So very happy to visit Pelage!!! Amazing results, great people. I've had services with Polly and JoAnne; including laser treatment, hydro facials and micro-needling. Can not recommend highly enough!!! read more

Pelage is by far the best place to get Botox in the area ! Joanne is so nice and she does it beautifully . She really knows how to work with the symmetry of your face and make it look natural . I never feel overdone and I always just look more fresh and exactly how I want it ! They also never push products on me or services and are super warm and inviting :) will always return here ! read more

My skin has never looked so beautiful! Polly is the best and I trust her expertise. The customer experience is professional. The atmosphere is perfect blend of spa and medical. read more

Do the hydrafacial! Polly left my skin looking like glass; smaller looking pores, highly hydrated skin. I'm two days out and my products absorb better and make up looks amazing. Also got my brow maintenance, which can be scary. If you get an aggressive aesthetician, you can walk out with a 90's brow and have to wait months for them to grow back. Renette left me with perfect brows. She noted the direction my brows grow and how to trim them back on one brow a bit more than the other so their arcs have more symmetry. Last, I brought my daughter in for a teen facial. If you want the most critical judge on the planet, take in your teenager. Polly was amazing with her and her years at a derm office working with teens shows. Can't wait to go back for my next facial. read more

I have told numerous clients already about my last service. The results were incredible with some new machine. I'm so excited you will be open Mondays soon, so many of us in the beauty industry don't have to take a day off to come in! read more

Brianne was great. The quality versus the price was very comparable. Staff was super friendly. My facial was amazing. I was looking into possibly getting Botox as well and the staff were super helpful about answering questions, outcomes versus treatment and non treatment etc. read more

Very nice staff at every step of the way, I interacted with 3 different people and all of them were equally kind and helpful. It seems that customer service in this world is becoming a lost art however it is not lost here. read more

The Lux treatment was certainly customizable and I left feeling refreshed with my skin looking the best it has in months!

Olya is absolutely amazing. She is so gentle, kind, thoughtful and a really amazing aesthetician. I can't imagine going anywhere else. I would drive from Seattle to get a treatment from Olya. She can kindly see a problem, let you know about it and provide a reasonable solution. My family (Mom, Daughter and Husband) have been seeing her for a few years now and I trust her so much! She is exceptionally talented, but most of all, she is a gentle soul. She takes her work VERY seriously, but can make you feel light hearted and laugh with you too. That is a blessing! She pierced my daughter's ears and it was painless and she made it a joyful experience. She cares about her work and she doesn't impose on you. If you want to talk and share she is a good listener... if you prefer silence she honors that too. She would make a great gift for ANYONE needing pampering! Also, Karma at the front desk is a love. She cares and takes such good care of everyone who walks through the door. Karma makes you feel like you are special and the only person in the world! She is a blessing for Pelage. I love this place and am so grateful they are in Issaquah. My skin is the happiest it has ever been in my life! The owner also has an amazing eye and knowledge as a buyer and stocking her shelves with incredible products! A great place to get a gift! read more

Honest ; no up-selling. I was very impressed. I am a nurse practitioner and I felt they were very professional

I have been in the beauty industry for almost 40 years. I myself am a licensed cosmetologist and aesthetician. I was looking for a home that was a one stop shop so that I could have my Medicinal skin care done at the same place I end up getting injections and other skin care needs met. I needed to find a place that was extremely professional, could offer aesthetician's that knew how to handle all types of skin and skin care. My clients of decades trust me and know I will not refer them anywhere that I'm not utterly over the top pleased with. Therefore many of my clients will follow suit and come to wherever I end up going. Hence why all of the above is so important to me. I do not take giving me clients referrals lightly. Olya is my service provider of choice I just had my first Microneedleing done and as I peel, my skin underneath is a soft add satin! I can hardly wait for weeks for my next one. read more

Had my first "back facial" there. Not going to lie, as a male. I always feel intimidated about doing anything like this. Jennifer was my Esthetician, She was very calming and explained everything in detail ( which I asked for ) she helped me figure out some dryness on my back and it has been effective for the last 8 weeks. read more

My wife started going to Pelage earlier this year and has been raving about the superior service she has been receiving here. As she had another appointment yesterday, I decided to tag along and see what this was all about. While my wife was getting some work done on her brows, I found Pelage has a number of services catering to men as well. I decided on the spot to try a men's facial, and even on the short notice, JoAnne was able to arrange for the technician Olya to meet with me. Olya did a great job, and even a bit of waxing I had done wasn't too painful. Overall the procedure was very pleasant and included a shoulder massage while the treatment sat on my face for a bit. I was very pleased with the results as was my wife. I can literally feel the difference in my skin even today, 24 hours later. I HIGHLY recommend JoAnne, Olya and the team of professionals at Pelage! read more

