Partial foil is inconsistent with other side and looks awful! Looks like I didn't even have anything done, still see horrible demarcation line. Showed owner these pictures and she told me this is what I asked for and refused a partial refund. Do not recommend going here. Deceptive pricing, inconsistent result. It has been years, but I am looking for a salon tonight and came across this location in my search. This place is the worst hair salon I have ever been to. Not only did they bleach my hair so badly it looked like I was an 80-year-old with grey hair, but it also took them five rounds to fix the mistake. It looked so much better after, but it was traumatizing, and I felt obligated to pay the second stylist for her time. It was costly and a horrible experience. The owner was dismissive and arrogant, considering the situation. I call them chocolate cherries and greys. As others have said, RUN don't walk. read more

During the past year or so that I've been coming to CCB, I've been so thankful for the time she takes with me, to truly understand my needs and preferences, and she's gotten my color down perfect. The stylist that I booked had a 2nd client come in during my appointment time - it was a very awkward and uncomfortable experience for everyone involved. The quality of work was SO BAD. The tone is so brassy and the highlights are very very 90s stripey. I am embarrassed to post pictures. I will be going to a different salon to fix. I have screenshots of every conversation that took place showing that I contacted the salon the very next day, and again the day after I got back from vacation. I never spoke to you, Tessa, personally about any of this and I'm sure what you're hearing is made to save face. My experience with your business and how you respond to customers with valid conerns has been very disappointing. They've made me feel and tried to make ME look like the villain for having a negative experience and losing trust in your salon. Weeks of communication and a follow up appointment to repair took place in between my initial appointment and this review. 6 weeks would not have happened if you would take your customers complaints seriously and respond accordingly, rather than let your stylist try to do it behind your back. Be accountable. I wish google let me post photos. I was gifted a gift card for this salon, which I should have regifted. I asked for their best stylist as I knew exactly what I wanted and I wanted to be sure it was done flawlessly and the stylist understood what I needed. A grown out blended balayage with a rootmelt as my hair grows back extremely fast. I brought multiple pictures for reference. Dani was upbeat and personable and seemed to get exactly was I asked for. She had an assistant who washed and toned me while she tended to another haircut and she came back to me for my haircut. Looking back, I wasn't given a mirror to check out the full effect, and it seemed fine when I left. A little higher and brighter around the face, but overall from a distance I thought it was ok. I had to hurry to work and the next day when I started to style it, I noticed straight harsh lines, no blending no root melt. I contacted right away but was leaving for vacation the next day. The day of my scheduled appointment for repair I has to cancel due to a medical emergency with my son. Trying to contact Dani on Instagram and confirm that I wasn't going to be charged for repair was fruitless and I had to reach out to the company. After more than a month Dani was finally able to get me in for what she called a shades service, I guess is a root melt. But instead I was left with a literal band of color. By this point I just wanted my money back so I could go have my hair repaired, instead I was offered another service, which still, would not give me the desired result. Not to mention I had completely lost my trust with their services. When speaking to the manager and sharing pictures of my hair, she said they totally stand behind their stylists and have a company policy of no refunds. So if you're looking for a salon that offers services for over $500.00 with results worse than a trade school and refusal to take care of their customers this is the place to go. read more

Im giving this salon a 2 star. Why? Well, my daughter had her hair done here. But first, she had a consultation. I would think a consultation is about getting a price quote based on what you want done for your hair. Well, they quoted her $110. Honest to goodness, she only had color on her front locks, but never on the back of her hair. I thought that was reasonable. So, she had her schedule and all. She wanted red all over. What was supposed to be a 2 or 3 his session.. turned out to be like 4 or 5 already. So i called her. Apparently, the color didn't really show. And so what she really wanted on her hair didn't really come out. Now, they offered her another option. They said, they'll give her that procedure for free. But they can do a different procedure for $310. Ut would highlight her hair and then do the red color again. But my gosh , that's double the amount they originally quoted. Since she's already there, and it's not really what she wanted.. how else can she refuse? It's like scamming people and putting them in a position where they can't say no anymore. It's such a bad place. Even if they say they are not forcing her to get it, the fact that they didn't do what she wanted originally, was such a failure in the beginning. Definitely not the worst but still not good. I was recently charged $63 (tip not included) for a less than 30 minute half-*ssed wash, haircut, and style. And I have hair to work with. She put absolutely no effort into layering and texturizing my hair, and it shows. For styling, I got my hair braided. At first, one braid was pretty terrible (started away from my hairline and was super loose) so I had to ask for it to be re-done. Braids turned out meh. When I voiced my concerns about the texturing, or lack thereof, and my sloppy braids, my stylist seemed offended/burdened that I was requesting a bit more effort. My previous haircut, my stylist tried talking politics with me... not fun and super cringe. Haircut was alright, still not great/satisfied. read more

