SCAM! DISCRIMINATION! I had a really horrible experience here and would never go back. Editing this review to add screenshots of Jesse's messages and consent form "after treatment", upon reading their misrepresentations and personal attacks on my review. I went in for a laser treatment, got a chemical peel and had burning/stabbing pain on my face right after the peel. My cheeks became red and discolored for over a week, and I was scared because it was my face. I documented everything, including the fact that the consent form was signed after the treatment, not before. The provider did refund me and sent aquaphor after she was scared of a lawsuit. She refused to reimburse a derm appointment. My skin did improve but there is still pain and pigmentation. The way the business handled my concern afterward was awful. Instead of simply focusing on aftercare and making sure my skin was okay, the Director of Operations Jesse started questioning my "claims," my "intentions," and even called me a "Groupon shopper." That was rude, discriminatory, insulting, and completely unnecessary. I came in as a paying customer. Whether I used Groupon or not has nothing to do with how I should be treated when I report pain and a reaction on my face. If not for groupon, this place wouldn't be able to pay the rent which is why they advertise on Groupon in the first place. They withheld meds that they claim to have ordered in lieu of more photos everyday so they can "verify" their claims. Due to a confusion with the order number, they figured I bought another groupon from another spa way before going to Skintegrity. None of my other groupons had anything to do with the treatment I went in for nor it should matter to the business. This is invasion of privacy without cause. I was also told I was "obviously trying to build a case," which is ridiculous. I was trying to make sure my skin healed and that I had proper documentation because the reaction happened immediately after their treatment. A customer reporting burning, tenderness, and discoloration after a facial treatment should be treated with care, not attitude. The communication afterward made me feel dismissed, judged, and attacked. I would not trust this place with my skin again. read more

I visited for an IPL but after a consultation, they chose to proceed with a Fraxel laser treatment instead (yes the price was alot more then what I expected to pay for that day) but outlining the advantages and disadvantages of the differences. Natalia, a highly skilled and knowledgeable esthetician, tailored my treatment to meet my specific skin needs. I decided to go ahead with the Fraxel laser. and opted for a follow-up TCA chemical peel. This combination led to noticeable improvements in my skin's tone and texture. Love coming here for laser hair removal! Two friends recommended Skintegrity to me for laser hair removal, which is what prompted me to come to them. I had never done laser hair removal before, so I was a bit apprehensive about the process and also about the cost. I called for a consult and they were very responsive and helpful in answering questions, helping me understand the process and their specials to get the best value for the sessions. I've done 5 out of 6 sessions so far, and I'm so happy with the results and service. I've had 2 or 3 different technicians during my appointments and I feel they've all been thorough and pleasant to chat with during the sessions. Their operating hours are also really convenient for me given I work an office job, so I love that I can make appointments in evenings and on weekends. read more

I went in for a consultation to discuss a few services on 10/26. I was excited about a couple options and told I was going to get a quote later that day and some availability to book my treatment. I work long hours so it was going to need to be planned out a couple weeks in advance to schedule, and had already taken the time to do the consultation. I followed up on 10/30 after not receiving any communication, heard back on 10/31 that they would send me over the quote on 11/1, but then didn't heard anything again so I reached back out on 11/2 where they then texted me the quote. I then tried to schedule with no response, I followed up one last time the following day 11/3 to another no reply on their end I should not have to be actively reaching out to get the quote and schedule of when I can get services. Serious delayed response time has lead to me not getting to experience any of the services. Two stars instead of one because it sounds like the services themselves are great, but communication is extremely poor. Not going back since I've already wasted too much time. read more

