is so cautious and aware of every single detail. I had never been provided with a numbing part before the process until I saw her. The difference is dramatic. Usually, fillers include lidocaine and that's what you get as far as numbing. Not here! She applies and injects a numbing product before the process which is a total game- changer. My final results exceeded my expectations and her after- care instruction were on point. I loved that she checked up on me some days after the process, showing genuine care. My visits to VA are always a source of joy because her humor makes me feel happy and relaxed. I love how I have my "aging under control" but still look natural, alert and happy. No more tired look for me and I finally feel like I can enjoy perfect facial harmony throughout. Thanks Thuan for being so amazing and delivering exactly what I've asked for! You're an amazing listener and I love my results. read more

Over the years, my lips have lost their volume and the wrinkles were deepening. During my consultation, I shared my desire have the fullness back and to even out the top and bottom lip. Thuan was wonderful in providing derma filler recommendation, thoroughly explained the procedure and post care instructions. You can tell she is passionate about her work and really wants to help people feel better about themselves. I was ready and excited to get this done. On the day of the procedure, Thuan was thorough with her questions to ensure this was what I wanted. She repeated the derma filler recommendations, explained the procedure and post care instructions prior to starting. She slowly talked me through every step and explained what she was doing. It was painless and did not take much time at all. Thuan once again provided post care instructions and a kit to take home. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for non-surgical procedures! I am definitely coming back! read more
