Every time I tried to schedule an appointment, I received a notification the day before or a few days prior that my appointment was canceled due to "unforeseen circumstances." This happened SEVERAL times. I filed a dispute with the finance company and I was told I'd been denied. When I called LaserAway because I thought I should just keep trying to get an appointment booked, I was told I had no treatments left and that I'd been refunded! I've received no refund, and am told by the finance company I was only given a partial reduction. So I have 1) Not been given a refund 2) Paid $1.7k+ for just two treatments and 3) I cannot even receive the services I'm paying for. Please save yourself and go somewhere else

There was no explanation of who and what qualifications the laser partitioner holds. Also, they do not offer lidocaine numbing cream!!! You know why? It takes minimum 10 minutes to be effective! I have been dealing with idiopathic urticaria (spontaneous hives) since 2009 and have seen many doctors and specialists who have never been able to find a solution. Then, a few years ago, I started having cold-induced hives as well, making it impossible for me to go out in the winter without breaking out in hives or even handle cold glasses and objects for too long. After no luck with increased antihistamine use, Dr. Kim prescribed me Xolair, which has been used experimentally for hives. It took a few weeks of her petitioning my insurance for use, but she got approval. Her and her team handled all of the back and forth and kept me updated throughout the process, and since I got on the medication, I have had no to minimal hive breakouts since. Then again this past year, when my employer-provided insurance changed, Dr. Kim and her team have continued to battle approvals for me and help me obtain samples while we sorting things out with insurance denials. Yvonne, a medical assistant on her team, has been extremely helpful and responsive, battling this for months now and keeping me informed and medicated in the meantime. Dr. Kim is the only person who has ever been able to help me with this condition, and her and her whole team have been nothing but professional, helpful and caring throughout my time as her patient.

I was supposed to have an appointment today but realized this morning that I hadn't gotten any confirmation from them, so I called to make sure I was still on the schedule before heading over. They told me "my" doctor, a person I had not met before, had left the practice and they would not have the capacity to reschedule me. They offered to give me the number of another clinic that they're offloading patients to. They claimed I should have received a letter and a text that my appointment was cancelled. I never got a letter, and when I went back and looked, the text I received did not actually indicate to me that the person leaving the practice was my doctor. It just said that a doctor was leaving the practice and IF you happened to have an upcoming appointment with that doctor, you should call to reschedule. Needless to say, the writing has been on the wall for awhile that this is not a clinic with a future for the kind of derms patient I am (maybe, as another review surmises, they are going 100% cosmetic which means less annoyance with insurance and more money per visit), and I guess I'm glad to have had them force me out as a patient so I can find a doctor who I will actually recognize from year to year. But man, what an unprofessional way to go about it with a pretty long term patient.

I had done a ton of reading on things it could be (I have a masters degree so I know how to do my research). I was told the clinic took my insurance (First Choice). I had my appointment and the MD spent maybe 15min at most with me, telling me things I already knew, only did a quick (15sec) look at my scalp, and said it's probably androgenic alopecia and offers a prescription to oral minoxidil and finasteride. Nothing special was done. I left the office and asked if there was anything I needed to pay and they said no. A month later I get a bill for $211! I call insurance and they tell me that since the MD billed under the diagnostic code for androgenic alopecia it wasn't a covered visit so instead of a $35 co pay I had to pay it all. They told me the billing code was for "moderate diagnostic methods at least 40min" which I do not agree was done. I feel this clinic should have communicated that such a common billing diagnosis wouldn't be covered by my common insurance. I understand that ultimately I should have checked with my insurance first, but I didn't know what diagnosis they would bill under. I will not be returning to this clinic.

I requested a refund on my package and wasn't even able to speak to a manager about the situation; they said they'd send an email to someone but there was no guarantee. So disappointing! Update: They still have not replied to me at all for weeks, or since they left a response on this review. Basically they took my money and vanished.