The first two times I came here, I really liked it. I used a level 1 stylist named Morgan and she did a great job and it was reasonably priced. Morgan is no longer there, so this time I went with a higher level stylist, level 4 Victoria. I explained what I wanted and showed pictures of what I wanted, but what I got was not even close. My highlights were very bold, instead of subtle. I asked for a rich brown base color and what I got was basically black. My hair has never been this dark before and it makes the basically bleach blonde highlights look that much worse. I really don't like the placement of the highlights either, it looks very unblended and streaky. I hesitated to leave a review but I've just never been so unhappy with my hair before. The worst part is it cost me $300 so I'm just so unhappy and now I need to figure out how to get my hair fixed as well. read more

Worse hair experience ever! Went in for HB extensions...they ordered the wrong color, they said they would have the correct ones in two days....wrong. The attempted to accommodate me by ordering ones that were not HB, they were super thin and the beads popped out. The girl did not cut or blend them and they looked horrible. I went I. 2 days later to try and have them fixed and have it cut...they charged me for the cut and made the bead issue worse. I ended up paying twice as much as they quoted for a job poorly done. Super disappointing pricing policy. My usual stylist was booked so I booked a women's haircut here for my daughter online (she's only 11 but has a lot of hair) it said $70+ depending on stylist which makes sense. When we got there one person washed her hair, blew her dry. Another lady came and did the haircut. Then the first stylist came back and asked how we wanted it styled, she wanted it curled. When I checked out I was told it would be $110 because we added a "thermal styling" since when is styling not apart of a hair cut? And if it's not shouldn't you mention that ??? Since the lady the actually did the cutting of her hair (nothing else) we got charged at a level 5 rate... really? This is the second chance I've given this salon and have been disappointed both times. read more

Had an amazing experience here the other day. Really needed a trim and some life added to my hair. I was welcomed with amazing smiling faces and an offering of coffee, tea, water etc! Felt very comfortable at this location- which is honestly rare for me, I'd rather get in and get out! My wash was great, and then I met my stylist- the owner Tess! We had great chemistry and I truly enjoyed talking with her! She listened to my every need and totally delivered. I am very happy with my haircut. Side note I was a little taken back with the price. It was $71 for a haircut, not including tip. The experience was truly great and I will definitely be back. Just a tad rich for my blood. I give myself a rather strict budget, and just felt for basically a trim it is a tad pricey. I understand I had a super pro, the owner touching my hair and maybe because I dont get my haircut often, I am a little out of touch with prices now-a-days. I did book online, I am not sure if this is possible but maybe a heads up on price with the appt. confirmation email would be superb- that way I can be sure to bring/transfer enough to give a bomb tip and not experience sticker shock! I got a partial foil for the very first time ever and it turned out wonderful. I was very happy with my stylist Kasey. It looked wonderful and I got a lot of compliments. The reason why I am giving 3 stars is because the prices are outrageous. I wanted a bayalage originally and was told it would me over $400. This included the cut and it was without the product and the extra conditioning treatment after. After all was said and done, I paid almost $400 but it included the conditioning treatment and the product. I ended up finding an at home stylist who colored and cut my hair for under $100. Her products are even marked down 30%. Her home was very clean and it was more of the atmosphere I was looking for. Again, I would return to Kasey, she did an amazing g job. But I just can't pay that much. The Solon itself is kinda of crowded and very loud. Need to find a bigger space. For the price I paid for service, you would think the salon would be a little cleaner and more organized. read more

