I am holding off on a 5 star review only because it takes a while to begin to see results. Brionna was amazingly straight forward, knowledgeable, and caring. Very refreshing in these days. I have lost over 50 pounds in the past 18 months or so. I lost it all in about 14 months and have held steady + or - 150 LBS (within 2 pounds either way) since December. I had wanted to have my tummy and outer thighs treated as even when I weighed 115 pounds and wore a size 4, I have always had a tummy pouch and saddle bags( perhaps more appropriate analogy would be "built in riding breaches". She first assessed my midriff and showed me what was needed to accomplish what I am hoping for. Then we moved on to my outer thighs (saddle bags/riding breaches). Brionna said nope! She would not do my outer thighs because she said " while they appear to you to be "big" there is not enough fat there and you run the risk of getting an unsatisfactory result because you don't have enough fat there and could end up with an indentation". I so very much appreciate her honesty and her putting my body and therefore my mental health and physical health before the monetary bottom line! What an awesome refreshing experience! After our interview, her very clear and concise explanation of the procedure and the expected discomfort, recovery time, result time, etc. we moved on to confirming my "investment" amount, we moved quickly to the treatment. I say "investment " because I truly view this as just that. I am 62 years old and hopefully have another 30 years ahead of me. My husband loves me and tells me so all the time. I want to stay healthy and as attractive as possible ( in my own eyes) into my 90's. I want this for both myself and my husband. While I know without a doubt my husband thinks I am great no matter my body I feel a need to see myself the way he says I look to him. I do not expect miracles. I am however, in great hopes that this procedure will finally minimize the appearance of areas that have resisted decreasing in size my entire life. If the abdominal treatment gives me the results I hope for I will definitely return to have my flanks and "back fat" (the part that some how manifests itself when we ladies put our bras on) treated. I will update this review in 3-4 months (the time required for full results). I am in great hopes of telling everyone how happy I am with my results. PS I see a couple reviews saying people either did not get the results they were hoping for and are upset. First of all, it says very clearly in the paper work that each person's body reacts differently. Most people see results and a few people do not get results. It also states again very clearly, that it takes a full 3 to 4 months to see full results and that SOME people MAY see results as early as 3 weeks. Some of the negative reviews were written in what appears to be within a few weeks of treatment. Unless folks have some sort of issue outside of what results are a full 3 to 4 months after the treament this seema unfair to the business as they are very clear that it does not work for everyone and results are not complete for 90- 120 days. Just like every other medical procedure it can be a gamble, I am not sure what else they could do to be any more clear that results vary from person to person and in some cases no results are seen. As long as my midriff does not have lumps, bumps or indentations after I am fully recovered I will be satisfied because I know nothing is 100% perfect every single time. They let me know this in person and in writing and I signed the paper that it was written on when "I" made the decision it was worth the risk of it not working. That's it for now. I was very skeptical about CoolSculpting. It's not cheap and I, probably like most others don't like to spend my money on things that don't produce results. For full transparency I am not a very big person (which you will be able to see from my photos below). I did not need to have this done but at the end of the day it's about being comfortable in your own skin and I wasn't comfortable in mine. I am very active, I work out 6x a week and eat relatively healthy (meaning I eat salad but I also drink beer and occassionally eat ice cream). My thighs are my issue area where my fat collects and no matter how hard I exercise (crossfit, yoga, soul cycle, Barry's) I just could not get rid of my banana roll (the area right under my butt). CoolSculpting works differently for everyone so I decided instead of continuing to read mixed reviews, to go to Seattle Aesthetics for a free consultation which was probably the best thing I ever did. Even if I decided not to have the treatment done, I still found the consultation so extremely helpful. Brionna is a gem, absolutely incredible. So knowledgable about CoolSculpting, never tried to "sell" me on the treatment, she gave me the facts about the treatment and talk about what she saw with my body and let that be the selling factor. My treatment was not painful at all. I went during my lunch break and was in and out with no down time. Any redness was gone within the hour. Below are photos of my results. Let me say.. no you cannot see a huge dramatic difference in the before and after; I did not lose 10lbs or drop 2 pants sizes; yes I was very pale in June when my before pictures were taken, I am tan now that summer is over. All of that being said, I do see a difference, enough to make my money worth it. My hip/thigh area is much smaller and my banana roll is definitely tighter and shrunken down a bit. I don't think you can go into this thinking you'll never have to exercise again and this will remove all your fat. We are human, fat makes us interesting. But this treatment was worth it for me and I would 100% recommend it. I am very happy with my results! read more

I was really happy with the experience, more than I expected. First from beginning to end the expectations were realistic. There sadly is no magic potion or pill to make fat and cellulite disappear forever. This felt scientific and rational and I was more pleased with the results than I hoped. Second it was not painful or even uncomfortable. The areas that are frozen were a bit numb for a few days, but that was it. I had little swelling, and I highly recommend the strong advice they give you to put on arnica gel and take internally arnica montana. It will keep the bruising and swelling down and help you recover faster. Within one week I saw a difference. It kept getting better over the course of a month or two, and has stayed good. Exercise is helping tone the skin and muscles, that of course is important too. I walked along the beach in a bikini bottom for the first time in a long time and it felt great. Brionna, my treatment specialist, is wonderful. She is meticulous and followed up superbly, checking in on me regularly. All in all, it was simple painless and worthwhile. read more

I am a 35 year old male who has always struggled with a stubborn role of fat around my lower abs. I had CoolSculpting done at Seattle Aesthetics and Nutrition about three months ago, and was very pleased with my experience! Louise was so nice, and she explained the procedure very thoroughly and made me feel so comfortable. I got to meet Dr. Ronda as well when I was getting my procedure done. She came in and introduced herself, and assisted with my first treatment. She was so nice and down to earth. Having her and Louise there to answer my questions and walk me through the treatment process made for a great experience. After my procedure I was sore for a few days but was still able to carry on with daily life as normal. After three months I can now see the full results from my treatments, and am very pleased. I highly recommend Seattle Esthetics if you are interested in Cool Sculpting. From start to finish everything was great! Brionna my treatment specialist, was wonderful! She was very professional and realistic in what I could expect with my results. After a short assessment, she was honest about what areas could be treated and what areas would not get results. I never felt any pressure to purchase a treatment. I decided to go ahead a schedule a treatment. My results- I noticed after 4 weeks my pants were becoming looser and 6 weeks later I was down one size! When I went in for my follow up assessment 3 months later, Brionna said that I lost 8.8 lbs and 9 inches overall!! I look and feel so much better. I am very physically active but have not been able to get rid of the small pocket of fat just below my navel. If you are thinking about having Coolsculpting done, don't go anywhere else! The staff isn't high pressure and didn't try to sell me on additional treatments that weren't needed. The ONLY aesthetic procedure they do is Coolsculpting so Louise is an expert! And such a nice lady. I went somewhere else the first time I had it done and didn't have a great experience.