Well, I'm new to the "Review" process, but after my experience at Skintegrity, I had to share so here goes. I'm a mother of three kids, and as of last month, I'm newly single and scared to death. I have zero confidence in myself anymore because my body is now the aftermath of having 3 kids. I have tons of stretch marks, I'm overweight, and I look old and tired. I have dedicated my soul to my family. In doing so, I was forgotten about, and consequently, I let myself go. That being said, my husband left me for a much younger, and prettier, woman and it has absolutely destroyed whatever was left of me. After months of depression I walked by Skintegrity which is located in downtown Kirkland. I didn't quite know what to expect, but at rock bottom, there's nowhere to go but up. The spa is beautiful and the staff definitely looks like they do the services themselves because they all seem to be beautiful too. The business itself must be very successful because I overheard 3 people, in the short time I was lingering, talk about how great they feel or look and how much they thanked them etc. The receptionist greeted me and was extremely kind; asking if I wanted bottled water, coffee, or tea. I explained I was just walking in to check it out, she replied that "It didn't matter because you still might be thirsty?!?!" After looking around for a bit, I elected to do a complimentary consultation because I had so many questions, I didn't even know where to start. The kicker was I had to run and pick up two of my kids and would have to schedule it when I could get a sitter. They told me to bring my kids with me because they have a kid's room with video games and other kid's stuff that was under constant video surveillance by the front desk! I asked them if I could bring them every time and they encouraged me to do so. I asked if there was a fee for that and told me "Absolutely not. We want to make our services available to everyone, especially all the moms out there that do things for other people all day every day. I picked up my kids and came back later that day. As promised, they watched my kids and my kids loved the spa and the staff. The consultation was fantastic, and Sarah, the Treatment Consultant, seemed to know something about everything. She was happy to answer all of my questions and I never felt pressured AT ALL! The best thing about it was when I told them everything I was going through, they treated me like I was the only person in the world. They seemed to genuinely care, so much so, after the consultation they gave me a IR Sun Sauna visit and Relaxing Facial and said I deserved it and it was on the house?!?!? I'm still in shock and don't think I have ever had a company treat me like that before. Needless to say, I finally did something for myself and purchased a VIP package. The package is good for 12 months and allows you to do whatever you want almost for an entire year. The only parameter is It has to be medically safe and have no contraindications they called it. I have Fraxel and Fractora treatments, and to date, I have done 2 of each and I look better than I have in 25 years. Best part is, my ex-husband saw me out on a date and has been calling ever since. I'm not going back; it's just a beautiful thing knowing I could if I wanted to! I love SKINTEGRITY MEDSPA and The Skintegrity Team! Oh my goodness where do I even begin! Skintegrity is AMAZING they gave me hope when there was none. I have been looking for a treatment to help be rid of stretchmarks on my abdomen from becoming a mommy and had been told over and over only treatment is major surgery such as a tummy tuck. My husband found out that was not true and decided to seek a consultation (free) for me. I am so thankful he did because I was informed by Sara,Natasha, and Jacquelyn I could absolutely be treated and have bent over backwards to set up a series for treatment with the Fractora and Fraxel lasers. Natasha did my treatments with the Fractora and did everything imaginable to be sure I was comfortable. Any questions I had she had an answer which was comforting as well. With the Fraxel laser my current aestetician is Jacquelyn who is awesome! I walk-in and its just a welcoming enviroment. Jacquelyn, too, any question I have on my progress she is able to answer. She goes through great lengths to make sure I am comfortable including my aftercare. Which the aftercare is practically no down time at all which is great for us mom's. I have to actually travel around 2 hours just to go to this facility and it is WORTH the trip. I had the best experience at Skintegrity! Starting with my consultation and all the way through the actual treatment. During my consultation I explained that I wanted to be treated for acne scars and that I had had enough having scars. Skintegrity shared the best treatments how they could help me remove my acne scars. They also gave me a free water bottle. I was suggested to do fraxel. On the day of my appointment I was treated like a princess. Cynthia numbed me before getting the fraxel done. She numbed fabulously. Tiera had the honor to do my fraxel. I have to say she is an amazing individual. She was meant to work with individuals who have any kind of skin issues. I shared with her that I had struggled with acne scars and I felt like she understood my trouble. The fraxel treatment was less painful than I thought it would be. I thought I would be grunting through the actual process, however I did not even grunt or cry. Tiera did instruct me of the post fraxel care. She gave me an ice pack to put on my face. I felt I was treated well. My acne scars are less visible even on my first day of my treatment. I felt they truly cared for my well being before I stepped out to the world. I waited for my second visit before I was prepared to write my review. I went in for the cool sculpting treatment on my stomach, guys you know exactly what I'm talking about. I'm pretty fit and am lifting weights and cardio 5 days a week in the gym. Only fat I have on my body is my belly area which is a nightmare to burn off. Tried a few diets and keto diet worked great but I couldn't sustain. My wife educated me about cool sculpting so I decided to give it a try. Went in to skintegrity for my first visit exactly 1 month ago and that facility was well kept, clean and decor was impressive. I met with Jesse and Sara and they explained to me the process of cool sculpting and I immediately felt excited for my treatment. Almost 2 weeks after my treatment I felt and saw a difference which was extremely encouraging. I got more results from one treatment then 1 month of killing and starving myself on dieting and gym workouts. Went in for my 2nd treatment a few days ago and am seeing a little more result already. This process works and I highly recommend skintegrity as they made me feel comfortable. Also ask for Adriana she serviced me on my treatment and was extremely patient and informative. I've been to Skintegirty for laser hair removal on my underarms (9 sessions), back (9 sessions), legs (9 sessions) and upper back (12 sessions) . I have spent a total of over $5k at Skintegrity over the last 5 years. It's been several months since the treatment of my arms and legs and all the hair is back with the same density that it was before. Not only has the treatment failed but I was burned twice by two different technicians on two different occasions. The first time I did not hear back from Skintegrity and when forced to confront the burns, the lack of response (between the ending of the 6 sessions in 2023 and when I bought the next 3 sessions for my arms and legs in 2024), I was given a discounted rate for the next package which was upsold to me because the treatment failed again. Now at the end of all the 9 sessions, the failed treatment, the pain of laser hair removal and the burns, I would not recommend this place unless you want to get burned and flush your money down the drain for a treatment that does not work. read more

