I was excited to try this salon out as I live pretty close to the shop and needed a manicure and pedicure. I was seated with a technician who didn't say much but went right to work. I got SNS and a regular pedicure. The SNS wasn't even on same nails and I wished he asked me what kind of shape I wanted. The pedicure was ok but I wish he scrubbed my feet more. I asked for a square shape on toe nails and was left with oval toenails and I hate the shape also didn't clean around the nails or removed cuticles, my daughter got toe nails done and wasn't happy, they added layers of nail polish without drying and it looked thick and messy read more

Amazing deluxe pedicure today by the staff of Fresh Look Nails. The gentleman who took care of my feet was really gentle even though my cuticles and toenails were in really sorry shape. I have sensitive skin and this is one of the few times I've been to a place where my toes didn't hurt after a pedicure. I love the flowers that Kim painted for spring too. They have everything prepared for safety during COVID (plexiglass dividers, appointments only to limit occupancy, temperature checks, etc.) The shop is very clean, has nice uncluttered decor and a splash of bling in their crystal hanging lights. You can tell they care about their customers, their business and doing quality nail work. I'll be returning regularly. read more

I was here for the first time a little over a month ago, with a freshly rolled ankle. My reticence and nervousness was, I'm sure, palpable. After an hour-long Deluxe pedicure, involving a leg massage with hot stones and capable hands as well as a dip in paraffin, relieved a good deal of my nerves and my pain. I didn't opt for polish that time, something I'm pleased to have waited for. The second visit was about a month later. Today, in fact. Another Deluxe pedicure. I noticed the paraffin was not orange this time, but purple. That's awesome. I chose a color I had never gone with before, one that is a little out of my comfort zone. A color I affectionately term #FanfictionGreen. I normally lean toward Deep Royal Purples, End-of-the-Universe Blues, Soul-Sucking Demon Blacks, even Garnet or Burgundy reds. Greens... it's hard to find one that doesn't wash me out, make me look sickly. Here, I found a green that works. Now, I'm used to going with someone, as a buffer, to help alleviate my anxiety. This is the first time I've gone by myself. The environment was still welcoming, warm, relaxing. Even on a relatively busy street, these ladies provided a great place to just take time out and chill. read more

I was promptly greeted and shown the wide variety of gel colors. There was a slight language barrier with the manager and it was almost impossible to communicate with the technician, Penny, as she did my pedicure so of course there was minimal conversation--but she worked hard and tried to understand me when I complimented her. She gave a pleasant foot and calf massage. The salon was large and clean. I am hoping the color lasts as it is not inexpensive $40 plus an additional tip. read more

I was excited to come back to this salon after my first visit with good results. The customer service then was nothing special but definitely not rude. I came in today as a walk in, which they have a sign saying are welcome. I opened the door to come in and wasn't greeted just stared at. I asked if I could have a manicure to which one of the employees responded with "we're busy". There were only two of them, both with customers, so I understood that they couldn't see me right away which happens as a walk in. However they didn't give me an estimated wait time or offer anything after just more staring. I followed up with asking "so you can't see me?,"the same employee followed up with a simple "no". I walked out after. I won't be returning. I've never been spoken to as a potential customer in such a dismissive rude tone almost as if I was not welcome and an inconvenience. read more

I made an appointment at 1pm, arrived at 1:04, didn't start my pedi until 1:30...I understand the lady was busy with another client, but I feel like the delay was a bit too long. I paid $40 for the deluxe (despite their sign saying $35) but it wasn't worth it. She barely used lotion and the part of the massage that did last was nice but very short for a "deluxe"-lasted maybe 3 min/leg. She did clean up my cuticles very well, but the polish looks uneven on my left pinky, and it's uneven and opaque on my left toe. They were super nice but I don't recommend the deluxe pedi here. Can't say anything to how they do other services, however. read more

i've visited a few times and typically just had a pedicure ... it's summer and they wouldn't clean under/around my toenails... did not cut them straight across.. This time I tried a manicure was exceptionally disappointing as well in 20 minutes they were done. The edges of my nails are scratchy from using a rough file they did not clean under my nails. I don't wear nail polish and asked if they would buff them.... She said sure she'd make them shiny. She came over and rubbed the buffer on each finger nail. The total time was about 45 seconds and she charged me an additional five dollars. just fyi read more

Front desk was super nice & took our temperatures immediately upon entering, had us wash our hands, then fill out a Covid intake form. I don't understand how this place has 5 star reviews. I was pretty excited to try a new place near my work. Place seemed decently decorated and fairly clean. I arrived at 10:15 and requested a gel pedicure and a dip manicure. Gel pedicure was not bad and the technician gave a pretty good massage which I enjoyed. When we started working on manicure the tech seemed kind of nervous and was keep on opening and closing wrong things. She was using a pink stained dusting brush so the light cream color I chose had pink tips. When I told her she was talking to the owner she brought another gel out and it was getting so frustrated. And not understanding what they are saying sucks.. It was just caked on and I was hoping she will even it out and thin it so it will look natural. If I wanted to have a bulky nails, I would've done it myself instead of paying $80 for it. When she was grabbing the UV light, I told her it needs to be thinned down more and the owner just came and took over without asking or anything. She was not even any better. I regret so much wasting time and money on such low quality work. read more
