I always go in for a pedicure, usually the express one which starts at $35 and after I do french tip and gel, it only comes out to $55 before tip which I find very affordable. I have never had an issue with the pedicures themselves and they always ask throughout the appointment to make sure they are looking good.The inside is pretty nice, not too much lighting and always have a tv station playing with a little bit of background music. I particularly appreciate this because when I go in for a pedicure all I want to do is relax. They also usually offer manicures too if your nail beds are looking a little rough. I will always come here for my pedicures. read more

My daughter and I came here for manicures and they sat my daughter down. I had to run to the place next door for 15 min and when I got back they all of a sudden said it would take until 1 hour later. I only recommend Lisa. Before the new management this was my favorite. Since the new management the only person I'll let touch my nails is Lisa. I've had a few of the new people and they always leave the shellac still wet and leave these weird brush lines and don't on my nails. Lisa is amazing though, she always checks during every step to make sure I'm happy and no matter what she really cares about her work. If she's available snag her for your mani or pedi ... she's the g.o.a.t in Renton in my opinion! So far everytime I go to another salon in Renton I end up running to her to fix it. Go see Lisa!! I'm rating a 3 star only because everyone else there isn't good but Lisa is 5 stars on herself!! read more

I had 2 nails that came completely off and since I was there 1 ¹/2 prior for a pedi (which was AMAZING) (I LOVE THIER PEDIS) I thought fine maybe they can fix these 2 and I'll get a polish change on my toes.. when I got there i changed my mine and asked for a fill and a pedi.. I picked my colors and sat down and they started working. They said my colored powder will be $60 which was fine. However, the lady that did my nails ONLY put the powder on the very tiny part of my nailbed that needed the fill VS the whole nail ¿HUH?.. then the 2 nails that were new (THUMB/INDEX FINGER) after she put the powder on it was oh blob. Lumpy and mishaped, She must have saw my face when incut my eyes because WTF is Thiiiiissss? all my nails when I went in were square, and she rounded them some were slanted and uneven.. I asked her if she would square them please and showed her the both nails were still Lumpy and it was barley corrected. So then I waited until the owner (I think) came to polish and I showed her my nails that my nail tech had did (in which the lady barley touched) and I showed her what her NT just did and asked her is she could help correct and she seemed irritated or liked she didn't know what I was talking about.. They put the wrong polish on my nails and at that point I was extremely irritated and ready to leave.. I paid and still left a tip and by the time I got home one of my nails completely broke off (one she didn't put the powder on) smh.. Dont get me wrong The ladies are all very sweet but I am so highly disappointed in The nail service that I received there Saturday. read more

I am HORRIFIED after going here... the nail tech absolutely butchered my nail shape and made me bleed. I insisted they just put clear coat on my nails just so I could pay and get the fuck out of that place. They made me feel so uncomfortable, aside from the physical pain the tech put me through, the owner was so rude and pushy and could tell I was not pleased with my service and still charged me $25 for a fill and clear coat. Didn't even leave a tip because I was so close to tears during my check out, I couldn't get out of there quick enough. After she dug the metal shaper into my skin to the point of me bleeding she dug her nails into my skin to get the acrylic off my skin then put the top coat covering my open wound. I hope I can save at least one person from this horrific shop. read more

I usually go here and recommend it to all my friends. They are usually great at doing nails and service is friendly. Today I walked in thinking its a Monday and they won't be busy. I was correct. I was the only one there. I explained that I wanted a pedicure with a design and a dip. I had never gotten dip before. The lady started dipping my nails and I asked if she would file and do my cuticles. She said no, that doesn't come with the dip. Dip is just dip. I told her that I would like that and she just ignored me. I had to be firm and explain that I would pay more for that. Without soaking my nails she took out the cuticles. From that point on she was very rough with the way she was handling my hands/nails. Another customer came in and she rushed. The pedicure got done without the design I had asked and shown her a picture of. Not what I expected from this place. Wont go back. read more

Although I was amaze with how much color options they have, I was disappointed and felt really uncomfortable as I walked in. I felt attacked and that my personal space was invaded. As I was trying to choose the color I wanted the lady who was going to do my nails where pushing me to get shellac and threw 101 questions why I should get them. I come to salons to get pampered and to relax but I knew from the minute I walked in- I was not goin g to be happy. Although I should have walked out I stayed to try their service. I came in today and when I went in for a face wax and eyebrows a women waxed my eyelashes off and they still wanted me to pay and only take 10 dollars off! My eyelashes are gone on my right eyelid and wax got on my eyes and eyelid and was and was shut closed for a moment and got burned.Worst waxing experience ever! How can you wax someones eyelash off and still expect me to pay and all you can say is sorry smh never again. read more