Great services, wonderful esthetician, accommodated my multiple treatment requests and was happy with the results! I had a hydra facial, brow tint/wax, and other waxing. This was my first time in and I was very happy with the results. Definitely will go back! read more

I had a great experience with Olya. She was very sweet and professional. I had a facial with her and my skin looked so much better after I left. I was truly impressed. I also had laser hair removal. It was quick and not painful at all. Thank Olya! read more

Olya was GREAT! Super fast and really patient with me and my nerves. I literally recommended her to a friend before I even got to my car.

Olya is always amazing and will go to no one else for my skincare regime. Mikaela is a recent addition to the team - I've had Botox and fillers with her and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! I recommend the VIP membership as well. read more

Technicians are outstanding. Services are full range. Staff are courteous. Environment is clean and beautiful. Long time customer for this well run business. Lucky to have them so close to home. read more

Professional and friendly technicians. Clean facility. Olya is amazing. I had just a brow and lip wax. It was painless and perfect.

Best. Facial. Ever. Patricia for the European. It was amazing. She was so kind and I left feeling beautiful, relaxed and refreshed- both physically and emotionally! My new favorite spa!!! **9/29/17- I go see Patricia as much as my pocketbook will allow. Just adore her! She seems OK with me talking her ear off. Went in yesterday for my usual facial... later that evening was helping my daughter get ready for her first dance and herand her friends grandpa looked at me and said "are you in the sixth grade class also?" Proof that Patricia and Pelage do AMAZING WORK! I lost 30 years in just hours!!! read more

After having a bad experience at another office, I came to JoAnne to fix my bad lip injections and my mom's bad botox. She couldn't get rid of the duck lip effect completely, we will just have to wait for that to dissolve but she was able to make them more proportionate and evened out. I look forward to my next appointment once my old juvederm dissolves. My mom's eyebrows were raised by the botox injections she had at the same place I went to. JoAnne knew exactly what to do to fix it and it didn't cost us an arm and a leg. Her knowledge is obvious when she speaks. She knows what she's doing. Her spa is super cute and they offer so many services. Pricing is comparable to others. Definitely recommend. read more

Love flexibility. I booked the appointment incorrectly, but Olya and team were able to fix me up and I got a facial and brow wax today. Such a nice spot. Easy to find, easy to park, easy to book (even if I did it wrong). Very relaxing and I was very reassured to know that Olya had been a nurse in Russia before immigrating to the US; she is intuitive and knowledgable. I took advantage of a special and was able to get discounts on the services and treat myself to some supplies. :) . Love it!! read more

I like to say this ,had an appointment and also had questions that I was hoping to get answered before my appointment. All I can say is I feel my concerns were valid and was treated like I should ignore bad service...................{I did contact owner by email to let her know but she had excuse after excuse for how I was treated ,Sad but there are places that care about their costumers. . read more

I had an appointment a few weeks ago for an eyebrow maintenance. A new employee, Jennifer, was the one doing my eyebrows. I have had great success with all other employees in the past but not Jennifer. Jennifer told me that she has vision problems in the process of applying wax to my eyebrows!! That was scary to hear. Honestly, it felt as though she had never waxed a man's eyebrows and did not have the proper training to do it. I have waited a few weeks to leave this review because I needed my emotions to calm down before I said too many angry things. My eyebrows were completely 100% butchered by Jennifer and I was in such shock when I looked in the mirror I didn't know what to do and so I paid and left. The main problem was that she made the eyebrows uneven, removed way to much from the center, and did not control any stray hairs or trim long hairs. I returned about 15 minutes later and was not offered a refund but a good aesthetician, Olya, was able to slightly make it look better but I am still living for the next few months with messed up eyebrows. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to the spa. I should've immediately been offered a full refund upon returning but instead I not only paid my full price but I felt the need to provide the second excellent aesthetician, Olya, a $20 cash tip because she took her own time out to attempt to correct Jennifer's mistakes. read more

I read good reviews on Yelp about this place and decided to get a facial here.I booked an European facial here.Justine was my aesthetician. The European facial is supposed to be for 75 minutes but my facial barely lasted for 45 minutes, out of which 10 minutes were spent in answering questions. The massage was barely ten minutes and the extraction was couple of minuteS.Very disappointing. Not coming back to this place again. read more

