I would not recommend seeing Dominique for HRT or for any medical care. Dominique is not a specialist and is not qualified to treat women who need hormone replacement therapy. What she did to me was damaging, and I am now under the care of two qualified specialists because I needed multiple opinions to understand what was happening to my body as a result of her treatment. When I shared my lab results and treatment history with these doctors, both were appalled. Dominique never established a proper baseline of bloodwork, misdiagnosed my condition, and inserted an excessive amount of testosterone via pellets. My hormone levels ended up significantly worse than when I started, and pellets take a long time to leave the body so the effects are not easily reversible. It has become clear to me that this practice is driven by profit rather than patient care. Being an older woman or being in menopause does not make someone a hormone specialist. I also became increasingly uncomfortable with the constant pressure to purchase additional services that I did not ask for or need such as GLB treatments and lip filler. I am thin and have naturally full lips, yet these were repeatedly pushed on me in a way that felt manipulative and undermining. HRT is serious medical treatment, especially for women in perimenopause who are often vulnerable, emotional, and looking for real help. I trusted her and believed she knew what she was doing. That was a mistake, and I am now dealing with the consequences. I rarely leave reviews like this, but I feel a responsibility to warn other women: this provider is not qualified to manage hormone therapy. I should have written this a while ago, but I rarely write reviews. I was just looking for a place to get Botox and came across Well and thought I'd read a few reviews to remind me why I stopped going there. Dominique is very nice but, wow, the whole tear trough issue was exactly why. I had explained that I'd tried that previously and the results left me looking like I had a caterpillar burrowed beneath each eye. She insisted that it wasn't done correctly and she would show me how good it would look if it were so, against my better judgement, I let her do it. Same exact results. When I came back to show it to her a month later, I was made to feel as if I were irritating and unreasonable (I'm generally not considered either) and that she would just want me out and never to return. I've had no other experience with Well, but when I saw the first two reviews on tear trough injections, it all came back to me. I have no opinion on other procedures at this location, but please do not allow tear trough injections. Really, don't let anyone do them. They do not work and will make you look worse and take forever to dissolve, if ever. I had to go somewhere else and pay hundreds to have them dissolved a year later. read more

Botched! Nice office friendly staff. Dominique did my tear troughs. I explained that my last experience elsewhere had been negative so she went deeper with the filler to negate that this time. After my service I had a lump under each eye. I went this way for three weeks because they told me that it was swelling and that I should watch it for a another week. When I went back in the office I asked for a refund and Dominique said oh no I paid for that product. She continued by saying that she would do everything to 'right' this which included poking a needle into the raised pockets under my eyes to dissipate the filler. I had to go into the office two separate times for this very painful procedure. Dominique's response was that "tear troughs are hard". In an email she told me that I should get my cheeks done to help with my look. This would be more money and another procedure by well medical will never happen! The final outcome is very unflattering. I have a raised portion and unsightly lines under my eyes. She will reply stating the education she gave me and the offer to 'right' it (she TRIED twice) but none of that fixes my botched face. I deserve a refund. read more

It is definitely a joy going into Well medical Arts! I love how clean their facility is! It feels more welcoming than a doctors office but definitely just as sanitary. The customer service is phenomenal and I've never felt any judgement from any of the providers here. I've only had the tattoo removal service from Well Medical Arts. I experienced a bit of miscommunication during my initial consultation regarding packages. (Which I'm sure I had a huge part in the confusion) But when I went into my 2nd session the front desk was able to clear it all up and get me scheduled for the remainder of my sessions. If you're thinking about getting laser removal definitely invest in the packages - you'll need way more than 1 session! (That's just how it works). I have been seeing Katie for my laser removal which has gone amazing! She listens, is very educated on the entire process, and calls to follow up during the healing process. It feels like she genuinely cares about her clients and the procedure overall. I've got one more session before I can work on my cover up and I am really pleased with the removal progress so far! One last thing to note is that I did join their email list and they don't blow up your email account thats always a plus. But the emails they do send are very informal and event based. TATTOO Removal? I recently had a consultation and it went well. Kaylee listened and communicated very well. I've had removal done elsewhere in the past and wish I would have started the process at Well Medical Arts. The business itself is very welcoming and well designed. And most importantly the pricing is fair and reasonable. Also, they have the latest technology in tattoo removal; 1 of the very few pl in the Puget Sound area. **UPDATE** Simply put, my last session didn't go very well. Different machine operator, bad results. **UPDATE** Well Medical Arts did their very best to rectify my situation and that's something I can appreciate. I think that tattoo removal as in industry needs to be better regulated and more consistency in terms of how people are being treated by these dangerous lasers. It's a huge industry multi-million industry. That being said, Well Medical Arts is a nice place and they handle the situation very professionally. read more