Came back again and they understood the assignment, I got "Van" my regular pedicure specialist for a jelly spa pedicure. Very kind and sweet , had patience, took her time and did not rush me and her work was wonderful made me fall asleep! In a good way.. First time I went with my friend on a weekday and I got a pedicure with rainbow French tips. It was perfect. We went again on a weekend and it was so bad that I didn't even bother getting my nails painted. So it really depends on who is doing your nails. Hence the four stars, otherwise it would be five stars because of the following. I went to another nail salon and got my nails painted. Needless to say, I'm never going back to harmony nails because of the following reasons. The pedicure chair side tables were definitely oily or have not been cleaned. It just didn't feel clean either. During covid, I can't risk that. The new salon I went to, they check your temperature and made you wash your hands. Harmony nails did nothing both times. I didn't know what the procedure was with nail salons but now I know this other one is taking the safety precautions. read more

After more visits, I'll update the review but for now-here are my experiences. I made an appointment a week in advance. A text reminder came the morning of which was nice and I made it just on time. And then I waited about 10 mins. I didn't end up getting my mani/pedi because at the time that 10 mins hit, one of the women noticed me looking around like WTH and let me know that it would be just a little longer. I asked her how long and she said 5 to 10 mins. That wasn't going to work for me - I had set up an appt because I'm busy and it annoyed me that they had me waiting at all. So I left. I came back randomly just a few days ago and it was great! No appointment. They were friendly, great service and the mani/pedi combo is only $30. I left happy and feeling good, which I have to say is wonderful when you're working FT with two kids at home and so much going on. A micro spa experience is just what we need some times and this one did not break the bank! I'll be coming back again and I'm thinking once a month. The location is great as it's literally a pull-in on my drive home and again - the cost is perfect. It has taken a while to find a shop that doesn't over charge you for a simple mani/pedi. I experienced one in Maple Valley that charged me $50! Thank you Harmony, for being honest and providing options at a reasonable rate. read more

I've finally found a nail salon in Renton that does a great job EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO IN! I've been coming in for months after trying out several downtown salons including the more upscale ones. Now my best friend, my mom and my coworkers come to see these ladies and we're all so happy with the job they do. They offer more colors than other salons and always take their time and are so friendly that everyone feels comfortable about coming in. My nails are natural with shellac, gel polish but my mom does the powder dip and my best friend does acrylic with designs and they've never been unhappy with the quality of work. I've been to many many nail salons in the greater Seattle area. To be honest I didn't even know his place is .2 miles from me but wanted to treat myself and my girls to a mani/pedi. It's at a busy intersection and hardly noticeable but when you walk in, it's comfortable and calm. Instrumental music fills the air, the walls covered in a nice color. This is not your typical tacky nail salon. The prices are right, everyone was so nice and professional. They were happy to help us. To top it off, everyone left happy with the work done. It's been a week and all our nails still look like new. My oldest got her eyebrows done and she and I agree we couldn't have gotten a better job done anywhere else. Overpriced and not good service. Went in for a shellac full set and was charged $58. I have gone in here a few times before and wanted to give them one more chance. It was awful. The nail tech doing my nails cut my cuticles several times and then blamed me for it. They tried to get me to get services I wasn't interested in. When I declined the services, all the nail techs started speaking in a different language, pretty sure so I wouldn't understand. When I asked if their prices went up they immediately became defensive. I had let them know I had previously been there to get the same service and paid less they kept trying to tell me I was wrong. I will be taking my business elsewhere UPDATE: considering the fact that the owner commented on my review and identified me as a different customer says a lot. Professionalism goes a long way. This place is amazing! They're skilled and They really try to give you what you want. I've gone to many nail salons in the area with pictures and they say they can't do what's in the picture or they say they can and they can't. Not Harmony nails, I showed them what I wanted and they made every effort to give me what I wanted they took the time to find the right colors, glitter and asked me questions about what I liked/wanted. I hadn't been here for a while.. and last week service reminded me why. I came in for the $25 happy hour mani/pedi deal. The owner remembered my name and greeted me (suprise suprise). I was told to pick a color and to relax on the pedicure chair. The technician I had was okay at best. But when it came to the manicure.. all hell broke loose. As she was cutting my cuticles, she knicked my right thumb and caused it to bleed profusely. When I say profusely.. I mean BLEED PROFUSELY. My thumb would NOT STOP bleeding for half an hour. She made me apply pressure on the cut with a cotton ball while she finished painting my nails.. but it did NO GOOD. Even with the application of the brown saline drop to stop the bleeding.. it was NO GOOD. When all failed, she had an ephiphany and decided that it was the BEST idea to dip my thumb in the blue spa salt used for the pedicure chairs. Well.. that did NOT stop the bleeding AND it made my entire thumb BLUE. At this point.. I had enough. I mean really.. I felt like I was a part of a comedy sitcom. Or maybe an MTV episode of Boiling Point. So I asked her to remove the polish and to let me pay and leave. She offered to repaint it another day.. but really? Who is going to come back after such a dissatisfied experience? Yelper's BEWARE! No "good deal" amounts to pain your fingers will suffer. read more