Tiera is absolutely amazing! I have struggled with acne and acne scarring since high school. And I have tried every product out there. She suggested a package of chemical peels and also laser. After my first session my acne was almost all gone! I was stunned! I further went on with my sessions and followed her skin care routine of products and treatments. Every appointment Tiera walks me through what she is doing and always makes me feel very comfortable. I have finished all my sessions and my skin is so immaculate! I never knew it could look this good! Now I feel confident going to the gym or grocery store with no makeup and everyone has noticed how much my skin has changed! The facility is very nice and the staff is friendly, but there was ONE PERSON in here when I went in for a consultation two months ago (in December). She helped me figure out the best procedures for my goals. We sat down to discuss the price and she scribbled the cost and procedures on a piece of typing paper. Everything was going to cost over $5000, which was fine. The scribbles she made on the paper were a mess and I couldn't make sense of anything. I kindly asked her to print out a breakdown of it all on a spreadsheet with a letterhead, and she refused, telling me I could take a picture of her scribbles with my phone. If I'm going to spend over $5000, I want a detailed spreadsheet of everything and where my money is going. This place refused to provide one. They lost my business as a result. I purchased a coupon book from Skintegrity with a couple options for treatments, and got them scheduled. I have completed 2 of the 3 appointments I scheduled, getting a facial with microdermabrasion, a chemical peel, and have an upcoming microneedling appointment, which I am very excited for. The services I have had so far were wonderful and the girls that did them were awesome. I was left a little frustrated after a miscommunication but a gentleman at Skintegrity reached out to me and worked with me to fix it the issue which I really appreciate and am very thankful for. For some reason Yelp didn't recommend my last review and it is really upsetting because my thoughts and opinions matter too. Furthermore, the business has done such an excellent job, they deserve the recognition. Something doesn't feel right about the whole thing but I will leave it that. What does feel, and look, so right are my disappearing stretch marks. It is unbelievable. For all the women out there that have had their self esteem stolen because of these things, please take my advice and go see Skintegrity for a free consult. I know if I knew it was possible to actually get them removed without surgery, I would have done it years ago or whenever it was first possible to do so! Skintegrity is AMAZING!!! The staff is incredible. I feel so appreciative of all the treatments I've had done here. I started with Laser Hair Removal on my legs and the hair is gone! So awesome! I also just finished a package of IPL and peels. My skin is Glowing and I keep getting so many compliments. I went in to see Serrana because of some deep lines around my mouth. She filled them with a "natural" filler, and I am thrilled with the results. I was a bit nervous at first (never having had this procedure done before) but she has a a very calming manner, besides being quite knowledgeable, and she answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Serrana has an energy about her that made the whole experience quite enjoyable and fun. She has a very artistic eye when it comes to looking at a face. I was referred to Skintegrity by a friend that suggested Scalp Micropigmentation. Basically, tiny tattooing on the bald spots for my shaved head to fill in for a natural look. The owners Jesse & Sarah did four treatments. It turned out great, no pain or discomfort! I am extremely impressed by the results, highly recommended. Staff is nice & professional. The work I had done is in the front hairline, my girlfriend and friends say it looks awesome. If you've got some balding going on guys, stop the comb over, shave your head and get this treatment. I had a massage here and the therapist was very good. I liked the quietness of the place and the holisitc environment. They treated me very nicely and they were very friendly. I booked with Spa Finder gift certificates and found this place on the Spa Finder website. I have pretty high standards for massage and I was apprehensive about getting a good one...my fears were not justified, it was great. I wish I could remember the gal's name! Going bald at 26 isn't a good feeling.. I didn't think I had any other options besides accepting it and then I came across SMP (Scalp Micro pigmentation). I contacted Jesse and he was able to schedule me a consultation right away even with COVID going on. The staff is awesome and my results are better than I was expecting. The Ashiatsu massages are amazing. Deep broad pressure is applied by the practitioner using her feet. The practitioners are petite and coordinated and left me feeling deliciously elongated and soothed from head to toe! I love the new collections of original art displayed on its calming hallways and the boutique yoga studio is beautiful and uber-calming. Michelle is a delightful host as is Edit. About three weeks ago I had, what should have been a minimally invasive procedure, done at this location. Since then I've experienced ongoing complications that have not been properly addressed, nor fall under categorically minimal side effects that may result from the procedure, if it is done correctly. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not been given a clear treatment plan or consistent follow-up care but instead I've received delayed responses or made to feel that it's a personal issue rather than a result of improper care. My condition has only worsened over time, and I've been left to manage this largely on my own. From the beginning, there were inconsistencies in communication. I was sold a package but later told I had misunderstood what was included in the package. I was also told that I would be sent home with aftercare products, which I understood to be part of the service, but were later presented as additional add-on products to purchase for necessary aftercare. I was given the run around from the time of purchase, until now that I have made several attempts to resolve this not only amicably but primarily to get my skin heath back. I was made to feel that this was an isolate issue because of my own skin but have since consulted with other RNs and licensed aestheticians to better understand what actually happened. Based on what I shared with them & their assessment of the aftermath, they expressed concern about how the procedure was performed, including the intensity, level of aggressiveness and the lack of proper skin assessment or testing beforehand by the aesthetician as there are different classes that the procedure fall under, some of which do not comply with certain skin types. I have tried to be patient, reasonable & more than fair in giving the business an opportunity to address this, but the responses thus far have been dismissive, unprofessional and lackluster given the severity of the situation & how it has damaged my skin & impacted my overall conscious throughout my day to day activities. This experience has had a significant impact on me, physically, emotionally, and professionally, and not something I take lightly. I had previously referred several friends here, which makes having to write this, even more disappointing. At this point, I do not feel comfortable continuing treatment with this provider as they have shown their lack of care & professionalism from start to finish. I am currently exploring further options to address the situation & hope that the business takes it seriously in working towards an actual resolution, prior to me taking further action to do so.