This is the only place I will go to get my hair done. I have been seeing Dani for a couple years now, and she's been with me through all my "let's do something crazy" hair phases. She's helped bring my hair back from the depths of black boxed hair dye, followed my by insistence on lightening it. She's kept my hair healthy the whole time. This is the only salon I'll trust with my hair cuts and coloring. All of their artists are talented and professional, the atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. The mimosas are divine, and the whole process is really an experience. Edit to add: you can tell the employees enjoy what they do, and the owner Tess is amazing. I absolutely love this place. I went to get my haircut today, and of course, I had to have Victoria cut it! She is very personable and sweet. She was very helpful with helping me find the haircut that I wanted. I had an idea of what I would like, but she made it even better! Roslynn assisted Victoria with my hair, and she was very sweet as well. I also had her cut my baby's hair. It was his first hair cut and she was very fast and friendly with him. His haircut came out very cute. I appreciate how professional everyone is, while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere. Everyone that works here is so nice!! I came in for a full foil and trim and walked out $293 later with not much to show for it. There wasn't enough time for a full foil, although that's what I scheduled. So I ended up with a partial foil and a few lowlights. The trim was $61 - she cut about an inch off the bottom but I was charged for a full haircut. I didn't get layers, it wasn't a new style, it was not a separate appointment with a blowout & style. It was no more than a 5 minute trim off the bottom - for $61. I still have grey on the sides which is very disappointing because I mentioned it while I was there. She thought it would blend in, but I can definitely see it still when I put my hair up. Update - even with all the excuses, a simple color and trim was $300 with no guarantee of satisfaction. I personally will go somewhere with a much higher level of customer satisfaction standards :-) Toner was another $30, which I didn't ask for but was needed I guess? The Olaplex treatment was ok but probably not necessary for a partial foil that included lowlights. I just didn't walk out blown away by a vibrant color or bright full foil...especially for almost $300!! (with tip). The stylist, however, was friendly. I also think that when part of the service can't be offered (because of our current health situation) like the full blow out and style - that should be considered in pricing. I walked out with wet hair and had no idea what the color looked like. I understood that was going to be the situation, but I did think the price would be adjusted slightly as regular prices include this 20-30 minute blowout and style. The salon is just gaining the extra 30 with each client anI guess. They asked for feedback but when I took the time to provide it, they didn't offer to fix it or refund part of the service. My daughter got her hair colored at this salon. $500 later she had purple hair. I called to verify that it really cost this much to color very short hair purple. This is the most ridiculous amount of money and I can't believe anyone would think it's okay to charge this. On top of that she told me my daughter lied to me and that the costs were all written down prior to her starting. If this had be explained she would've said no. She told the gal it was okay because I was paying thinking in her mind it couldn't possibly be more than $200. Best peel I have had ! As a owner of a day spa and being a Medical Esthetician I was surprising incredibly impressed by the wonderful results I got from my Glycolic peel from Rayana ! She knows her stuff !!! I'm so sad I live far or I would keep going to her for all my skin care needs . It is so hard to find someone that knows they ingredients like She does . If this review was just for the stylist, I would give her 5 stars! Victoria was very nice and my cut and color look great (I gave her a mess to start with). The reason I'm giving a three star review is because of the salon itself. I'm not sure if they're remodeling or what, but I felt like I was getting my hair done inside a storage unit. Everything felt grimy. The floor was dirty, the baseboards, windowsills and tops of the mirrors were covered in 2 inches of dust. I'm not sure where the spa area is, but there's no way I could relax in this place. Second, the lighting is awful! I couldn't really tell what color my hair ended up. Victoria told me that if I didn't like the color when I got home that she would fix it free of charge, which is nice, but shouldn't I be able to tell what color my hair is while in the salon? Lastly, it was freezing in the salon! I was so cold I didn't want to take off my jacket, but I knew I had to. After my hair was washed I was so unbelievably cold. I was sitting in the chair, getting my hair cut, shivering. My hands were so cold they ached. I'll probably give this place another shot because I liked Victoria, and like I said, they made be remodeling or something.
