I'm sharing my personal experience so others can make an informed decision prior to just trusting professionals who are supposed to provide proper and professional care. About three weeks ago I had, what should have been a minimally invasive procedure, done at this location. Since then I've experienced ongoing complications that have not been properly addressed, nor fall under categorically minimal side effects that may result from the procedure, if it is done correctly. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not been given a clear treatment plan or consistent follow-up care but instead I've received delayed responses or made to feel that it's a personal issue rather than a result of improper care. My condition has only worsened over time, and I've been left to manage this largely on my own. From the beginning, there were inconsistencies in communication. I was sold a package but later told I had misunderstood what was included in the package. I was also told that I would be sent home with aftercare products, which I understood to be part of the service, but were later presented as additional add-on products to purchase for necessary aftercare. I was given the run around from the time of purchase, until now that I have made several attempts to resolve this not only amicably but primarily to get my skin heath back. I was made to feel that this was an isolate issue because of my own skin but have since consulted with other RNs and licensed aestheticians to better understand what actually happened. Based on what I shared with them & their assessment of the aftermath, they expressed concern about how the procedure was performed, including the intensity, level of aggressiveness and the lack of proper skin assessment or testing beforehand by the aesthetician as there are different classes that the procedure fall under, some of which do not comply with certain skin types. I have tried to be patient, reasonable & more than fair in giving the business an opportunity to address this, but the responses thus far have been dismissive, unprofessional and lackluster given the severity of the situation & how it has damaged my skin & impacted my overall conscious throughout my day to day activities. This experience has had a significant impact on me, physically, emotionally, and professionally, and not something I take lightly. I had previously referred several friends here, which makes having to write this, even more disappointing. At this point, I do not feel comfortable continuing treatment with this provider as they have shown their lack of care & professionalism from start to finish. I am currently exploring further options to address the situation & hope that the business takes it seriously in working towards an actual resolution, prior to me taking further action to do so. read more

I loved coming here to get Xeomin from Kristina, who I would absolutely still recommend. However, I moved away from the area a year ago and did not expect to receive not just one but three long texts today that served as an advertisement for CoolSculpting. Aside from the fact that I don't live in the area anymore, I would not consider utilizing a company that texts me with unsolicited ads. Yuck. read more

the absolute worst. don't waste your money! Truly bad service, bad products and an absolute lack of interest in their clients needs, desires or issues. It's too bad places like this are in business. what has the world come to? read more

The staff here is amazing, I can't recommend them enough. I've had facial treatments as well as fillers and Botox. I recently had my lips done by Kristina. I've had lip filler done a few times but this was my first experience with Kristina. The procedure was done on point with absolutely no discomfort and in addition, I had no bruising or major swelling. I could not be happier with my results. My lips turned out looking natural and beautiful. Kristina also worked her magic on another area using Botox on my neck area. This was new for me but I trusted her and I'm so glad I did, I can now hold off on a neck lift. Kristina knows all the newest techniques and is a perfectionist. I've attached a picture of my lips 1-2 days after my procedure. I couldn't be happier read more

Tiffany is the absolute BEST! From start to finish she provided elite service, knowledge as well as a calming and welcoming experience. I was nervous to have my first facial because I've heard so many different reviews and there are so many different methods, but Tiffany informed me of the whole process making it so comfortable and easy. I have never felt so pampered in my life. I've been three times and look forward to my next visit! read more

OrangeTwist is a new medical spa that provides hydrafacial, ultherapy, coolscupting, chemical peels, botox and many more procedures that make you beautiful. They took over the old establishment with a new, professional and not to mention gorgeous staff. I had a hydrafacial with Lauren and let me start by saying she has the hands of an angel. She took her time and made my experience more like a spa retreat than just a facial. She massaged my face and it was so relaxing that I literally fell asleep. She explained each step and was very thorough during the facial. When she was done, OMG what a big difference! My face was glowing, sooooo soft, hydrated and flawless. Hydrafacial is amazing!! I highly recommend Lauren and OrangeTwist to beautify yourself!! read more

Staff is unprofessional and rude for no reason. I'm feeling so disappointed with my experience. I had my treatments with 5 different girls in that place and they all had mixed answers to exact questions. After a very unpleasant experience with the store manager the the district manager contacted me apologized for the manager's behavior and told me if I sign waiver to my rights to leave any review I would get 100% refund. We all want to walk into a spa or a some place that's going to make us look and feel beautiful and feel welcomed. I am letting you know This is not the place so take your business elsewhere. You would know how bad the place is from seeing the staff leaving review saying "Amazing service, the staff is professional and accommodating, looking forward to taking advantage of all the services they offer." I recently moved from LA where I have worked in the medical spa industry. I chose to come to Orange Twist after reading Dr. Grant Stevens was the founder and know how highly regarded he is. The only time I have had medical grade facials, Botox and fillers have been while I have been an employee. It would be an entirely new experience to start as a real patient. I met with the PA, Stefany to discuss all the treatments offered at Orange Twist. (I have to admit, the name sticks with you, but with a marketing perspective I hope they are easy to find when googling for nearby medspas!) She was very easy to talk with and I felt very assured by her many years of experience. I was in for Botox (can't live without!) and told her I usually see my results around the 7-10 day mark. She was surprised by that. It's been 4 days and I am already seeing the nice brow arch kicking in and my frown lines are diminishing already! Maybe she has a special touch! I will definitely be returning and referring anyone looking for a great injector. read more