Went to get my tear trough done here twice and here's my honest experience... First time it was done amazing and I was happy with the result. (Restylane) I happily came back to get it done after 6 months, and that's when I was extremely disappointed: 1) I said, verbatim: 'I'd like to do what I did the first time', and instead of saying 'We don't have Restylane in stock right now', Dominique started up-selling me another product for 5 minutes, to which I had to interrupt her and ask, 'Can I just do Restylane?' And she said, 'The problem is...we don't have Restylane right now'. Having known that, I would have not come to my appointment in the first place and would have waited until they had my preferred product for tear trough. I felt manipulated and deceived. I could have easily been told upfront: 'We don't have Restylane' The least Dominique could have done is help me schedule another appointment instead of trying to cover up that they don't have Restylane by up-selling. 2) Having finally agreed to a more expensive product, I had my tear trough done and it looked awful. The dark circles did not go away and my face just looked swollen. I don't mind swelling but the injections just emphasized the look of dark circles on my face (which is the opposite of their purpose!). I gave it two months because I wanted to be convinced that it actually looks as bad as in the beginning. And it did. When I came in with my concern, Dominique said that fillers is an art form, can't get it right every time, and that we can do filler in the cheek next time. (She also tried to explain to me why it turned out the way that it did, which I didn't understand, and it didn't make me feel any better about the result nor did it change how it looks). What an overpriced scam. I got my fourth tattoo removal treatment yesterday at Well Medical Arts and not only did my entire tattoo NOT get treated, but it's by far the weakest laser I've experienced. The area is not even tender to touch today. I highly doubt that session will lift anything at all, and it was more than DOUBLE the cost of the three other treatments I've had elsewhere (and the only place to ask for gratuity on top). I'm new to Seattle and quickly learning there are very limited, bad options for tattoo removal here. I'll be traveling back to CA to complete my tattoo removal effectively. read more

My experience at Well Medical Arts was disastrous! I purchased both Radiesse and Botox on Living Social. First for the Botox: Dominque talked me into buying more than the LS package included--fine. But after 5 days, one eyebrow was at least 1/2 inch above the other. Returning for a correction, she put more Botox above one eyebrow (kept telling her it was the wrong eye) and after another 5 days the discrepancy was then over 1 inch. PLUS, she charged me for the correction Botox--I've NEVER been charged for an injector's error! Additionally, she bruised me so severely when injecting to the side of my right that my eye & all the surrounding area was black for over 2 weeks. Even now, 4 months later I am still bruised and have a lump--most likely from too much Botox injected in one area. Now for the Radiesse--first time she put Radiesse above my lip which turned into large bumps. Also, some of the product could be seen through the skin which she said was my fault--just my own cysts ((later had them removed by a true professional & they were only Radiesse). I still have a 1 inch diameter Radiesse lump on my jaw line. The only option for removing this is via plastic surgery--for several thousand dollars. Too much after spending $2,500 at Well Medical Arts! Bottom line: avoid the place at all cost! read more

I've been to Well Medical Arts several times for Botox, Xeomin and have had fillers. My results have always been outstanding, no bruising, long lasting and has given me a fresh looking natural face. I was surprised to read the negative reviews. I've been around to several med spas with groupons and living social deals and Dominique is one of the better injectors surpassing a lot of Doctors in her skills. She does upsell her services but with no pressure to purchase them. Dominique offers suggestions to give you the best look possible. It's totally up to you if you decide to purchase any of them. It's good to know what treatments are available how much they cost if you ever decide to go for any of them. read more

I had the Botox deal offered through LivingSocial. This was my first experience with Botox, and Dominique was great. She explained everything i needed to know and more, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. (If you haven't had Botox before, the results kick in gradually over about a week, it's kinda fun watching your face change. Also, freaky, but the results are amazing.) So, the price and results I loved. i was a bit peeved at waiting more than half an hour after my appointment time, and a little frustrated that once you were in the office, you were kind of held hostage while Dominique explained all the services she offered, but honestly, I don't blame her. The Living Social deal brought in a ton of people (I couldn't get an appt for 3 weeks), and once she's got you in the door she's going to fill you in on everything (it started to feel a little like a timeshare presentation, but there was good information as well, it just took forever), so I guess that's the opportunity cost for bargain Botox. The Botox injections themselves took ~maybe~ a minute (I had the lines between my eyebrows done), and were nearly painless. Like, barely a pinprick. Overall, lovely clean office, very nice staff, free parking and street parking nearby, and she knows what she's doing, I'm VERY pleased with the results. read more

