Unprofessional and unacceptable to call me after my scheduled appointment, to tell me that it'll be 45 minutes late. I had clients for work that needed to be moved, due to this inconvenience. Dispatch assured me I would be refunded for this inconvenience, and I haven't heard a peep. No response to my emails, and the infusion was about 3 weeks ago. In addition, while the nurse was friendly, and she did everything as I assume she's supposed to... she didn't stay to make sure I was OK (this was my first iron infusion), nor did the company follow-up to ensure I didn't have any side effects. This is grossly negligent. When dealing with at-home medical procedures, as routine as this MIGHT be, you need to be following up with patients. For some people, perhaps home-bound, or for those just needing some energy to perk you out of your hangover, maybe this is a fine service. But I didn't feel like it was up to snuff, at all. And I am still waiting for that refund.
