Hi, I just got BBL & aggressive lipo out of state & I am desperate to find anywhere that is knowledgeable in wood therapy & body sculpting massages. I am afraid I'll get fibrosis if my stomach/back aren't massaged correctly. Would this be a good fit?

Hi love , yes I would definitely recommend getting body sculpting massages since you have had aggressive lipo. If you want to speak more you can text me and I can give you future information on what sessions you would need. :) I’m happy to assist.

I truly appreciate the new management team for reaching out to me and offering your apologies for the previous customer service issues I encountered. Sorry for the long post .... I did not have the best experience at all. I drove 3 hours (plus 2…read moreother trips) to have lipo on my legs and stomach and Abex with skin removal. I was told I would need 3 days recovery and be back to work. I was warned that my skin was not very elastic but never expected what I got. When I got there they gave me the 'cocktail' and I felt very relaxed but awake. They took me in and started numbing the area. Not at all painful. Then with a very long cannula started to aggressively poke and prod inside my abdomen etc to put in what I assume was numbing fluid. I can't even explain how aggressively. After an hour or so of this he started removing fat. I watched the fat removal process. Oddly satisfying. But then they gave me 'a little something more' because apparently I said I was feeling things. This completely knocked me out. I was in a 5 hour procedure then I rode home with my daughter never waking. I was mumbling at times and completely drugged up. When I got home it took 3 guys to help me in the house(I only weigh 145 lbs) as I still was not at all with it. I could not support myself on my legs. After having help going to the bathroom, I was put in bed. Never waking till morning. Recovery was hard. I couldn't stand up straight for a week and even then was somewhat painful. I have a high pain tolerance. After 6 weeks I felt like it was going good. I'm now 9 months out and my stomach is flatter but lumpy and the skin is still loose. My thighs are also smaller but I now have hanging skin and dimples where the cannulas entered. My cellulite is worse now because of the lack of fat to fill it out I guess. The worst part is the Dr told me my thighs might not be perfect but they should look better then totally sold me on the more expensive and in depth procedure to 'pull everything up and tight'. And now I have to live with the significant payout for minimal results. I had no idea how hard it would be or exactly what I was getting into. They were vague and overpromised. I cannot stress enough to know exactly what you're in for. Then I asked if there is follow up tightening of skin or anything. Well of course there is.... At even more cost. Thanks but no thanks. I would not recommend any of it.

The Northgate location is lovely, coffee is made for you and I sat on a comfortable sofa watching a video of procedures performed by Dr Kevin. I need to add that day prior to appointment, Bailey acted as intermediary,by text to ask if I could come in a 1/2 hr earlier to thoroughly go over my skincare game plan. She actually texted a few times to ask questions from Dr Kevin. Very professional & above n beyond! Dr Kevin decided not to remove my fiilers of Voluma that were haphazardly done by Ideal Image. Please ladies, steer clear of Ideal image and it's copycat franchise,Sev. They hire people that aren't qualified. Nu Me offers a multitude of whole body and face lasers and injections. Dr. Kevin has a great eye and could see my face would flatten if filler was dissolved. He expertly put Radiesse on the sides of my face/cheeks to add support and blend w Voluma for a natural, softer look. Also, put Radiesse in trouble spots around jaw and chin. Very reasonable cost of $750 per syringe. So happy and looking forward to my next Xerf treatment, end of March. Shout out to the very kind Vikki for smoothly handling the financial,as for this I was using Cherry payment plan.

I have sensitive skin, but my skin handled the treatment very well. The doctor gave me great tips on hydrating my skin before the procedure, which really boosted my results. He clearly knows this machine inside and out, and I felt completely comfortable -- no numbing needed. I can already see instant lifting, and my face keeps looking better as my collagen builds. At 40, I'm so happy I tried this -- it's comfortable, effective, and really works compared to older technology.

