Been here two times , both times disappointed in service ! I wanted to like this place because it was close by In our neighborhood . The pedicures are basic and only one girl can do manicures good ! I think her name is Vi ? The owner Jennifer offered and did give me. Discount 10% but it's really not a discount when your service is bad ! the only thing that I did like is the girl vi took over the first girl who couldn't do my manicure right ! but my pedicure are was ok but my polish wasn't done well .. it was bumpy and some nails not all painted to end /side .. went home to redo them myself ! The salon has good reviews, so I was surprised to have a not so great experience. Just moved to the area and looking for a new nail salon and was disappointed. Made an appointment and was sitting waiting for 10 minutes, the lady who did mine wasn't friendly and kept yanking and tossing my hands around. I had the set previously put on from another nail salon and they didn't do it that well, Jennifer fixed them and shaped them how I wanted and did a BEAUTIFUL job on them! I love my pedicure here. I am a very large woman. I usually feel uncomfortable walking in as if they are all afraid. Not here. I didn't not feel uncomfortable and the massage chairs were perfect. I got my nails done today by Vy! I had a very good experience. I wanted a full set of acrylics, and ended up getting dip powder (with an ombre with white on my thumb and pinky). I showed Vy a reference photo and she did a really great job on taking inspo from what I wanted, as well as accomodating my requests (I asked for the little stars and moon gems). The only thimg is that I wished the flower was a little more refined, but overall was great. Would recommend! My overall total was $70, so a little pricey, but to be honest if it comes out well, then I dont mind paying for job well done. Go to Vy for a cute design! read more

At first she had patients with me. But when I tried to correct her for the third time she got kind rude. She also started to raise her voice. I'm a reeeaalllly picky person when it comes to my nails. I wish I can give my service 0 stars. I went in for a dip set and pedicure. My pedicure was rushed, they didn't bother to shorten my nails after I asked them to. My dip set was the worst. As seen in the picture they've completely ruined my cuticles. There's random dots all over my nails. The picture is after I filed and reshaped them. When they first got done all my nails were shaped differently, different lengths and two fingers are much thicker than the rest. The polish feels gooey and as if it isn't dried. I've never had a dip set feel like this. The color of my last set which was black was left all over my hand and transferred to my new color. They didn't bother cleaning it up or try fixing it. This is a pretty nice nail salon in general - especially in the Kent area. I came here on Sunday because my regular nail salon is closed on Sundays. A piece of advice for everyone... I would highly recommend you to double-check the prices and confirm the what services you are requesting. Like literally ask them how much a particular service costs and what type of service is actually included. I asked to get the gel/shellac painted on my natural nails. At my regular nail salon, they charge me $15 for a shellac/gel paint with a nail trim and shape and a hand massage like this place offers. I was charged $25 for the same service at Elegant nail salon. Their cost sign said that gel/shellac ranged between $15-$20 and I honestly wouldn't have minded to pay $20. I could get a whole set of acrylics for $25! Another reason why I'm writing this post is because the quality of the work was terrible. I had lumps and uneven paint on a couple finger nails. A little disappointed but I tipped my artist pretty well. I don't think I will be returning unless I desperately need to like I did this Sunday :( read more

Was seated right away at like 10 in the morning and had almost the best nail experience ever. My nail tech was super sweet and made sure I was comfortable the entire time I was there. At most salons I can never real tell the difference from a regular or deluxe besides the paraffin wax. Kim however....OMG!!! She was very gentle but also very thorough! Understanding everything I asked for; It was totally worth it! And she massaged through every step; and wasn't afraid to get in there and use good pressure. I can't even express how pleased I am!!! I adore the owners, and all the staff! They are so great! They'll get you right in, or they will be honest and tell you a real wait time. The last time I came I had a horrible experience bcos of the tech that worked me in. Crooked nails, uneven, & just overall a bad experience. But I gave it another shot & I'm glad I did bcos the ladies that did my pedi and fill where so sweet and acknowledged what I really wanted. The shape and the design I wanted was spot on.