Exceptional service. Super fastidious about following Covid protocols. Everything was clean, efficient, and organized. The service itself was far beyond any hydra facial that I have had at other spas in the area. Looking forward to return visits to this spa. read more

Orange twist Bellevue is a superb and very professional medical spa. It's clean, comfortable, and the skin care team there is amazing. They always go above and beyond my expectations. Eliana and Corrine are experienced and professional estheticians. They take the time to find out what your exact needs are and show special attention to all the details. I have been extremely impressed with Orange Twist. The monthly membership allows you a hydro facial each month (which is such a relaxing treat) and great deals on all their procedures. Overall, it's a wonderful spa ! Check it out- you will be glad you did ! read more

Seriously 10/10 would highly recommend! The girls here are honestly the best, super down to earth and always a joy to see and talk to when I come in! Stella is absolutely amazing, always goes above and beyond when listening to what I want to accomplish filler wise. She truly is wonderful making everything turn out so natural yet flawless! Eliana is FANTASTIC! She is extremely knowledgeable, any questions I had she could answer! Made sure to walk me through my whole treatment and even checked to make sure I was comfortable! Hands down the best spa around! Plus they always have great specials, such a BONUS! read more

Had to say hi to the peeps at OrangeTwist and get my hydrafacial by Terisha. Smells so good, and the place is clean, decorated beautifully and not in your face. Girl at the front was polite, not extremely energetic but had a great smile. For the treatment room- the rooms are pretty large but are warmed up and decorated nicely, lights dim and comfortable temperature, convenient hook for my purse and hanger for my dress, the robe was plush!! Love that it is grey not white! The Hydrafacial was great, not my first one and definitely not my last ... and many more at OrangeTwist, I did a Growth Serum booster to my TX today and that was a good decision. I am not a citrus club member so I will have monthly Hydrafacials at OrangeTwist. My skin is awesome!! Can't wait till next month- I got a glow to me, need to find a date for tonight to show the glow!! ;) read more

My normal face location was booked up so I decided to try out Orange Twist. I am so happy I did! I worked with Eliana and she was amazing! I've never had anyone take the time to really zap all of my pigmentation. She was very friendly and personable and I am so happy with the experience I had. I honestly felt like she knew exactly what I needed to target my freckles and skin texture. I have already booked another appointment to go back in a month. Highly recommend! read more

I had been searching for a place for hydrafacial before my wedding. Found OrangeTwist and had the best facial experience ever. When you first walk in, the place feels so relaxing. Lauren, the esthetician, is so friendly and knowledgeable. She explained to me each step throughout the facial and her facial massage is amazing!! So relaxing!! My face felt so clean and was glowing afterwards. Also, any slight bumps on face instantly vanish right after the facial - my face is so smooth that I can't stop touching it. I had such an amazing experience that I decided to do another facial the week right before my wedding and brought my husband in for one too. He loved it so much. Telling all my friends about this place :) read more

This place brings life to my skin! I come here every few months for a hydrafacial and I can't get enough of it. I take good care of my face but a hydrafacial gives your skin an added boost, makes your skin so smooth and gives it a healthy glow. Eliana gives the best facials! She makes sure to address any concerns and inform me kinda step by step of the facial process. I really appreciate that. It's so easy to talk with her about the products and just any thing really. I look forward to my appointments to see her! It's like seeing a long time friend. This place is so clean, everyone is very professional and personable. From start to finish, it's an overall great experience. read more

I joined OrangeTwist's hydrofacial club about 6 month ago. I really love Eliana-she is super sweet and does amazing work. Mid-month I always think-"I don't need a facial every month"...but after my appointment , I realize why I love it so much. I leave with my skin super hydrated and glowing after Eliana is finished. It's also very relaxing. If you've been thinking about trying it, just do it! Your skin deserves it. read more

AMAZING!! I received a Hydro facial from Eliana and she did an incredible job! Not only is she well-versed in her craft, she is kind and personable! She made me feel like a queen and was informative without being pushy. My skin is plump, hydrated and so soft! Thank you, Eliana!! I'm hooked! read more

Skin Body Soul used to be here. Skin body soul was AMAZING!!! They had fun little events and always had gift bags and giveaways and the girls that worked there were awesome. Well they got bought out by Orange Twist and now I refuse to go there. Not only do they have terrible membership plans/prices, but clearly they care more about getting money than keeping/caring about the customers. They've had a few little events but they aren't Even fun. Basically everyone stands around waiting to find out if they won the raffle and you can only enter if you buy something that is at least $200, unlike skin body soul who let anyone enter the raffle as long as they showed up, as well as gave out gift bags with cute goodies. Orange twist does have snacks and drinks at their events but it seems like the point of the event is to get money out of everyone instead of Skin Body Soul which did events to get people to enjoy themselves and feel good about the place the customers are spending the money at. The only good thing about this place is the services they offer. But even the doctors are snobby. BRING BACK SKIN BODY SOUL PLEASE!!!!! I do not enjoy coming to the snobby orange twist. read more

