I received treatments for typical brown girl skin problems that I'm very happy to report has disappeared and dramatically improved over the past years. I sought treatment for hyperpigmentation, sun damage, acne scars, uneven texture, wrinkles, fine lines and brightness. I've loved every treatment I've received under Noemi's care. My absolute favorites are -- Morpheus, VI Peel, Glacial RX, and Halo -- which worked the best for my skincare needs. I was UNFORTUNATELY introduced to this "Spa" through Groupon I thought I was buying vouchers for "Ultherapy" since that is what is advertised on the Spa and Groupons website. Sadly after my appointment I found out there is an official website where you can search for authorized Ultherapy providers in your area. But this was after I paid this place over $1300 Now I am having to deal with Groupon going back and forth with this Merchant about getting my refund. And on top of that I am being threatened with legal action for voicing my experience with this place. At the end of my "appointment " I was offered a free facial by Noemi, and was asked to leave a review. I used TSR as recommended by Noemi eventhough I asked for Pico laser at first. I decided to try this treatment package since I haven't used any kind of treatment except pico. Now it's about 6 weeks after the first treatment and I think it worked really impressive for me. My skin is kind of good given my age and my super simple skin care but I can tell the difference before and after the treatments. The pigmentation have been reduced significantly. I also felt that my face has become more tightened and the eyelids have been lifted a little. My double chin is decreasing. I'm not sure how long the result will be but for now, I'm satisfied with the service. I'll be coming back for sure. read more

NR Medspa is the most fantastic place ever for nonsurgical beauty. They have combo packages of diverse services, so though I came in for one thing, I got to try stuff I didn't know I wanted. On my first visit, I got Morpheus 8, and my "extra" was lasering about 50 brown spots off my back, and I loved that the most! They have at least one doc that does Facetite/Accutite. I saw Dr. Reyrao for Accutite, where they tighten the jawline by going under the skin. Dr. Reyrao had expert assistants: A guy sterilizing equipment with attention like it was a critical moon landing (and it WAS critical to me!) And Felicia, Doc's assistant, ran things like a pro. Because they worked so succinctly together, I was completely relaxed, feeling in masterful hands. My Accutite procedure was yesterday. My jaw was sore earlier today, but it is healing quickly. AccuTite can take up to months for maximum results. I figure if one sees "sag", go for the big guns of Accutite/Facetite. read more

So far I have done 1 session of TSR and can see a noticeable difference in skin texture, with significant improvement to my acne scarring and pores. First of all I'll start with the consultation day. I was waiting at the front door while I see someone at the front desk with spotlight shining on her and she was talking to someone through her computer. After a while she comes and unlocks the door and says with a curious face " Can I help you?" I reply that I have an appointment. Then she ask me my name.She makes another curious face and takes me into a tiny waiting room and says I'm on a podcast right now. While in the waiting room my daughter FaceTime me from Texas so I answer and we were talking. I was polite enough to get up and shut the tiny room door. She then opens the door and says can you just talk on the phone, I reply that this is a FaceTime from my daughter, and she's like I'm doing a podcast. Ok to cut things short. First of all I had an appointment and this has passed the time already. She asked for my name three times then said she doesn't have the appointment. While I was looking for the appointment on my phone she looks it up in her computer finally after finishing whatever she was doing and finds it. She says "Oh! You have an appointment with my assistant not me " Do I have to know that or does She as an owner should know that? Noemi? She kept on asking why did I buy the cyro-fat freezing session, and I bought three! Why would you keep on asking me that like I did something wrong ! Your upselling way sucks. Customer service is bad. Anyway after the consulting with her assistant she ask to see the voucher I bought and marked it as USED before I even had my first actual appointment! Red flag already. So I get to my first appointment a week or so later. Did not have a good experience. There was also never " Hi! Good to see you" Or when I leave no " Bye. Have a good day! See you soon." What so ever. And after the first session she asked to see my other voucher and marked it as used again before the second session. I haven't used it YET!!!!! Why does she keep on doing that!!! I go there for my second session and again she was at the front desk talking to someone on her computer. All I have to say for now is GET A FREAKING OFFICE NOEMI you have so many rooms there. Make one your office and let the front desk be there to serve your customers with a reception that will now how to work properly. I did cancel my 3rd voucher. I would've canceled my 2nd one if SHE didn't just pressed it as USED on my phone before I even got to use it a month before the appointment. I do not recommend this place. Reading into the reviews seems like she has been writing most of the 5 stars reviews herself. Will never be back. I just bought the machine myself to do it at home. Just had my first treatment and she used medical grade numbing cream. I didn't feel anything!!!! I had RF micro needling at another clinic and tears would stream down my face after each treatment. Found this little gem on Groupon. I purchased a few laser lip sessions with ultrasonic cavitation. I had quite a stomach pootch, I think from stress and slacking on my diet/exercise for a bit, so figured it might help give me a boost. The MedSpa is absolutely gorgeous. It feels like a luxury spa, for sure! Noemi, the Aesthetic Director, is absolutely wonderful to work with. Did a brief consult and explained the results I can expect from my chosen services. She also informed of services that would best fit my desired result. I did end up doing the Groupon and then based on my experience chose to also purchase their body contouring package. The prices are more also more fair than other Med Spa's I've considered. I have done four treatments of the body contouring so far and Noemi really takes the time to give you an excellent service. It shows that she really wants her patients to see results. She explained that it can take 4-6 treatments for patients to see maximum results, coupled with diet and exercise. I just did my fourth treatment and have been ok with diet, not great with exercise. I have seen results though, I'm sure I would have more if I was more diligent about exercising after the treatments. My stomach pootch, love handles and back fat-folds are definitely smaller! My back fat folds are almost not there anymore, so I'm VERY happy! I will continue to go to this MedSpa exclusively as I really trust Noemi and see that she has a passion for what she does. read more

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE - Do not give this "spa" any money. I was introduced to this location by Groupon and purchased the 6 session treatment. I was told multiple times once I got there if I had read the fine print which states it is only for people who have 1 inch of fat to loose. The front desk worker also literally pinched my stomach - which is so odd. I am not a size 6 and was told if I wanted to use the Groupon I would need to purchase more. I have reported to Groupon. Overall, this spa is awful and I do not recommend to anyone as they just want to upcharge. Last, I also overheard the receptionist loudly explaining a patient's measurements and weigh loss for the office to overhear it was very awkward. Note: after re-reading their fine print it does not say anywhere about 1" of fat. UPDATE : After review of the business owners response - I am still absolutely horrified they are in business. They are very degrading and are a super high pressure sales scam. During the "consultation", it very confusing on what I bought and the business owner couldn't handle the easiest questions and handed me off to her associate. read more

Usually takes 6 sessions to see more results with the lipo, but after my third visit I could already see some results! Very excited- would love to do more. Noemi and her team are amazing to work with! I came in for acne scar removal and they've truly been able to make a difference. I had already been to 2 other providers and didn't see much difference so this was going to be my last try. Noemi suggested the TSR so I gave it a try. After about 2 tries, I saw a noticeable difference in my scars becoming shallower and harder to see. As a result, I came in for a 3rd time to try to get the best results. She tried multiple different treatment variations within the TSR: 1st by Morpheus8 + LaseMD + microderm + PRF, 2nd by Infini + LaseMD + PRF + Glacial, and 3rd by using Infini + PDO + Subcision (extra) + PRF + LaseMD + Glacial. Noemi also shows very good bedside manner and truly cares about her clients. When I was getting PRF, it really hurt a lot and she put her hand on my arm, which somehow really helped calm the pain.