Most of people work at a nice spa usually know it's common sense to always close the door QUIETLY, especially when someone is in session! Not here! There were many door slammed when I was there on 11/22nd between 11:00 ~ 12:30, and a few of them were very loud! People/employees were chatting away in the waiting area which was right in the middle of the spa. I saw one Asian employee pushing a lamp into a room with many loud banging sound when I was leaving. Clearly she's mad about something. I don't care what her problem was, but she certainly helped me make up my mind to stay away from this spa for a long time! read more

Excellent dermaplaning and brow shaping! So happy with how my skin looks and feels! Jennifer and Olya are such wonderful aestheticians, as is the entire Pelage medi-spa team--all with extensive medical backgrounds and professional experience, providing top-notch "informed" skin care in every way. I've been a client for many years and everything is always very personalized and all-around fantastic! read more

I highly recommend seeing Sepi for your facials. I've been to countless different spas, but Sepi is the only person that I know I am in good hands with. She is literally the only reason I drive all the way up to Issaquah. As far as the salon goes, it is nice and clean. Staff is nice and helpful. Appointments usually fill up fairly quickly, so I would recommend scheduling about a week in advance. read more

Joanne is lovely. Competent and kind, a good person. I can tell she really cares about doing the best job for her clients. Please tell her Thank you for me! read more

I never treat myself to the Spa but my fiancé has given me a gift card to Pelage a couple times and both times I had a positive experience. It's very easy to make an appointment, they are very welcoming and professional. They do small things to try to upsell like casually asking me if I want my eyebrows trimmed and then charging me $15 extra at the end (I could have done that myself), but now I know you have to be upfront. I've really enjoyed the facials I've received and would recommend Pelage to anyone. read more

I went to Pelage for the first time yesterday and it was a wonderful experience thanks to Sepi. She thoroughly explained the laser hair removal process, answered all of my questions, and was kind, patient, considerate, and professional throughout the treatment. My pain tolerance is very low and she dealt with it so well. I will be recommending Pelage and Sepi, in particular, to my friends and family. Thank you, Sepi!! read more

It was seriously the most relaxed I've felt in such a long time. The staff is so wonderful and my esthetician took tremendous care and was very knowledgeable. I will be coming back for sure. read more

Save your money. I had the worst experience ever. I went for a service and was put into a room for one hour with a salesperson that tried to sell me tons of skin products none of which I was interested in. The procedure that I went in for was not delivered. I had a 3 minute service which was a joke. They then up charged my credit card by an extra $150.00 more that what I was quoted. I tried to speak with the owner regarding this and she hung up on me. Crazy bazaar spam of a business. STAY AWAY!!! read more

I've been going to Pellage for years to include when they were located in Gillman Village. About four years ago I hurt my back, called Pellage and they fit me in. The lady that helped me that day provided nothing short of a miracle. Stopped my insane lower back spasm. I've been to Pellage for several services, today is about Karlen and another back issue that had been persisting for over five days. Karlen fit me right in, spent time both pre, during and post massage to help me get the most out of the experience and ensure longer term success with simple ways to move my back to help avoid future issues. JoAnne, the business owner has never been short of amazing whether providing services herself or trying to learn more and be of help for services you're there to see someone else for. Such a great place to heal, relax and be in great hands (pun intended)! Thank you ladies, I'll be back very soon! read more

After an extensive nose procedure I was left with unsightly discolored skin under my eyes I had a telemedicine appointment with another clinic and was told I needed $700 worth of laser treatments. I decided to get a second opinion. A friend recommended Pelage. Joanne was amazing! She took the time to look at my under eyes with a special lamp and recommended topical treatments. So happy with the open and honest advice I received here. I highly recommend Pelage for all your beauty needs. read more

I received a gift certificate to Pelage as a birthday gift from a friend. I decided to try an eyebrow tint - Olya is amazing! She not only did a brow tint, it was much more. I have uneven brows and have always been self-conscious. But by some miracle she was able to make them look symmetrical and amazing! Thanks Olya!!! read more

Best service again. Olya is simply fantastic. She's not only very personable, she is extremely professional and amazing at her job.

It's better as owner you said the true story what happened to me as owner with 18 years experience how you take care of your costumer. Be honest with rest of your costumer, you always care about money not your costumer. You even didn't respond my email. I don't know what costumer services is that. If I post the picture of what happened to my body when I got the service from your spa everyone will be shock. read more

JoAnne and her staff are amazing. I got Botox, dermaplaning, laser removal of spider veins, and a lash lift. I was happy with everything and would definitely recommend making an appointment. I will absolutely be back. read more
