I have been getting massages with Shanna for over a year now and I finally feel like I have found the person who knows my aches and pain. I can always trust when I go to her, she will get that kink out of the shoulder, hips wherever. For the past two months I have been dealing with horrible pain in my top part of my foot, went to urgent care, my foot doctor, got xrays and all they could tell me was it was probably arthritis flareup. I went today and ended up upgrading to a 90min deep tissue massage and Shanna went to town. It was the most painful yet wonderful massage I have had yet. As they say, no pain no gain. I've reviewed my texts and there is no message from you stating that, due to my supposed "treatment" of your staff, I was only to communicate with you directly. That claim is false. Throughout this process, I maintained a respectful and professional attitude. I will not be bullied into accepting a narrative that paints me as "difficult" or "disrespectful" when the truth is I was misled into spending money on products that weren't right for me. Yes, I declined further phone calls--but only because after multiple calls filled with misinformation and mix-ups, I preferred to have written records of all communication. If necessary, I am more than willing to share screenshots that prove exactly how inaccurate your version of events is. Because despite what you're saying I handled things with the upmost respect and was nothing but kind to you and your staff the only disrespectful thing I did was not answer your phone call. I also told your staff multiple times that I was open to swapping or adding any products needed--just let me know what was best. Instead, I was given inconsistent input depending on who I saw/spoke to that day. At the end of the day, I'm thankful I chose not to continue being shuffled around and misinformed.
