I got a full set from this place 3 weeks ago . 2 of my nails popped off so I figure maybe getting a fill would help . 1 day of me getting a fill another nail popped off . The day they fixed the one nail ANOTHER popped off . I'm guessing the original full set was glued properly . I have spent 45 +25 +6 not including my tips or pedicure and my nail is STILL BROKE . When I request a new full set as 4/10 have broke within 2 weeks their response was "I'll fix the one that's broke" . Gave this salon multiple tries & its really hot or miss. There's really only two nails techs that do acrylic nails well this is also the third time I've gotten a full & had the Shellac chip in a matter of days. I got my most recent fill Wednesday, went back Friday because they were chipping & 1 nail was filed down shorter than the other 10 & it was noticable. They're idea of fixing it was making the same finger on the other hand shorter which DIDNT fix anything. Now I have 2 nails that are shorter than the other 10 & they have to be the THICKEST I've ever had them. read more

They are very detailed and they do a consistently good job with my nails! Plus they do dipping powder which is a plus! Only con is that their wait time is long since they have so many customers so I would recommend scheduling an appointment rather than walking in. read more

Came in for dip nails full set manicure. Pricing was fair, but the quality of the nails were very poorly done. It seems as though there might be a couple of good nail artists here, but they're not all of equal quality especially depending on the service you request. I have been to quite a few lower end salons like this one that are closer to where I live & I have never had the lady doing the service file my nails so aggressively. She was not gentle in the slightest, just kept quickly filing back and forth very painfully despite telling her I would like to keep the length of my natural nails. They ended up being very short and most of the length was filed off. While cutting my cuticles, she also cut me & I ended up bleeding on two separate fingers. The dip was applied unevenly and looks like bits of play dough on my fingers. The surface was not flat or drilled down properly to be a smooth and thin surface on top the nail bed. The lady herself seemed nice & she asked a couple of times if I liked how they looked or if I was in pain & I kind of just had to go with it. At the point where the dip was already applied, my nails were in pain from the intense filing and drilling prep & for her to have smoothened the dip out more would've been too much. She must have simply been inexperienced with dip manicures. Most every other time I've had my nails done, my manicures have never been completed in less than an hour. I was in and out here within 45 minutes or less, which is really not enough time to do a quality job in my opinion. Overall it was mediocre, liked the color options & customer service was decently friendly but will definitely not be coming back here for a manicure again sadly due to the quality of work read more

I recently moved down south and have been looking for a new nail salon in the area and I must say, this will not be the go to salon for me. Pros: pretty clean salon, they have a huge selection of shellac colors and it's pretty affordable ($20 basic pedi, $25 shellac mani) Cons: I called ahead and scheduled a 12:30 appointment for shellac mani and reg pedi. I arrived at 12:20, instantly got a pedi seat and started choosing my colors. The salon was pretty busy, so I'm thought, it's ok, they take their time on their clients. One of the ladies got to me at 1:00 and started working on my pedi, she took her time with my pedi and painted my toenails nicely. Then she immediately tried to put my flip flops on without giving them any dry time. I already knew it was going to be a disaster. She hit my big toe and rubbed off a chunk of polish and proceeded to the next foot, she rubbed off another chunk of polish on the other foot. Her coworker stopped her and showed her how to put the flip flop on. I figured, maybe she's new and it was a learning experience. She painted over the errors and finished a little bit before 2:00. I ran out of time for my mani and asked if I could come back at 4:00. I came back at 4:00 for my mani and the place was empty. A different person started on my mani, she was doing a decent job until she started painting. It was getting closer to their closing time and I think she began to rush. She rushed through and didn't give the paint layers enough time to cure under the light. The paint on my fingernails are uneven and messy and I can see waves where she painted over the non dried layers of shellac. Overall, it wasn't the worst service but it wasn't quality service either read more

This place came highly recommended from a friend, i called at 3 and set up an appointment for a pedicure and full set at 5. i drove all the way from seattle and i don't regret any of it! they're super clean and attentive and the work is amazing. the use liners in their pedicure chairs and clean them after every use. i highly recommend this place. price was good too, cheaper than what i'm used to and the service was a million times better! read more

I barely ever get my nails done. Came in as a walk in for manicure & pedicure on a hot Sunday. Salon was semi busy and they told me it would be a 30 minute wait. Not too bad. I was impressed that they gave me a mini water bottle while I waited. The woman who worked on me was nice, but not talkative at all, which I didn't mind. They use plastic liners in the foot tubs, which helps with hygiene, so, I was happy with that. The basic leg massage was great and she even used a hot stone at the end.
