i'm so stoked to be here right now my appointment was officially scheduled for August 31 however I've been keeping in communication with this office and lo and behold they called me yesterday July 23 asking me if I can come in today July 24 so I got on a flight from PDX to SEA, Uber from the airport to Bellevue hung out at the mall got all of my prescriptions and made it to my appointment with 20 minutes to spare. Everyone is nice to have Fiji water free Internet everyone is beautiful I will update this review with my results

    1 week post-op.

I've struggled with my double chin throughout my life, and this year I finally decided it was time for me to do something about it. After doing a copious amount of research and comparing several different fat removal methods, I decided to give Elite a call to schedule my consultation. During my hour-long complimentary consultation, I was first greeted by their fabulous consultant who addressed all my questions and provided me with a thorough overview of everything to expect before, during, and after the procedure, along with pricing. I then met with the surgeon so he could assess how much volume I had in my chin to remove. Lastly the consultant gave me exact pricing based on this. The entire consultation process gave me the confidence that I was at the right place, and I made the decision to proceed with scheduling my procedure. I arrived and was taken into the pre-op room where the nurses made sure I was completely taken care of and fully comfortable, providing me with comfy socks, a robe, garments to change into before the procedure, and reiterating the specifications for the procedure which was about to happen. The surgeon came in, drew target lines over the areas on my chin, neck and jowls, and once I gave the final okay, we got started! The first step was numbing the area. During this process that took about 5 minutes, I felt a very mild pinching. I'd say about a 2/10 on the pain scale. During this initial step the nurses asked me what music I'd like to listen to on the Alexa, and I was given full control of the aux for the duration of my procedure-which helped me fully relax. It's amazing! After the numbing fluid had sat in for about 15 minutes and my neck and chin areas were completely numbed up, the surgeon created the tiniest entry points, (0/10 pain) I was truly amazed at how small of an entry point they had to make. That's the minimal scarring part of this equation-this biopsy punch is 2mm, literally the size of a mole I have on my lower neck, and it will blend right in once fully healed. Within the next 15 minutes, I watched as my chin fat moved outside of my chin and into airtight container behind me. It was an absolutely monumental moment for me to see an almost immediate reduction of volume in my chin area, after so many years of wanting the fat gone, I almost cried with relief. Crazy thing is, the Airsculpt tool itself actually FELT GOOD!! It vibrated lightly and felt like just a light massage. Once all the volume was removed, that was it! Once I left, my pain level was literally sitting at about a 1/10, and I felt completely awake, so my friend offered to treat me to get Thai food at Bangrak in Seattle to celebrate. And with me feeling absolutely fine, of course I said yes! The fact that I was able to fully function, with virtually no pain after getting the literal fat removed from my chin and get dinner out straight afterwards was truly mind blowing. Modern medicine and technology (Airsculpt in particular) are extraordinary. Fast forward to the days/1 week after surgery: Their phenomenal nurse Emily followed up with me one day after my procedure to ensure I was doing well-and told me to call or text them personally if I had any questions or concerns in the near future. The first 48 hours, I had a tiny bit of swelling around my neck. It wasn't painful but just felt like pressure. I went to work the literal next morning after my procedure with absolutely no issues. At night, I was instructed to sleep with my head slightly elevated (just took two pillows and propped them against my headboard). For showers, I was given a sterile treated sponge to clean under the garment for the first 48 hours, which I used on day two. Fast forward to today, one week later. I just received my 1-week post-op phone call from the nurse, who was ecstatic with me and for me to hear that everything is going swimmingly. Every day after the 48-hour mark I've been showering regularly with no problems. Those 2mm entry points are completely scabbed over and are literally barely noticeable. It's only been one week...I can't wait to see what the next few months look like as my body continues to adjust and my skin continues to tighten to show my full results. I am advised to wear the compression garment for another week (2 weeks altogether) which won't be a problem since it's very comfortable, and appearance wise it's giving Balenciaga RTW 2018. Overall, I am utterly, completely satisfied with how the initial consultation, pre-op, procedure and post-op process went. I am beyond impressed with all the staff at the Elite Body Sculpture in Bellevue, who made sure I got all the information I needed, treated me with the highest standard of quality and the results ARE ALREADY exceptional. This was a top tier, seamless experience-I could not have made a better decision. You will thank yourself over and over if you decide to get your treatment done here!

I am so glad I got to have this done. I am a woman who is just shy of 30 years old and have recently lost about 45 pounds, but had a stubborn double-chin. It was something that had bothered me since I was 10 years old, whether I was overweight or not. The first doctor I contacted (not Dr. Zemplenyi) said I should get submentalplasty -- that was a little too much of a production for me. Dr. Zemplenyi kept it simple and conservative and said I should do lipo first, but that I might have to come back if he didn't take enough off. I appreciated that Dr. Zemplenyi didn't push me to go for a bigger (and more expensive) procedure, but still informed me about the options. He also was the only one to tell me about potential risks - which luckily didn't happen to me - while the other doctor didn't say anything about that. So I also appreciated that he was honest. Dr. Zemplenyi is a quirky guy and he knows it, but I appreciated that he looked at my chin as if he were an artist. Every person's face is different and I felt like he was really trying to get the best result possible for MY face. PROCEDURE Ok so like I said, I had under-chin lipo. I chose to do it under what I think was mild sedation. I had painkillers but I was still awake. I remember him doing the procedure, but I felt calm. I didn't feel pain. I felt pressure and movement. Recovery was more involved than I thought it would be. It hurt. There was a fair amount of swelling but not a lot of bruising. I got this done on a Thursday, and took Friday and Monday off of work. I worked from home until the following Thursday. Be prepared to take it easy. I should also note that I don't respond well to opioids so I stuck with Tylenol and it was enough for me to keep it manageable. RESULTS I am SO HAPPY with my results. The sheer brain space I have freed up now that I no longer worry about my double-chin? Amazing. If you are on the fence, contact him for a consultation. It was less expensive than I was expecting and about half the price of the submentalplasty the other doctor suggested. I am 8 weeks out and have just a little bit of swelling left and a little bit of tenderness left. I wish I had done this years ago! I am glad I had Dr. Zemplenyi do this for me.