I then called the location to double check the pricing and site of treatment area. They confirmed the pricing for treatment area. I showed up to their location, and they subsequently tripled price ($200 on groupon to $600 at "consultation"). That is the very definition of bait and switch. No I will not take down my review. I would recommend others to double check pricing before wasting time to go in for consultation. Came here to get IPL and the results are incredible. I've had 4 other IPL treatments at 3 different medical spas before coming to Skintegrity and there isn't even a comparison. If I could give this horrible company no stars I would!!! This was my first time visiting this place and had high hopes after reading all the rave reviews. I purchased the Groupon for three chemical peels. I got a third degree burn on my upper lip. I haven't gotten chemical peels numerous times before at other medical spas with no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend not coming here unless you want your face to get burned. I had the "peel" done on Thursday and my upper lip was burning excessively throughout the day, I thought it would subside but the next morning I had a major burn on my top lip. Also the esthetician, who helped me never recommended a post care kit for the chemical peel. She gave me a post care paper and rushed me out the door to help the next client. I reached out to the MedSpa three separate times throughout the day on Wednesday May 15,2019 to speak to the esthetician to see if she would recommend a kit I should use for the peel. I was told by the receptionist "I would definitely hear back before closing that day". I NEVER received a call. I had to email the spa that evening and then they finally called me back the next morning. I didn't even wash my face with anything because I was scared to irritate my face with my usually products, since it is known that you should be using a specific post care kit after chemical peels. Finally Thursday morning when they did call back, tiera the other esthetician told me to come in, she had me "exchange" the dermaquest mosturizer and took it from me and "ordered" a dermaquest kit. I want a complete refund for the $75 mosturizer I purchased!! I don't trust this company with my face and will never come back!!!! I also felt pressured to buy their Dermaquest essential moisturizer that was supposed to "help" with my acne?! It has highly rated acne and irritant ingredients in this product. I have attached a run down of the ingredients in the product. Why would you sell it ?! They don't even know what their selling people. FYI: I do not like writing negative reviews unless I deem them ultimately necessary and in this case I feel every person going to this "medical spa" should know what they're getting themselves into. Tiera is AMAZING! When I first started coming here I was dealing with cystic acne that showed up in my mid-20s from seemingly nowhere. After chatting with Tiara, I was encouraged to look into other health issues and discovered I had both PCOS and Hypothyroidism. After getting my hormones under control, the Chemical Peel and IPL treatments have made a HUGE difference in my skin. I am so glad I came here versus another Med Spa, where they might have just tried to sell me more products without looking at the bigger picture of health. The staff is really nice but time management is not a strong point. I've spent a lot of time waiting around. Ive ended up waiting sometimes up to 30-45 min when I've had an appointment booked. For one of my appointments, I was getting numbed before micro needling and I was told we would start after 20 min of numbing but ended up waiting for 55 min. For this same appointment, the person who was rubbing numbing cream on my face almost rubbed it with the same gloves that they used to go to the lobby area to grab the cream (ie, touching door handles and other things). I had to ask them to please put on new gloves before touching my face. Update: I'm updating this from 3 to 4 stars. I spoke with my esthetician and we discussed about the person who applied the numbing agent and it turns out this isn't part of her job and not something she normally does, that she was just jumping in to help out. She mentioned she would give her a quick refresher in case she needs to jump in again. Overall I've had a great experience here. read more

After all my sessions were completed, I was still growing hair to the treated areas. When I inquired about this, I was "offered" to purchase more sessions. What a fantastic experience! I had my first ever facial here and the whole process was wonderful. The lobby and rooms were sparkly clean and beautifully styled. Even though they had precautions set for covid, I still felt like it was a regular spa day and at no point felt unsafe. Tiera was a wonderful professional who walked me through the entire experience from start to finish and made me feel right at home! Sarah was also incredible and took the time to explain options laser hair removal. What struck me most about my visit was that at no point did I feel like I was being oversold products or services. Tiera asked me about products I use and recommended things for me based on my skincare needs but she never pressured me or forced products on me. I can't say enough about this place. I came in a few month's ago wanting laser hair removal. And after talking to my amazing esthetician Tiera I decided to do the hair removal AND IPL on my face, neck, chest and arms. I turned 50 this year and I am coming out of Covid feeling like a 30 year old. Tiera is amazing! She literally removed most of my brown spots, broken capillaries and fine lines. Treatments are only as good as the technician. I feel that Tiera is an artist. The prices are also reasonable. read more