I've have been getting sessions for tattoo removal here for months with Heidi. Tattoo removal on the back- especially for an extra large tattoo is pretty intolerable and she has gone above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible. She makes sure the lidocaine sits long enough to really be effective along with icing before treatment- AND will stop durning the treatments to ice me down when she can tell I'm have a hard time. I am getting great results and feel so cared for by Heidi and the nice staff here. Dominique knows her stuff and I'm a picky customer! She is so incredibly knowledgeable where she was a nurse for part of her career. I've been getting Botox for over a decade. I've probably have had at least 10 people, due to moving around. Since finding well med arts on Groupon, I've been a faithful customer for the last five years. I will add that their pricing is very good, especially if you join the discount program. I get just enough where it makes me look a little younger, but it's not too big of a financial commitment. It's great that she listens to me and doesn't overdo it-that's just my preference. I'm sure she works magic for all different levels though. I discovered Dominique in June 2011 through Tiann, an aesthetician at Ola Salon in West Seattle (who is marvelous, by the way). Dominique is fabulous. On my first visit, she put a big mirror on the consulting table and asked me to look at myself and tell her what I didn't like. She then made some suggestions for fillers and/or Botox that would address these concerns, and also improve my entire appearance. The injections do not hurt, she is that good. She explains in advance what everything will cost, and understands that working in stages is frequently the best way to get the desired end result. I tried this place out after buying a groupon for their services. Upon walking in, the staff greeted me kindly and got me started on the paperwork. The Dr. was warm and welcoming. She was thorough in her explanations of the procedures and made me feel very comfortable. The procedure itself was slightly painful--I am injecting a formula into my skin via a needle-- but it wasn't anything I couldn't handle or didn't expect. Overall, it was done within minutes from start to finish. I'm pleased with the results and could definitely see the difference immediately. I had a great experience with the team at Well Medical. I've been looking into getting b12 shots for the last month due to my continued lack of energy/tiredness. I purchased the Groupon for the micro needling (series of 3). When I arrived I was immediately welcomed. Dominque introduced herself and made me feel welcomed. Kaylee was the one who did my micro needling. Kaylee was very nice and explained everything on how the micro-needling works and recommended which products I should use and didn't make me feel pressured into purchasing the products they had. I told Kaylee which products I was using and she looked at the ingredients and said that it was a good product to use but to also use a sunscreen. I have been going to various medical spas known for customer service, but was blown away by the service level. I was a little nervous as I was trying a dermal filler for the first time through a fabulous deal from BuyWithMe. I was early which allowed for me to sit and fill out paperwork and chat with the receptionist, who immediately put me at ease answering questions and general conversation. When I went in for my service, Dominique told me about herself and asked that I do the same. She explained the process and asked what I was interested in concentrating on. I found this to be a wonderful change from some doctor's who want to fix things that I don't consider wrong, in order to make some money. Similar to my experience with the receptionist, I found myself chatting away with her during my process. The results were immediate so it was exciting to see improvements throughout the treatment. I bought a second syringe, which she price matched with the BuyWithMe rate, and got all my areas of concern addressed. I am so pleased with my results and the level of service I received that I will be going back to try other services despite her location being out of my way. She also suggested that I contact her about price matching, if I found a good deal with anything else she does. Update: Unfortunately, the results were short term. They only lasted a few weeks. I contacted them to let them know of my results after receiving an email from them 5 months later. Originally, I had just wanted to offer feedback, but upon speaking with them and corresponding through email, I'd realized that I did not feel I got my money's worth and had wanted to get what I'd paid for as "up to a year" seemed very different from a few weeks or even 5 months, if I were to go by my contact timeline. I explained this and said I had photos that could show the changes. But, I was told it is hard to examine work from that long ago. No before and after pictures were taken at the office either. I was offered Radiesse for $100 off at $499. But, after spending $498 on Juvederm and only getting results for 3 weeks, I declined. That's a bit too spendy for another product with no guarantee. I have lowered my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. Originally, I'd changed it to 3 stars because of the customer service aspect and because I am not sure that how fast my body metabolized Juvederm is necessarily Well Medical Arts fault. Further, I am unsure as to how they would have handled the situation if I had been more timely in my response. In all correspondence however, responses were quick, professional and courteous. But, customer service without product/service delivery has left me disappointed. And, the bottom line is results. The results I'd been promised weren't delivered. read more

I thought long and hard about writing a review about Well Medical Arts because I don't like to be negative or critical, but I had a bad experience with the treatment I got from Dominique Well and feel the need to share my story. I've had injections of botox and filler for three years, so I'm familiar with products and their results. I only went to Dominique because of a great online botox deal. Her location is certainly not convenient for me. While there, I decided to take her suggestion to use Radiesse as a filler under my eyes (I had previously used Juvederm). Dominique was nice and attentive, but the results were more than disappointing. After a week, there was still considerable movement with 25 units of botox (the most I've ever gotten at one time) and the filler left divots under my eyes, with a sunken and tired look. When I called to remedy the situation, she had me come in only to sell me more product and tell me that I was a candidate for surgery. I was never told this at my first consultation (or have ever been told that by my original 'injector' specialist) and she took no pictures until my second visit. After more money ($1,400 total) and no price matching, the results were indistinguishable. I don't know how Dominique can claim that her work is guaranteed when it clearly is not, or at least was not in my case. Extremely dissatisfied, I called again and got "squeezed in" with the appointment confirmed at a cost of $30 for a follow-up check. Needless to say, I canceled the appointment and have no intention of ever using her services again. I would not recommend Dominique Well to any of my friends, associates or acquaintances. I am now in the process of getting her 'work' fixed at further expense to me. read more

