However, I did not have a good experience afterward. Additional services were offered to me without it being clearly explained that there would be an extra charge attached. I was also given wipes that I was told were free, but when I got to the counter, I was told I had to pay for them. I felt like I was being charged more without my clear consent or understanding. The front desk staff was not very kind or welcoming during checkout. I was made to feel embarrassed for not knowing that two extra waxing strips would cost an additional $22, and that the travel-size wipes were $13 after being told they were free. I left feeling uncomfortable, embarrassed, and like I wasn't treated very well by the front desk. While I appreciated the kindness of the person who provided the service, the checkout experience really impacted how I felt leaving the appointment. BUT the site says that exfoliation is important to go with the collagen stimulation of the copper peptides, so I started doing the exfoliation too and after just 6 weeks I noticed a real improvement - very exciting! My crows feet were just fine light wrinkles, but it absolutely made a difference. This is fantastic. They are cheap compared to designer anti-aging products so I recommend it. Just start slowly in case you have sensitive skin.
