I am so happy with the treatments of cool sculpting. It works and it has (with my dieting changes)…read morealleviated my back pain, my clothes fit better, and most importantly, has helped my confidence. Thank you for making it possible to feel better about myself. The actual treatments were explained well and the gentleness of the practitioners made me feel cared for. My pain threshold lowered as weight dropped off and I could feel the cold more during that time. However, I am happy with the results after the treatments, especially around the bra fat area and flanks. Kellie is a great aesthetician who is caring and patient. I plan on returning to the office for Botox treatments in the future. Virginia Fountain

Absolutely do not come here for CoolSculpting…read more I paid approximately $3,000 for CoolSculpting here and have been deeply unhappy with both the results and my experience with the business. I felt strongly pressured into moving forward with the procedure, including being repeatedly contacted and pushed to put down a deposit and schedule treatment. Looking back, I feel the sales process was predatory, especially given the amount of money involved. The treatment itself did not produce the results I was expecting. In fact, over the years I began noticing that the areas treated, particularly my stomach, seemed increasingly resistant to weight loss and appeared more swollen even when I was losing weight elsewhere. I now suspect I may have developed paradoxical adipose hyperplasia (PAH), a known potential complication of CoolSculpting, and I am going to see a doctor to have this evaluated. I want to be clear that I have not yet received a medical diagnosis, so I am not claiming that CoolSculpting definitively caused what I am experiencing. However, this is a serious enough concern that I now have to seek medical evaluation and potentially treatment years after the procedure. Because CoolSculpting is an elective cosmetic procedure, I also expect that the medical evaluation and any treatment related to a potential complication may have to come out of my own pocket rather than being covered by insurance. That means I could end up paying significantly more money to address a problem I believe may have resulted from a procedure I already paid thousands of dollars for. When I contacted the business about a refund, I was told that too much time had passed and that I had not returned for my three-month "follow-up." My understanding at the time was that this appointment was related to potential additional treatment, rather than being presented to me as a formal evaluation of whether I was satisfied with my original results. I was already unhappy with the results and did not want to feel pressured into spending even more money. I was also told that complications such as PAH were extremely rare. I now know that it is a recognized complication of CoolSculpting, which has made me question how the risks were communicated to me before I agreed to the procedure. I regret spending approximately $3,000 on this treatment, especially given the possibility that I may now have additional medical expenses to determine what is happening and how to address it. I am sharing my experience because I would want to know this before spending thousands of dollars on an elective procedure. Do your research, understand the potential risks, and make sure you fully understand what follow-up appointments actually involve before committing to treatment.

I have sensitive skin, but my skin handled the treatment very well. The doctor gave me great tips on hydrating my skin before the procedure, which really boosted my results. The Northgate location is lovely, coffee is made for you and I sat on a comfortable sofa watching a video of procedures performed by Dr Kevin. I need to add that day prior to appointment, Bailey acted as intermediary,by text to ask if I could come in a 1/2 hr earlier to thoroughly go over my skincare game plan. She actually texted a few times to ask questions from Dr Kevin. Very professional & above n beyond! Dr Kevin decided not to remove my fiilers of Voluma that were haphazardly done by Ideal Image. Please ladies, steer clear of Ideal image and it's copycat franchise,Sev. They hire people that aren't qualified. Nu Me offers a multitude of whole body and face lasers and injections. Dr. Kevin has a great eye and could see my face would flatten if filler was dissolved. He expertly put Radiesse on the sides of my face/cheeks to add support and blend w Voluma for a natural, softer look. Also, put Radiesse in trouble spots around jaw and chin. Very reasonable cost of $750 per syringe. So happy and looking forward to my next Xerf treatment, end of March. Shout out to the very kind Vikki for smoothly handling the financial,as for this I was using Cherry payment plan.

I'm sharing my personal experience so others can make an informed decision prior to just trusting…read moreprofessionals who are supposed to provide proper and professional care. About three weeks ago I had, what should have been a minimally invasive procedure, done at this location. Since then I've experienced ongoing complications that have not been properly addressed, nor fall under categorically minimal side effects that may result from the procedure, if it is done correctly. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not been given a clear treatment plan or consistent follow-up care but instead I've received delayed responses or made to feel that it's a personal issue rather than a result of improper care. My condition has only worsened over time, and I've been left to manage this largely on my own. From the beginning, there were inconsistencies in communication. I was sold a package but later told I had misunderstood what was included in the package. I was also told that I would be sent home with aftercare products, which I understood to be part of the service, but were later presented as additional add-on products to purchase for necessary aftercare. I was given the run around from the time of purchase, until now that I have made several attempts to resolve this not only amicably but primarily to get my skin heath back. I was made to feel that this was an isolate issue because of my own skin but have since consulted with other RNs and licensed aestheticians to better understand what actually happened. Based on what I shared with them & their assessment of the aftermath, they expressed concern about how the procedure was performed, including the intensity, level of aggressiveness and the lack of proper skin assessment or testing beforehand by the aesthetician as there are different classes that the procedure fall under, some of which do not comply with certain skin types. I have tried to be patient, reasonable & more than fair in giving the business an opportunity to address this, but the responses thus far have been dismissive, unprofessional and lackluster given the severity of the situation & how it has damaged my skin & impacted my overall conscious throughout my day to day activities. This experience has had a significant impact on me, physically, emotionally, and professionally, and not something I take lightly. I had previously referred several friends here, which makes having to write this, even more disappointing. At this point, I do not feel comfortable continuing treatment with this provider as they have shown their lack of care & professionalism from start to finish. I am currently exploring further options to address the situation & hope that the business takes it seriously in working towards an actual resolution, prior to me taking further action to do so.

I still came back for three more sessions because I loved the results and plan to keep up with routine maintenance, especially since I deal with frequent hormonal breakouts and acne marks. (They offer a discounted package of three, along with pre and post-pico facial options.) After each session, healing took about 5-6 days with steady improvement. My skin texture and fine lines have significantly improved, pigmentation has completely faded, and I've even noticed fewer hormonal breakouts, which was such a nice bonus. Finding a doctor who truly listens, is meticulous, and understands both the skin and the machine is rare.
