I would have given a good review for my iron infusion, up until my scheduled appointment, at which point Drip completely dropped the ball. The nurse who I had been texting with (and who asked to move our appt-- which I accommodated) didn't have iron (she didn't know this when we were texting?) so my appt (2pm) rolls around, and no one is here. I text her, and she tells me that someone else will be coming, and they should've contacted me. Then I get a call from dispatch, who tells me the other nurse is 40 min away. Unprofessional and unacceptable to call me after my scheduled appointment, to tell me that it'll be 45 minutes late. I had clients for work that needed to be moved, due to this inconvenience. Dispatch assured me I would be refunded for this inconvenience, and I haven't heard a peep. No response to my emails, and the infusion was about 3 weeks ago. In addition, while the nurse was friendly, and she did everything as I assume she's supposed to... she didn't stay to make sure I was OK (this was my first iron infusion), nor did the company follow-up to ensure I didn't have any side effects. This is grossly negligent. When dealing with at-home medical procedures, as routine as this MIGHT be, you need to be following up with patients. For some people, perhaps home-bound, or for those just needing some energy to perk you out of your hangover, maybe this is a fine service. But I didn't feel like it was up to snuff, at all. And I am still waiting for that refund. read more

They have since resolved my previous issue with nurses coming out to service my location. With that being resolved overall their service is spectacular the nurses have always been friendly and seem knowledgeable of their craft. read more

The service I purchased required a medical provider to call me regarding my lab results. That was my least favorite part of the process, the lady I spoke with almost sounded annoyed that I had anything to say outside of what she read me over the phone. At one point even said something along the lines of "you can just google that" when I asked a question and "I have to read this to you". Kalei, however, is the individual who did my schedule and the one who corresponds my monthly service. She is amazing, very easy to approach (through email) and always quick to answer any question I have. Literally always - I just sent her an email around 10pm and got a response within 10 minutes! She celebrates my little wins with me and just overall very accommodating. Never makes me feel like I'm asking silly questions. If it weren't for Kalei, the call with the medical provider would have had me up and leave. So safe to say the 5 stars is for Kalei. read more

I would have liked to be able to fill out initial paperwork in advance. While I completely understand why I wasn't a good candidate for their offerings, I would have preferred to not waste the time of making an appointment and showing up on time. read more

Awesome at home experience with Drip Hydration. Staff is super friendly and make the whole experience a breeze. Would highly recommend.

What a life saving service! Top notch, experienced nurses helping you feel better... fast. I'm sooo beyond happy! I woke up sick with a headache and nausea... I also have bursitis so I was a screaming' hot mess. I was so sick I couldn't sleep. I needed to get things done today and now I can! Thanks Cassie!!!! BENEFITS: they come to your house and can help sort out what may be best for you. And you can fall asleep during treatment right in your bed and they just head out when you're all set. Got a migraine? Give them a try!!! And it's same day service! My Experience was excellent. I could not do anything with an ice pick headache, nausea and pain in my knees. Cassie (a former ER nurse with over a decade of experience) showed and and set me up right on my couch. She recommended some medicine to help with my issues so that went into the IV! My headache melted away, nausea gone. Knees even feel better. Plus I really enjoyed chatting with Cassie who is helpful, funny and smart! I can't say enough about this experience. So much better then leaving home to go to an IV bar with a nurse with unknown experience and just fluids. Try this for illness, flu, migraine, hangover.... You'll be glad you did! read more

Where can you get a covid-19 antibody test is Seattle? I heard about celebrities getting antibody tests, and did some digging found this company which administers IV fluids, vitamins, etc and has these generally unapproved (for diagnosis) tests. It's a lot like a pregnancy test, with a few drops of blood from a finger prick, then: one line, two lines, or three. It's a serology test they offer, testing for antibodies... But hey when you can't get a test, turns out you can. It was a little expensive, for sure, but happy I did it. It feels insane to know nothing, and so this for sure better than nothing. Consulted the Doctor on the phone. A nurse came to my office, very pleasant. She had all the equipment, came with mask on. Amazingly the offer same day services. Also received one of their IV fluids combos, feel pretty good from that. I would do it again for some special occasion, like big recovery (some future ailment or major hangover or illness). It took about an hour. If it were 1/2 the price i'd do it once a month. read more

Drip Hydration Seattle - Covid-19 antibody test. No, it's not a diagnosis, or a test for the virus, but a test for antibodies. - IV Hydration Near Me

I was in a lot of pain hungover and requested for someone to come ASAP. They did it! Megan was so gentle, friendly, and accommodating. When I had a medical concern that affected the treatment she was educated and still found a way to help. 10/10 read more

Women who called me back to schedule was very rude and super condescending. I used their services in San Francisco and had a wonderful experience. Too bad Seattle can't match their level of professionalism. read more

They're not telling you everything on their site. They should post their requirements on their site instead of letting ppl book and then they call you with all kinds of stuff that's classist and discriminatory. read more

I have an autoimmune disorder and have not been feeling well. I was a little worried about having someone in the med field over with this virus going around but Cindy was really helpful and sweet and brought me a mask to wear and took obvious precaution. The process was super easy and I feel a lot better. I'm so happy she was able to come to my house and make the process so easy and safe for me. Thank you Cindy! read more

This was my first experince with Drip Hydration and it was a world class experince. The idea that a sick mama, stuck at home with her kiddos could arrange an in-home visit same day was so valuable. I got a call shortly after my request and it was quick, but comprehensive. We were able to discuss my symptoms and medical history to arrive at the perfect blend for my visit (Myers Cocktail + zofran + antacid + anti-inflammatory). This is important as I have a gastric sleeve and my needs/restrictions differ from others. My ROCK STAR R.N. Cindy was able to provide me with a much more healing blend than the selection I orginally chose. And...it was cheaper! She was so accommodating, knowledgeable and passionate about this treatment and made a world of differnce for my experience! #customerfocus #customerexperience I feel (and look) SO much better a day later. Already planning a drip party for me and some GFs! Highly recommend Drip Hydration!! read more

I had my first at home IV hydration experience with Drip a few weeks ago when I was feeling a bit under the weather. It was a busy week where I couldn't afford to miss a beat. The RN Emily came to my apartment and in about an hour the procedure was done! The next day I was back to feeling 100%. Wish I could do it every day! Great experience! read more
