After moving to Seattle 4 years ago, I had a few unpleasant experiences around town of getting either subpar service or an aggressive upsell. Then I found Celsius. I cannot rave about the staff or the services more. I have had a Hydrofacial subscription, which I've loved - and my skin is so happy! Not cool, three weeks ago I bought a Groupon to come here and try it out. Big mistake buying the Groupon first. Never buy a Groupon for anything medical I should've known that. I asked the lady not to drop my eyebrows. I still needed to have movement. She completely dropped and froze my eyebrows. I can't lift them up. My eyes look incredibly hooded. Since then I have repeatedly asked them to remove me from their marketing list and delete my name, email address, and telephone number from their database. I don't even live in the area anymore yet I have repeatedly received marketing emails and texts over the years. Once again, a year or so after my last request to be removed from their email list, I received a marketing email. It looks like they added the name "Med Spa" in the five years since I've been here. Very scammy. I paid for 1 cryotherapy session and they signed me up for a monthly renewal. I had told them I was interested but wanted to find out more information first. They proceeded to sign me up for a monthly subscription of which I didn't find out about for a few months. Unfortunately it took many calls and hounding to get them to cancel. After snowboarding on Friday, I decided to visit this place for a compression session the next day to relieve the soreness. Although I wasn't sure what to expect when I signed up since it is my first time, I was pleased with the session and the service here! When I first arrived, the front desk person was very helpful, getting me checked in and explaining how everything works. The ambiance in the compression room was great and they have a TV in there for you to relax during your 30min session. However, there are two seats in the room I was in so you might be in a room with someone else. You get to choose the level of intensity of your session and the chair was large and comfy. Overall, it was a great experience and it really helped with my soreness from snowboarding. read more

Let me start by saying I didnt want to write this. I understand that negative reviews can have a significant impact on a business - but my skin has been severely damaged to the point where it could be permanent. The negligence during the procedure and the lack of support after is just unacceptable and I feel I need to warn others. I came here for cryo t-shock on my stomach just to tighten up before a vacation. After my second session I was left with a huge second degree burn across my stomach. I waited a couple days to see if it was just irritated from the procedure, but by day 3 I realized it was a significant burn. I reached out to the tech who informed her manager. The tech (Alicia) quit on the spot and the manager (Julie) reached out to me to discuss. The discussion was brief. I said as long as this is something that goes away in 14 days before I head to Cabo then Ill be ok. sometimes stuff happens..both Alicia and Julie were very nice and I have really been trying not to get worked up.. but now as I write this it's day 10 and appears to be scarring and I am extremely anxious and depressed. When we spoke on Day 6 (Monday, 10/3/22) Julie told me to take vitamin e & not pick at the wound (duh) and she called in a prescription for silver sulfadiazine. She said I would be refunded for my treatment package and she would be in touch when it goes through. It's now end of business on Friday and she has not confirmed my refund or checked in at all to see how I'm doing. I have consulted multiple friends in the dermatology/medspa space this week and they were each horrified. They said it is absolute negligence and this place should not be in business. I have been referred to a reconstructive surgeon that specializes in burn patients. I have spent hundreds of dollars on items to prepare to cover up while in Cabo since I now cannot be in the sun. She has had to stare at this hairy man body for well over a year and never once made me feel uncomfortable. I am sitting here doing the compression therapy right now for the first time and being someone who loves/needs regular massages i found this service super relaxing. No, you're not on a massage table but you're in a huge comfy chair and able to multitask (check email, use your phone) while having the service. I love that it's not a huge time commitment but still as beneficial. Staff was great in doing a quick explanation of the apparatus and checking in to make sure I was ok. It takes a few treatments to see results for fat reduction and toning but so far am impressed with the small improvements I see in skin texture. I've been going here for a month now and I enjoy every service that they have here! I did a trial week and decided to continue with an unlimited membership because I wanted to keep up the cryotherapy for my skin. My unlimited membership comes with unlimited cryotherapy plus 6 add ons (infrared sauna or compression therapy). Cryotherapy is quick, just a few minutes in a chamber that is monitored by a staff member. I go a few times a week, so I see the same staff and it's always a fun time talking to them to help get my mind off the cold and through the session. What I like about cryotherapy is that it's only a few minutes, so it's easy to walk in and complete a session within 5 minutes, making it easy to fit within your day. There are three different levels, so depending on what you can handle or how your body responds you can find what's right for you. They also have localized/facial cryotherapy. I loved doing the facial cryotherapy, it's like a nice cooling spa. The only bummer about it is that it's not considered an "add-on" with the unlimited pass, though you do pay a reduced rate for it. The unlimited is already pretty expensive, so I wish it was just included with it. The infrared sauna is a great way to relax and detox for 30 minutes, especially after a cryotherapy session. They have a small sauna that emits infrared rays, and the sauna itself feels a lower temperature than a normal sauna, so it's much easier to breathe and relax in (in my opinion). They all have a little touchpad device where you can watch videos or listen to music. I always feel great after an IR sauna. I tried the compression therapy once, and it's like a massage for whatever part you're compressing. I think of it like you're getting your blood pressure done, but then it's wrapped around your entire leg or arms. I did my legs, and it was a pretty cool experience, but personally not something I would probably do as much as the sauna. Overall, it's a great establishment with a lot of great services and a really awesome team. I highly suggest checking this place out. read more

