I found Kelli from Groupon a little less than a year ago and have been coming to her ever since! I even recommended my sister to go to her! I've been to other laser hair removal places, and I didn't see as significant of a difference with them as I did here with Kelli. I ended up doing many areas, including lower legs and underarms. I've always had thick hair follicles, to my dismay, so I've had to shave daily, if not twice a day :( So I wanted laser hair removal so that I wouldn't have to shave so often! I think I had maybe 5 treatments on my legs, and now I shave maybe once every couple months! It's amazing! The location was not what I expected - she rents a room from a men's clinic. But Kelli is super nice and accommodating, and now, booking with her is super easy! There has been confusion though. One time, I waited 20 minutes, and someone from the men's clinic said she was with another client. I texted Kelli that I couldn't stay since I had another appointment to get to. Turns out, that Kelli wasn't with another client, and was just in the back. The men's clinic guy had it wrong! But Kelli was super nice about it and we just rescheduled. read more

I went to Kelli because I found her prices to be more reasonable compared to the other places I had looked into. When I met her she seemed friendly and approachable and I decided to do a few areas. Initially, she stated I need 7 sessions and need to come every 6 weeks. I was going to every session religiously and wasn't seeing much growth in between and the sessions were low to no pain. However, after I finished the 6th session I couldn't go back and had a 2-month gap and to my surprise, I noticed all the hair came back!! When I started my surprise to Kelli she said it was because I missed one session!!? Really?!! Then all the 6 sessions were useless? I called the manufacturer that trains for and sells the same laser device that Keli uses and I was informed that for the laser to be effective and long-lasting, the esthetician must use the "cooling tip" in order to put it at the effective laser level. And, Kelli never did so in any of the areas for me. Her prices are low BUT there is a catch to it. So, BE AWARE and don't get excited prematurely. When I shared my concern with Kelli her approach was unprofessional and that made me not continue with her. read more

I've gotten laser treatments at so many different places in the past and I always used to leave with burn marks or extremely irradiated skin from the laser machines other places would use.
