I've received no refund, and am told by the finance company I was only given a partial reduction. They also have iPads available during the service, so I ended up watching Emily in Paris while getting my nails done. What impressed me the most was their cleanliness. After each customer, they thoroughly cleaned everything with Clorox wipes, including the desk, chairs, and surrounding area. As a first-time customer, they also gave me 10% off plus a cute little gift bag with cuticle oil, hand cream, and nail care instructions.
