Absolutely love this Medispa! They make you feel like family. So kind and such amazing service. Everyone is so nice. I come for B12 and BComplex shots. Most recently, I got the B12 & BComplex shots before my trip to Costa Rica to prevent mosquito bites and it worked!! I normally get bitten so often, but getting the B shots helped so I could actually enjoy my trip. Strongly recommend! read more

I have been going to see the girls at Vitality Medi Spa for years!! I recently had the pleasure of visiting their new spot in Queen Ann and it is absolutely stunning! Jessika and her staff are professional, knowledgeable & so down to earth! I have gotten everything from Botox & filler to B12 shots at Vitality and they never disappoint!! If you are wanting to look refreshed and enhanced but not overly done Vitality Medi Spa is the best! read more

Just had the Vitality Signature treatment, and wow, I'm already feeling so much better! The team at Vitality Medi Spa is incredibly nice and super easy to talk to--it was like catching up with good friends (who happen to know how to make you feel amazing). From start to finish, they made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. And as Arnold would say, 'I'll be back'--because feeling this good is definitely worth a return visit! read more

Literally can't say enough good things about Vitality! They're so friendly and absolutely amazing. I have really reactive skin and had been dealing with horrendous breakouts after turning 30...3 years later I had gone to countless Dermatologists, tried all the prescription topicals, antibiotics, etc. and nothing worked. Jess recommended an Epionce skincare regimen and my skin has never been better! Breakouts gone, glowing skin, and I'm finally feeling confident and not hiding in my apartment too embarrassed to go outside. I got the facial membership so rotating between chemical peels and hydrafacials and just loving the results so much and it's only been a few months. I first started coming here as I'm having my hand tattoo removed - which is not a fun experience, but everyone at Vitality makes it manageable. Highly recommend for all of your skincare needs! read more

Vitality Medi Spa is my favorite place for all of my skincare needs! I became a patient almost 4 years ago and I cannot believe I have not posted a review until now.. these gals are the BEST of the BEST! The spa is beautiful, relaxing, fun and it smells amazing every single time I go in there! Why can't my house smell that good? There are many small touches around the spa that really reflect the team's attention to detail and it only accentuates the level of care that they provide to their patients. Top notch customer service. I've experienced most of their services and have too many favorites to list! Once I heard about their new laser and the new services they were offering, I went in to start the process of removing two tattoos with Sirbrina and Jess (see photo). I also got my first laser treatment for an embarrassing scar that I have tried to hide for over 10 years. I noticed results instantly and I'm so excited for my next appointment and being one step closer to clearing up these problem areas! In addition to all of the great services I have received, I have been using their Epionce skincare line for nearly 4 years and my skin looks and feels incredible. I'm 35 and everyone always asks me about my skincare routine and I swear by this line. Thank you Vitality!! read more

Vitality Medi Spa - Sirbrina removing my tattoo - my ex's initials!! - Medical Spas Near Me - Seattle, Washington

I always feel excited to go in for my appointments because everyone at Vitality makes me feel at home. I have had 2 sessions with Jess (one of the owners) so far and she is beyond amazing! In her own words and I concur, she knows skin! She never oversells products or treatments and has identified what I need to achieve my desired look considering my budget. Another person I have worked with is Dr. Tiffany; she has a great bedside manner and always paces herself according to my comfort level. Amanda the other owner is also great and on the whole, this entire outfit is warm and welcoming. read more

I've come to Vitality for a few things - laser tattoo removal, facials, and now for filler! The entire staff is phenomenal and extremely caring. I always walk away feeling so confident in myself. If you're thinking about doing any of their services, don't go anywhere else! Absolutely worth the $$$. read more

I have had a few treatments with Dr. Tiffany (Botox and lip filler) and she's amazing! She does beautiful work. And Maureen at the front desk is just the sweetest and always remembers everyone who comes in the door. Unfortunately I have moved out of town so I won't be able to return, but I really recommend this place! read more

I have been coming to Vitality for a few years now. It has been 100% better since it has changed ownership. Jess the master esthetician is so knowledgeable of all the services. Whenever I am in I can tell how everyone is so happy to be there. They added more services as well! I get my Botox here and lip filler and I look great! read more

Vitality salon is an absolute gem. I've had services with Sirbrina and Jess. To begin with the front desk, Marie was professional and attentive. I'd never had the service done before, microneedling which is of course a delicate procedure - but my entire initiation into service was detailed and thorough. I felt safe in terms of COVID precautions, they're truly thinking of each detail. The experience and the knowledge of my facilitators was very apparent. My aftercare instructions were made clear to me. I'd recommend this salon to ANYONE who wants a proper service! I've seen some questionable reviews but I realized that there was a transfer of ownership so I felt really confident in this business!!!! This is experience feels like paradise read more