Waste of money and Owner Dominique is Condescending. I had no results from the IPL treatment I had here and called in to report my experience and request a refund. I was denied a refund but was offered a complimentary facial to make up for this. I was told they used a pretty standard setting to "play it safe" for first-time clients and alter the settings accordingly for the next round. However, they played is so safe it was a total waste of money. I appreciated that they were at least offering me a free facial. However, if I would've known how I was going to be spoken to upon arriving for this treatment, I would have passed up the free facial altogether. I was made to feel stupid for "thinking" I had no results with my previous IPL. She corrected my mistake and alerted me sharply that "she's the professional" and I am not. She squinted her eyes at me as if she was struggling to understand the ramblings of an imbecile. I'm very non-confrontational and was made very uncomfortable. I got that sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach. I was embarrassed. She belittled my opinion. She believes it's absolutely foolish for me to think I know my skin better than she does. Incredibly bizarre experience. However, the esthetician, Kaylee, (who was the one doing my facial) was super super nice. I would definitely go to her clinic if she had one. read more

Well...as much as I don't like to say anything negative, I also don't want people to waste their time, their money, or more importantly, their FACE. I came to Well Medical Arts after a year of researching the differences between all fillers. Belotero, Restylane, Perlane, Juvaderm, Radiesse. I was trying to get rid of the terrible dark circles and lines under my eyes that I got as a result of my genetics, and from losing the baby fat in my cheeks. When I spoke with Domonique on the phone, she offered me special pricing for ANY filler of my choice, and then a good deal on Botox as well for my boy. We set up appointments and came the next day. Upon entering her office, I felt immediately comfortable. It had a great vibe; very modern, a lot of green, a good energy about the place. That is the only reason why I can give this place any stars at all, is for it's design. Then we met Domonique - an upbeat, spunky, tattooed little blonde chic in a lab coat (I originally thought how dope! What a cool person). What I didn't know is that soon, she would be ripping us off. Her spunky attitude was nothing more than a sales pitch, and she lied about the benefits of what she was doing. I told her for under my eyes I wanted Juvaderm, because of the consistency, but she swore up and down to go with Radiesse (after telling her I belonged to Brilliant Distinctions and would get points for an Allergan product, in which case Radiesse is not). I said ok if that's your professional opinion then let's do it. This Radiesse lasted me BARELY 2 months. I had the result I wanted for 2 weeks and then it slowly dissipated after that. For my boy, we bought 40 units of Botox. (He has previously had Botox before with no problems). 2 weeks later, still no results from the Botox. He had to go back and she gave him 40 MORE units of Botox! Hello! Obviously after 80 units of Botox, it's time to realize that your stuff is too concentrated. I'm mad because after spending $900, we got nothin'. And now I'm left with lumps from the Radiesse in my face which I knew would happen because it's thin skin, and you don't put a calcium filler in that area, you put a hyaluronic-acid based filler there. Her stuff is either expired or she doesn't know what she's doing. But I recommend against her office. I now have been seeing the same doctor for 6 months and have no problems with the Juvaderm or Botox he's used on me, or the 8 friends I've sent his way! read more

This was the best tattoo lasering experience I've ever had. Kaylee is phenomenal! The place was easy to find. I walked in, it was clean. Everyone was nice, I didn't wait too long. I was very comfortable and Kaylee was very comforting and warm. Lasering your tattoo is already painful and Kaylee made my experience a lot better. They have great technology and they have the tube with cool air that comes out to help soothe your skin after it's lasered. They are very nice and welcoming, they gave me a small cute little ice pack and water and tylenol to help with my pain. I highly recommend this place!!! read more

I had a IPL with Tracy last year and was very pleased, however she left. I had an IPL with Rose in Aug '14, although I made my online appointment with Dr. Kate. I was very disappointed with Rose and my IPL, she was talking to herself, like she was reading an instruction manual, and and when done, she put a cream on my face and neck which was tinted and she got on my NEW white sweater and ruined it! I Tried washing 3 times and spot lifter to no avail. The brown spots and spider veins on my face look just the same as before I had my treatment with Rose. I am DONE with WELL MEDICAL "ARTS"....save your $$$ read more