This review is specifically about my experience with injectables at this practice…read more After spending nearly $50,000 on surgical procedures, I was advised at my one-month postoperative visit that I needed additional Botox and filler. I was surprised by this recommendation given how recently I had undergone a coronal brow lift and facelift. At that visit, I was quoted approximately $1,200 for 100 units of Botox and $1,800 for Juvéderm. I ultimately received 55 units of Botox. The effects lasted about four weeks, significantly shorter than the three months I was told to expect. When I followed up about the shortened duration, I was given differing explanations -- first that it was due to my metabolism, and later that it may have been due to injection placement. No replacement units or refund were offered. Separately, I paid $3,600 for lip fat transfer that did not produce lasting results, and I was billed $1,800 for additional filler at one month post-op. During one lip injection visit, I informed the injector that I have pre-existing lip granulomas from prior filler years ago. The injection was uncomfortable, and when I expressed pain, I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed professionally. Overall, I did not feel that my postoperative concerns were met with thoughtful reassessment. Instead, additional injectables were recommended early in the recovery period. I encourage patients to ask detailed questions about postoperative expectations, duration of injectable products, and refund policies before proceeding. Dr. Naficy's surgical consent states, "if a patient is dissatisfied, we will make a best effort to remediate." This statement is as far from the truth as it can get. Please share my review so other patients can avoid my very expensive mistake in judgement.

I am highly visible in the public. I had a neck lift done by Christine Nygaard on 3 Dec 2014. A compression bandage was used. Caretakers called evening of surgery and were told how and when to administer pain medication to me. I had told Doctors that I do not take pain meds. I was pointing to my left ear and saying "it hurts right here". I was extremely dopey and very nauseated from the anesthesia and what they had given me during surgery and recovery room. Pain medication was administered at doctor's instruction in spite of being nauseated. Continued calls of distress were made to the doctor the next day. Caregivers were told to give me more pain pills at closer intervals. Caregivers explicitly followed the doctor's orders. There were no follow up calls from Dr office. We called the doctor at home because I was projectile vomiting from all of the pain medicine I was given at Dr. orders. Her written protocol says the compression bandage comes off first day post op. I have a copy of the original post op date in writing. The morning of surgery I was asked who was bringing me to my post op appointment the MORNING following surgery. Her staff seemed to have appointments confused and mixed up most of time and changed them at the spur of the minute. I did not - in spite of repeated distress calls to see Dr. Nygaard - see her. My caregivers were repeatedly told the doctor was too busy and to give me more pain medication which caused projectile vomiting. I saw the doctor the first time approximately 54 hours post op. Her post op instructions clearly state if a compression bandage is used the patient is to be seen the first day post op. Caregivers were repeatedly told when they called the doctors office and asked for me to be seen that the doctor was too busy - she was in surgery or in new patient consultations. It was not until my son called her office repeatedly on Friday after surgery on Wednesday demanded adamantly and emotionally for me to be seen. He told them they had their priorities mixed up a surgical patient should be taken care of prior to new patient consults. My appt was changed to allow me to come in 2 hours earlier than she had changed my first post op appointment several days after surgery. We were 8-10 minutes late for our appointment as I still could not walk unassisted. The receptionist said in a very hostile tone, "You are 30 minutes late for your appointment. Just have a seat. The doctor will see you when she can fit you in....." I was so wobbly I sank onto the couch in tears. Our appointment was for 1:30. We arrived at 1:38. The tourniquet compression bandage on my head smelled like vomit. My ear (the compression bandage was cutting into the cartilage of my ear) hurt on a scale of 1-10 with ten being the worst was a twelve or fifteen. The doctor's staff was rude, not at all kind or sympathetic or helpful. They did not return calls as they said they would. I have been told by doctors that the necrosis (suffocating of healthy tissue due to lack of circulation) on my neck is a direct result of the compression bandage being wrapped to tightly and for too long. Please know who is administering your anesthesia and their credentials. You can die from an inept anesthesiologist. Investigate the difference in a doctor who is an anesthesiologist or a nurse who studied anesthesiology for two years to obtain certification to administer anesthesia. I was told I would need a caregiver for one night. Surgery was done on Wednesday. It was the following Sunday night before it was safe for me to be by myself. I believe I was administered to much anesthesia. Having had previous surgeries, I never experienced anything like this before. I am left with serious scaring on my neck from the necrosis and will be undergoing surgical procedures for next FOUR YEARS to correct the damage created by this medical faux-pau. Dr. Nygaard was not attentive or responsive at the time I needed help. Nor was she or her staff at all professional or courteous. Her bedside manner became solicitous when she realized she had created at problem and then she wanted to see me frequently. Payment - all payment was made prior to surgery. Please feel free to call or email me - 206-999-6788 or marion@windermere.com. I will be most delighted to share with you. I completed my last corrective surgery in Sep 2018. I spent 40 sessions in the hyperbaric chamber in an attempt to get the wound to heal. I have been through 4 corrective surgeries to remove as much dense thick lumpy scar tissue as safely possible.