About three weeks ago I had, what should have been a minimally invasive procedure, done at this location. Since then I've experienced ongoing complications that have not been properly addressed, nor fall under categorically minimal side effects that may result from the procedure, if it is done correctly. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not been given a clear treatment plan or consistent follow-up care but instead I've received delayed responses or made to feel that it's a personal issue rather than a result of improper care. My condition has only worsened over time, and I've been left to manage this largely on my own. From the beginning, there were inconsistencies in communication. I was sold a package but later told I had misunderstood what was included in the package. I was also told that I would be sent home with aftercare products, which I understood to be part of the service, but were later presented as additional add-on products to purchase for necessary aftercare. I was given the run around from the time of purchase, until now that I have made several attempts to resolve this not only amicably but primarily to get my skin heath back. I was made to feel that this was an isolate issue because of my own skin but have since consulted with other RNs and licensed aestheticians to better understand what actually happened. Based on what I shared with them & their assessment of the aftermath, they expressed concern about how the procedure was performed, including the intensity, level of aggressiveness and the lack of proper skin assessment or testing beforehand by the aesthetician as there are different classes that the procedure fall under, some of which do not comply with certain skin types. I have tried to be patient, reasonable & more than fair in giving the business an opportunity to address this, but the responses thus far have been dismissive, unprofessional and lackluster given the severity of the situation & how it has damaged my skin & impacted my overall conscious throughout my day to day activities. This experience has had a significant impact on me, physically, emotionally, and professionally, and not something I take lightly. I had previously referred several friends here, which makes having to write this, even more disappointing. At this point, I do not feel comfortable continuing treatment with this provider as they have shown their lack of care & professionalism from start to finish. I am currently exploring further options to address the situation & hope that the business takes it seriously in working towards an actual resolution, prior to me taking further action to do so.

During my consultation Dr. Egrari he told me he would also do liposuction (paying for it) to remove some extra fat from my arms but when I asked his nurses after surgery if liposuction had been done they told me it hadn't. My results were not anywhere near what I expected/desired. I was left with approximately two inches of loose/jiggly skin and my "after" looked like someone's " before photo." I was obviously very disappointed and upset after the money spent and the painful recovery. I discussed this with Dr. Egrari during my follow-up appointment. He basically gas lit me saying the results were proportionate to my body and that my arms looked better than before. When I lifted my arms and showed him the excess skin jiggling like a bat wing, he told me that even twelve year old's have arm jiggle. If Dr. Egrari would have validated my disappointment and acknowledged that the results weren't optimal I would have continued to have trust in him knowing this could potentially happen. Unfortunately, this didn't happen. He did tell me that we could meet in 6 months and if I was still unhappy we could discuss my options to see if I still felt I needed it, but doubling down that he stands by his opinion that my results were optimal. I'm not sure how extra time would solve anything, like in 6 months my arms would miraculously tighten up and the fat would disappear. I flew out of state to get a second opinion from a highly respected surgeon who told me that I had well over two inches of loose skin that still needed to be removed along with some additional fat that required liposuction. He also said as time went on the sagging would get even worse. I'm very upset that I have to pay for another surgery and start all over. While I believe Dr. Egrari does some things right (runs a safe practice with great before and after care) I believe his surgical approach is far too conservative resulting in a disappointing outcome.

I was a longtime patient of Dr. Egrari, having undergone multiple procedures with him over the span…read moreof more than a decade. Our relationship was always friendly and professional, and I had no issues with his care until a complication arose that required a more nuanced and specialized approach. Years ago, Dr. Egrari selected textured anatomical (teardrop-shaped) breast implants for my augmentation. Unfortunately, these implants rotated in the existing pocket, creating noticeable asymmetry. I later learned from other surgeons that placing teardrop implants into an existing pocket is generally not recommended for precisely this reason. I brought this concern to Dr. Egrari's attention, but he didn't offer to correct the issue, and at the time, I wasn't eager to undergo another surgery. Years later, I learned that the implants in my body had been recalled due to their association with BIA-ALCL, a rare lymphoma linked to textured implants. By then, I had also developed two autoimmune conditions and became seriously concerned that the implants might be contributing to systemic inflammation. When I brought these concerns to Dr. Egrari, I was disappointed by his response. He was dismissive of Breast Implant Illness (BII), calling it "hysteria from women on Facebook," despite my sharing published studies from reputable sources like PubMed showing emerging evidence of a link between implants and autoimmune symptoms. I ultimately decided to remove the implants and placed a $1000 deposit when a cancellation became available. However, when I asked Dr. Egrari to confirm that he would perform a full capsulectomy (removal of the scar capsule around the implant), he declined, citing the potential risks due to capsule adhesion to the ribs. While I respect that decision, I chose instead to go to a specialist in explant surgery who was certified in microsurgical techniques and could guarantee full capsule removal--something advised for patients with autoimmune symptoms. I wrote a polite and respectful email explaining my concerns and decision to go with a specialist. Despite only holding the surgery slot for two days, Dr. Egrari retained my full deposit and shockingly banned me from his practice. While Dr. Egrari may be a skilled surgeon for routine procedures, my experience suggests that when problems arise, patients may be completely abandoned and met with petty, small minded, unprofessional conduct. Surgeons will often refer out to specialists but after years of loyalty, I was left stunned by how quickly all goodwill evaporated the moment I needed care that required a more specialized approach. It was a hurtful and revealing end to what had once been a trusting doctor-patient relationship.
