No really, I could just take a nap right now. She was like a Tita with magical hands. Run don't walk to Mayan for facials! I mean it. I've tried everything and everyone you can think of. I've had facials for close to $400 and still my skin did not look like I wanted it to. I've tried 1000$ worth of skincare from Sephora (probably how I randomly became a Rouge) and I was not finding the right combination for my skin. I had my first facial here over the weekend. My appointment was at 9AM when the facility opened. Since it was my first time, I didn't know you have to provide the name of the business to the host. It turns out the facility rented out many suites to independent businesses. I was caught off guard with the requested info but once I provided the name of the business, the nice host escorted me to Facials Organic's suite. Marianne greeted me warmly. She was very friendly and attentive. During the skin analysis, she actually examined my scalp and ears! It was very different than my other facials in the past. Marianne was very thorough with the analysis. She had a gentle touch and explained the procedures to keep me informed. I purchased a Groupon special, and so my expectations weren't high but it turned out to be a really great facial and overall experience. I would say this was one of the most enjoyable facials I've had. The extractions were the only uncomfortable part, as usual, but they were minimal and she does a great job making it a relaxing experience. Outside of the actual facial, I really enjoyed how she took her time learning about your skincare routine, explaining what she would do during the facial and then sharing some tips and sample products to take home and try which has really worked out great for me. My skin was really smooth, like baby soft, for at least a month and will definitely go back when I'm due for another one. The only negative, if you can even call it that was that I was a little confused trying to find the place, as others have mentioned it is a suite inside the building, so you won't see the name on the outside. read more

Best facial I've had for a long time. Marianne took her time and made sure that I was comfortable. She has gentle hands and kept the work done. I like as well that she uses organic product since my skin is sensitive. One very important point as well is that, while waiting for the creams to settle in my skin, the neck and shoulder massage is a treat! I've had few facials in the past who made little to no effort in doing this. They left me laying in bed with the music on for a good 30 mins and just come back to wash my face. I've met Mayan a few years ago when my sister introduced me to her facials. She is knowledgeable, skilled, delicate in her work, and honestly a magician. I have combination and oily skin and my face always clears up after my visits despite my endless consumption of dairy products and hot Cheetos.