This place is fantastic! The staff is amazing and always willing to go above and beyond. I tend to be a nervous nelly and they do such a great job of calming your nerves even if it's for a simple facial. Terisha Shea is my go to for everything, she's super patient with me and is very thorough. She's the center Director so she's very knowledgeable about all their products and procedures. She lets you know when specials are coming up and being a member totally helps out with getting the best deals possible. If I had one complaint is that we moved and now Bellevue is pretty far if possible a location in Tacoma would be fantastic! I'd go a million times more often! That's if Terisha can be transferred to that is lol read more

I am still floating hours later after my deluxe Hydra Facial with the personable and professional Eliana at Orange Twist Bellevue. I love and appreciate Eliana because she takes time to explain what she is doing and let's you ask questions. She pays better attention to my skin than I do. But, that's going to change with the products that she recommends to keep the glow going. After a series of treatments and 2 Hydra Facials, my skin looks vibrant and hydrated. I've signed up for monthly Hydra Facials to keep my skin fresh and wrinkles away. I highly recommend Orange Twist and that miracle worker Eliana. You won't be disappointed. Oh, and that machine is AMAZING! read more

I saw Amber for a Hydra Facial and it was incredible. From the start I felt so comfortable at Orange Twist Bellevue. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and the service was outstounding. This is an amazing spa. I've had a Hydra Facial with Terisha. She was so gentle in explaining each and every step of the process. Even checked in with me the next day to see how my skin was feeling. She prides herself on being available for her clients. If there are any questions or concerns, she wants to know about it. Today I had some fillers injected by Stefany. She was so patient and gentle. She knew I was a little anxious about the painful and no results from another provider 5 years ago. So I had allot of apprehension about getting stuck with needles in my face. But she has such a calming demeanor and gentle touch....I was at ease and the whole process went smoothly. I like it so much that I'm getting more done!! read more

I had my first hydra facial at Orange Twist and it was such a great experience! My face feels so soft, clean and rejuvenated- many thanks to the lovely Eliana. She is so sweet and informative; she explains the whole facial process, so, you really understand what's being applied to your face. So worth it. read more

I've been coming here for months and I love their products and services. All the gals work here are super friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about your skincare need. Don't recommend the Lipo laser as it doesn't work; been going twice a week for more than 6 mths but nothing changed. Really like the dermaplane; no down town and my face feel super smooth afterwards. read more

UPDATE: I tried coolsculpting post sculpture and for anyone that may be on the fence about non-surgical fat reduction, I would definitely recommend coolsculpting! I have seen incredible results and I have not even hit my 3 month mark yet. The difference is undeniable!! read more

Read the reviews by Leili R and Samantha R. These are the truth. Staff is rude and Samantha is doubly correct about the (young) heavyset woman who is always there and is the worst! She literally has the attitude of a high school brat working at McDonald's, even though I tipped her $20 every single time. I went there for laser hair removal and after 9 treatments I STILL have hair all over my back. Complete waste of time and money. I told the technician I was not happy with my results and she did nothing to improve the situation. I found out on my second to last visit (from a different technician who was new, an actual doctor, and AWESOME) that the laser had two higher settings than what I had been getting. So freaking obvious that the previous lady should have bumped it up after my complaints, but no, that would have required caring and the tiniest bit of effort. Stay away! read more

I had a nice experience at Orange Twist! I saw Eliana for a hydrafacial and she took her time and customized the facial based on my skincare needs. I would gladly recommend her and hope to be back soon. read more

The only reason I'm giving Orange Twist five stars is because there's not an option to give ten stars! I have been getting services here for several months now and couldn't be happier with the results and the experiences. Everyone that I've interacted with has been incredibly professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I have already sent friends here and will continue to do so. Having been in the aesthetic industry for many years I'm quite picky! I'm looking forward to the new services that I've got booked as I already know they'll be fantastic. read more

I went in for a hydrafacial last week with Eliana. First, I love that Orange Twist is not at the mall and there's plenty of parking. Since it was my first time I paid attention to the interior and it was really pretty. There's so much natural light that the place feels fresh and clean. It also smelled like orange zest; the essential oil they use is not overwhelming at all and was refreshing. Previous reviews stated unfriendly staff, but it looks like a whole new team and they are all about customer satisfaction. The room for my hydrafacial was spotless, large and had the same orange zest smell. I have to admit I napped for a bit during the process. Other hydrafacials I have received in the past left me a little red and blotchy for a time after so I was expecting the same. However Eliana finished and my skin was literally glowing! Eliana is clearly incredibly talented at her job. She answered all my questions about the procedure and products with patience and expertise. I will definitely continue my facial regime with Eliana. Congratulations Eliana, you have a loyal skin care client! read more