If you're into cryotherapy, this is truly the best deal in town -- cryo is just so much less expensive here than anywhere else! Besides whole body cryo, they offer compression massage (Normatech), localized cryo, and infrared sauna. I love the local cryo -- so much better than doing ice packs on inflamed joints! The Normatech is quite relaxing as well, and during the winter, the sauna is good. Tip: book appointments online ahead of time if you can -- although it's a bit annoying that you still can't book localized cryo yet. Online booking is a must with infrared during peak times (evenings and weekends), as the infrared fills up fast. Everyone is so friendly here, too. They do a great job with their hiring process -- even with such low unemployment rates in Seattle, Celsius seems to always be able to hire really friendly people! read more

Somedays I do one minute, some days I do 3, regardless, my tendinitis is always improved after a session and I feel more energized, yet sleep like a baby. I feel like continuous use has helped me feel better overall both physically and mentally. It seems to help with range of motion and fatigue. Everyone here is so friendly. This place is amazing. Everyone who works here is amazing. I think the people who work here make this place a 20/10. The Cryo therapy works when you keep doing for 5 days. The infrared sauna is everything you would want from a normal sauna, you can breath, watch Netflix and you are more comfortable. Compression is just the icing on top of the cake! My lower back has some alignment issue and during the compression therapy I had the pressure cranked up to 7 (highest) for my core and the squeeze was so tight it was painful at first. I felt like it actually aggravated my lower back pain and I couldn't move normally right after for half an hour. Then I had this moment where I felt that part of my body had loosen up. Afterwards my back actually felt much better. The Cryotherapy was a little scary at first. But the specialist was so patient and nice. She talked me through the whole process so it was more bearable. Celsius is an amazing little health oasis connected to Studio 3! Celsius features cryotherapy, normatec, and infrared sauna. Brittany was so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She gave me a little tour of the beautiful space and explained the different services. Cryotherapy is supposed to have a lot of benefits to help with chronic pain, inflammation, and reduce soreness. There is more details on their site! Normatec compresses your muscles to flush out the lactic acid in your body that causes muscle soreness from working out. My first visit I tried cryotherapy for the first time! You change into robes, clean socks, and gloves provided by Celsius. Someone is with you the whole time and Cryo is just 2 or 3 minutes! So it's quick to fit in your schedule. I had just one session and it was really cool (no pun intended) and not as bad as I thought it was going to be. Only the last 10 or 20 seconds were a little prickly from the chill. They say it's best to come in as often as possible to truly see the benefits. I'll definitely be back for more and look forward to trying normatec and the infrared sauna next time. It's conveniently connected and a part of Studio 3 where I frequently work out at. read more