If you're there, check out the before and after pix in her lookbook (or on her web site, actually) and you'll see what I mean. My results match those results. I had a big event this year and I didn't want to hear "you look tired. you must be working sooo hard, it's such a shame you have to work" or "are you angry? What's wrong?" - both of which I've heard from co-workers, family, etc. So I decided to be brave and try something new. Dr. Bhogal injected my normal botox and then, on a different day, the new experience: three vials of filler, all different types, in various places in my face (not lips) about a month before the event. Grace also did a marvelous job with my eyelashes, which she tinted and curled. And it was a transformation. I still looked like me - nothing looked extra puffy, nothing looked "done" - I just looked like I'd had a glorious restful vacation and had been absolutely meticulous about skin care my entire life, and maybe had gotten a little lucky with the genetic lottery. Oh, and none of the filler was painful. A little weird feeling but there was a very generous amount of numbing cream applied and no pain whatsoever. I was extremely nervous about the filler (thank you, Google) and the office team and Dr Bhogal were wonderful about answering my dozens of questions and reassuring me and making sure I was totally comfortable with proceeding. Dr Bhogal is absolutely meticulous about all the rules, especially safety and cleanliness. And caring - she followed up after the procedure with anxious me several times to make sure I was happy and ok post-procedure, and had me send her pictures of how it was doing. The office staff are lovely, very nice, very helpful, very detail oriented.

I'm now considering buying a package to remove my second tattoo here as well. The whole process for the actual "removal" of my small (credit card size) tattoo took maybe 1-2 minutes. I personally didn't feel like it was so much more painful than getting the tattoo was. Just feels like hot oil splatters on your skin. Don't feel the need to use any numbing creams. But I do have a pretty high pain tolerance. In any case, the 1-2 minutes of pain aren't that bad. I'm excited to see how the healing process goes and how fast I can get rid of my unwanted tattoo.

For the first time I was to receive laser hair removal, which I knew very little about and was naturally slightly nervous about...imagine getting your bikini waxed for the first time, you know what I'm talking about girls ;-) Even though I was a bit late due to traffic, office manager was graceful and very sweet. After filling out some paperwork, I was greeted by Yaicha, who went over the details of this procedure and answered all my questions. The treatment itself is fairly quick with minimal discomfort. I have followup appointments and a consultation with Dr. McMillan scheduled. Yarrow Bay offers everything from waxing and facials to Botox, laser hair removal, laser skin treatments and Dr. McMillan performs an array of surgical enhancements. She is a younger surgeon (residency was completed in 2006), but has really good credentials and is board certified. Great experience from start to finish. P.S. They validate parking.
