The service I purchased required a medical provider to call me regarding my lab results. That was my least favorite part of the process, the lady I spoke with almost sounded annoyed that I had anything to say outside of what she read me over the phone. At one point even said something along the lines of "you can just google that" when I asked a question and "I have to read this to you". Kalei, however, is the individual who did my schedule and the one who corresponds my monthly service. She is amazing, very easy to approach (through email) and always quick to answer any question I have. Literally always - I just sent her an email around 10pm and got a response within 10 minutes! She celebrates my little wins with me and just overall very accommodating. Never makes me feel like I'm asking silly questions. If it weren't for Kalei, the call with the medical provider would have had me up and leave. So safe to say the 5 stars is for Kalei. read more

They have since resolved my previous issue with nurses coming out to service my location. With that being resolved overall their service is spectacular the nurses have always been friendly and seem knowledgeable of their craft. read more

I would have liked to be able to fill out initial paperwork in advance. While I completely understand why I wasn't a good candidate for their offerings, I would have preferred to not waste the time of making an appointment and showing up on time. read more

Cassie (a former ER nurse with over a decade of experience) showed and and set me up right on my couch. She recommended some medicine to help with my issues so that went into the IV! My headache melted away, nausea gone. Knees even feel better. Plus I really enjoyed chatting with Cassie who is helpful, funny and smart! I can't say enough about this experience. Where can you get a covid-19 antibody test is Seattle? I heard about celebrities getting antibody tests, and did some digging found this company which administers IV fluids, vitamins, etc and has these generally unapproved (for diagnosis) tests. It's a lot like a pregnancy test, with a few drops of blood from a finger prick, then: one line, two lines, or three. It's a serology test they offer, testing for antibodies... But hey when you can't get a test, turns out you can. It was a little expensive, for sure, but happy I did it. It feels insane to know nothing, and so this for sure better than nothing. Consulted the Doctor on the phone. A nurse came to my office, very pleasant. She had all the equipment, came with mask on. Amazingly the offer same day services. Also received one of their IV fluids combos, feel pretty good from that. I would do it again for some special occasion, like big recovery (some future ailment or major hangover or illness). It took about an hour. If it were 1/2 the price i'd do it once a month. read more

This was my first experince with Drip Hydration and it was a world class experince. The idea that a sick mama, stuck at home with her kiddos could arrange an in-home visit same day was so valuable. I got a call shortly after my request and it was quick, but comprehensive.