If you haven't gone to see ally for your filler and Botox then you're living your life the wrong way ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ iv been seeing ally for about a year now and will follow her everywhere and anywhere. She can take you from looking like a frog to princess. She works magic but won't let you look botched (no matter how much I beg to have big ol stripper lips) she will tell you her honest professional opinion and not let you go overboard while still providing you with gorgeous results. I get compliments all the time when my mask isn't hiding my beautiful lips! I was super insecure about my lips before filler and being a virgin to filler she really exceeded my expectations. She also always keeps my forehead nice and smooth with her magic skills injecting Botox! Thank you wizard ally read more

Had many facials and have always been skeptical. Especially about purchasing product. Sirbrina Guerrero is a master at facials. Went because no matter what I used my face was dry and wrinkly. She recommended product and I took baby steps in purchasing and using. My skin looks fabulous! Now I tell her my budget and do what she says and it is all working ! Love the service and staff at Vitality also. Grateful my neighbor recommended this place. read more

I had my first ever microneedling appointment yesterday at Vitality in lower Queen Anne. Super cute medi spa! From the moment I walked in the door I was put at ease and warmly welcomed by the client reception. The spa is extremely clean and seemed to have great sanitation practices in place. My appointment was with Sirbrina and I let her know that I get a little nervous around needles. She gave me a mini vibrating ball to hold onto during my appointment and it actually helped calm me! I have to say it didn't really hurt, more of a tingling sensation. But of course my face was numb, so I'm sure that helped. Make sure you don't have plans afterwards since your face is very red and healing. I am excited to see my result over the next couple of weeks! Thank you so much, I will definitely return to the see the fab team at Vitality. read more

This was my first visit to a medical spa and I was little nervous. I thought I had taken pretty good care of my skin but, I had pretty bad hyperpigmentation around my brow line and upper lip from waxing and sun exposure. After doing some research, I thought I needed some pretty extensive work and I was ready for a pretty hefty bill. Within minutes of my consultation I felt so comfortable. Jess explained exactly how the discoloration happened, what I need to do to avoid it, and she came up with a treatment plan. It was so simple and so much less invasive than what I originally thought. She talked me out of things I didn't need. I thought that was pretty cool. The first face peel was unreal. I couldn't believe the difference. Within weeks my face has turned back years and the darks spots are almost gone. I was prepared to spend a lot more time and money and she knew it, but she told me this is all you need and it is what will work. She was right. I TOTALLY trust the entire staff there. I can't say enough about my experiences there from the staff, to education, and the results. Plus everyone is really fun there too. It's a great vibe. I recommend them to all my friends now. read more

I cannot say enough about this amazing place and the incredibly talented staff. I was super nervous about my first "brotox" appointment. As soon as I walked through the door I was put at ease by the kind and professional staff at Vitality. The space is incredibly welcoming and clean. All my questions were answered in a direct and professional manner, as were the services rendered. The procedure was quick and painless and I am ecstatic about the results. I left feeling more like an old friend than a client. Would give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend the Vitality experience! read more

I have been going to vitality for almost 4 years now, and I cannot say enough good things. Jess, the owner has completely transformed my skin. The staff is wonderful, and the atmosphere is beautiful. read more

I can't begin to describe the wonderful experiences I've had at vitality. Dr Tiffany does AMAZING work with fillers! My lips were looking a little deflated and she plumped them right back up and got rid of my deep smile line that I didn't even realize was possible! Everyone that works there is literally soooo nice! It's a small office but it's so inviting, beautiful and cozy! I can't wait to go back to get watercolor lips done! read more

Being new to skincare/facial treatments, I was a little nervous. A friend told me about this place, so I made an appointment with Sirbrina. The salon itself was adorable, modern, and clean. The staff was super friendly (they even offer you a beverage of your choice at the door, including bubbles -- yay!) and I had a fabulous experience. My skin immediately feels clearer and smoother -- and to be honest, it didn't hurt at all (I was expecting it to). What I liked most is they listened to my concerns, and provided treatment recommendations based on my skin type and history. Looking forward to my skin continuing to improve over the next few days -- I'll definitely be a repeat customer :) read more

I like this place and Dr. Tami and Nurse Jean are the best. I have been their client since forever it feels like. First I tried to removed my tattoo then Botox and dysport occasionally. It's true that prices went up bit but what didn't in Seattle right! They relocated to smaller cute building with free parking in the back. I recently went to one of their parties and prepaid Dysport for good price so when October comes I can get it done and look fresh for my vacation. I really never have issues with them and if money would allow I would probably see them more often Also my favorite is Dr. Tami's vitamin C serum. I absolutely love it. read more

This place is an absolute scam. "Dr" Tami is a joke, she seems to have no idea what she is doing. After a bad experience here (that left my face uneven) I never came back. They will hound you for years to get you to come in for their services. I asked them multiple times to take me off of their call list and I still get auto solicitation calls from them, they use all random phone numbers from various cities. I beg you, DON'T EVER GIVE THEM YOUR NUMBER, you will get calls from them for years. Trust me, pay a little extra and go to a real doctor, cosmetic surgeon, or dermatologist. You're worth it. read more

Do not expect this office to keep track of your accounts, be very careful, and keep an eye on your credits if you happen to purchase any type of packages. They have a terrible system and don't keep track and will lose your money. I would find a différant, more reputable place. read more

I spent $5,000. for a YLift from Dr. Tami Meraglia, there was absolutely no effect at all. I had to sign all these required release forms, and now realize I relinquished any obligation or responsibility from the doctor. Afterwards the doctor said I was too overweight, then why did she accept me as a patient in the first place? Dr. Tami feigned support and concern with my situation, and then inevitably blew me off. It all started with one of their incentive coupons for $1,500. off the procedure that lured me into their office in the first place. Beware of this doctor and Vitality Queen Anne, I feel fleeced. read more

SO happy with my first visit & service from Jean! She is AMAZING. Very knowledgeable & made me feel right at ease about my first cosmetic procedure. The space was super cute, clean and easy to find w/free parking! Everyone was extremely friendly & welcoming and made me feel right at home. Can't wait to come back. Highly recommend! read more

I couldn't be happier with the quality of the doctors I've worked with here. I leave every session wondering why I've never worked with such helpful, compassionate and knowledgeable medical professionals before. They are a bit disorganized when it comes to running the office itself (e.g. scheduling, tracking of subscriptions, etc.) but it has been getting better over time. read more

This place has gone to trash this used to be my favorite place. Dr. Tami is worried about getting over on prices she's lost her entire staff and her customer base. The receptionist staff is extremely unprofessional and should be embarrassed of herself. I'm sure this place will be shut down within the next year. They raised my treatment price by $100 when I've been paying the same amount for 3 years. It's sad read more

Very unprofessional and a big disappointment! I had Ultherapy done a few years ago and I never had a follow up email or phone call after trying to get ahold of the esthetician. I could tell that she had no idea what she was doing, it really hurt and made my skin sag! I really thought for the amount of money I was spending I could of at least had Dr. Tami do my procedure. I trusted Dr. Tami when she said this procedure worked and that I should have it done. I feel cheated and disappointed! read more

This doctor will take you to the cleaners. They will change your card even when you cancel their services. The staff is different every time. I over heard the office manager talking about how "shady" Dr. Tammi is. You know it is bad when your office manager knows how horrible you are. I feel bad for anyone who is a client or employee this woman is a ripoff! She will try to talk you into becoming a "member" don't do it. Buyer beware! Run and run fast read more

This is a review of Dr. Tami's customer service. I ordered her supplements from her website on 9/19. That was two weeks ago and I have not received any supplements or tracking information. I tried to find a number to call on her website and there is not one. I emailed my complaint and was told to call the clinic. The clinic told me they didn't deal with that and told me to email. I have done both again and have received ZERO RESPONSE! Still no product. Do not deal with Dr. Tami or her website. read more

I was told my appointments with Dr. Parker would be by Skype, but they were only by telephone. I don't feel like the treatment plan was reasonable or achievable for a working woman. When I wanted out of the contract, they tried to say that I owed additional money first. I had already paid over $800 for two phone conferences. When I pointed out that according to the terms of the contract, I didn't think I owed any additional money to get out of the contract, I stopped hearing from them. I also wanted one form completed for the IRS to get reimbursed from my health savings account. They said they don't complete insurance documents. That seems unreasonable. It's not an insurance document and it's a very simple form just requiring a diagnosis and signature. I feel better doing my own plant based diet than trying to consume a high amount of protein and hardly any carbs. I'm seeing more weight loss results on Weight Watchers with a plant-based diet than I did while spinning my wheels trying to follow their recommendations and incurring a large amount of unnecessary expenses. read more
