It takes a-lot for me to give a nail salon 1 star but this nail salon only gets 1 star for the fake but nice customer service i received during my service. Ive been getting my nails done for the last 18years and this one is the worst one I've ever had. I asked for SNS full set the lady kept telling I do for you a good job and I'm the best. She did not do SNS. Instead from what it looked like she did pink and white but charged me SNS. I asked her to make them thin and had to repeatedly ask her to file them down because they were really thick and uneven. As you can tell by pics how thick and bulky they look, this is after I asked her numerous times to file more. They look like shovels and make my nail bed look way wider then they are. I forget her name but when you walk in her station is second row first station. I also got shellac pedi that I let them know in advance that I have ingrown nails and would like them cut out. She barely even cleaned my cuticles did not cut out my ingrown. For shellac and full-set I was charged $115. All they want is ur money but don't make any effort to go a good job so the customer is happy. I only went there because I moved and been looking for a place close to home. Definitely will never go there again. read more

I used to go to this salon all the time until after Covid when the price shot up so high I couldn't afford it anymore. Today I needed to get a fill on my dip nails. I went here because my usual nail shop was closed (it was Black Friday). They first wanted to remove all my nails and start fresh. I didn't want to do that since it's expensive and only a month ago I had a fresh set put on. So we decided on shellac which is only $40. I told her to take a little off the tips, but not to go really short. After half an hour of my nail tech (nail tech #1) working on my nails, another tech came over and after talking at length in Thai, she tells me we're going to start over and do dip. I said how much will that cost and tech #1 tells her something in Thai and I hear her say $40. Nail tech #2 tells me a long description of why we are doing dip and honestly I could not understand one word she was telling me. Her accent was so strong and she wore a mask. She proceeds to wraps my nails up in alcohol and foiled them. She asked me if I understand and I just said, Not really. Then she laughs and proceeds to cut my nails even shorter. At this point it's too late to stop her because they are not very short. I ended up paying $50 + tip and left with short, thick looking nails that look like a child. Also since I last went to this salon, all the workers have changed over. read more

I go to this nail salon every two weeks! Lily is my favorite but all of the girls are great. I have been going to this nail salon since they opened about nine or ten years ago. I have been through cancer twice 2016 and 2021 and I still went to the nail salon when I felt "okay" they are always happy to see me. Both my daughters go here and my granddaughter has been going here with me since she was six months old and now she is eight! They treat her and my family like royalty. Then I went back to get them redone and got a new set with a white tip ombre and they are uneven, not ombre more like lines of white to pink, and tons of stuff left underneath the nails attached to my skin. I called to ask for a refund because I am soo incredibly unhappy and there is no manager in charge. The owner is in Taiwan and there is nobody to remedy my concerns. Do not visit this salon!!! The staff shows little regard for their customers or the reservation we made a week in advance. We were the first to arrive, and they opened at 11 a.m., thoroughly servicing and taking care of three separate customers who arrived after us. Furthermore, the service provided to us was unappealing and a waste of my time, I wasn't helped or started on until after 20 mins past my appointment. They are completely unprofessional and couldn't care less about asking us what we wanted... The person that did my pedicure was incredibly disrespectful the entire time, and the job she did was just poor. When we asked why our service was taking so long, they tried to compensate by being "fake" and overly pleasant, with a side of trash talking in a different language while looking back and forth at us. Mia is excellent!!. I have nail bed that fans out at the top. She gave my nails a fantastic shape! Although they didn't know how to do the Ambre glitter tip using the SNS dipping powder (tried to put it on after final finished top coat like a chrome), didn't matter....attention to detail and shape is the best!!! Love how she cut cuticles and that the dipping powder goes all the way down to the cuticle line and covers whole nail! I hate it when salons file the side of nail filing off the dipping powder on the sides of the nail. Perfect SNS!!! read more

I use to love this place, but the last 3 times I have come in I have been rushed and given terrible pedicures and a manicure. I went in on Friday and Lily helped me but rushed the entire time. I walked in and was seated immediately which was nice but I sat there for 20 mins before she came over. she took off my shellac with the rotary file and it was pretty unpleasant. Then she didn't do anything with the cuticles, gave my feet a quick pomace rub and was ready to paint them. My heels are still cracked and I mentioned it to her and she told me they were fine. I also mentioned she cut my big toe crooked and uneven she again told me it's fine. A quick once over with the rocks, she painted my toes and that was the end of it. NOT worth 38 dollars at all. I was going to get a manicure but I was so irritated I said forget it. My feet look like I never had a pedicure. Oh and here is the icing on the cake. While I was leaving a African American family walked in and asked if they were busy? (they were not) and the worker told them "oh yes, very busy, very busy" but wouldn't tell the women how long the wait was or if they would be seen until the women and her family went to walk out then she hollered for them to pick a color. I stumbled upon this place as I was waiting for a friend to arrive at the airport and went tanning next door. I had three broken nails from a place I had gone to prior that they were willing to fix and give me a fill. Very friend and efficient! The nails Turned out great overall, a few spots didn't get top coat and didn't dry well but they still look good! I was very impressed with how friendly all of the employees were and how they knew almost everyone they walked in. They seemed to care about everyone, not just the regular. I always go here for my mani and pedi, had a gel pedicure yesterday, had misunderstanding on nail color, I corrected them and informedhh them that I wasn't given the choice to choose what color I want, after that they conversed in Vietnamese, which I found it mrude to do in front of your customers. I just kept quiet. After I'm done , I was surprised that my bill was $47, I asked them if they increased their price and they said yes, last month I only paid $35. Anyway, I called today and asked how much is their gel pedicure, and they said $20 for regular pedi and $35 for gel pedicure. I am so disappointed. read more

THEY BURNED MY FACE!! If I could give it no stars, I would!! I went in on Friday about 30 minutes before close for a nail repair and color change. The lady that did my nails rushed the entire time and sent me away before my nails had dried completely cause she wanted to close so I messed my thumb nail paint which prompted my visit the next day. I said to myself, "why not get your eyebrows done?" They were busy and I was in a rush to get out of there. I laid on the chair and a different older lady came in and pulled the hair from my eyebrows. When she was finished, I sat in the chair and let her fix my nail paint. My face was burning and I figured it was because it'd been a while since I had them done. So I leave without looking in the mirror again. I get down the road and my face is on fire! Glance in my rear view mirror and see that the skin is missing in between and over my eyebrows!!! I went back two days later, (I was headed out of town) and show them my face, they blame it on me and that my skin must be sensitive. (I've gotten my brows done here before and hadn't been burned)No apologies, but they brought me into the back room to talk away from other customers, where they keep trying to pull my hat up saying they wanted to put something on my scars. I tell them to back off, and the older lady that pulled off my skin burning my face reaches out and pats me on the cheek a couple times. Now in what world does someone do that when you've expressed more than a few times that they don't want to be touched?! I say I want my money back and I'll never come back there to get my brows waxed. She keeps blaming my sensitive skin and I literally have to push past these ladies to get them to stop trying to corner me and trying to pull my hat up. We go out to the front, she gives me my money back, mumbles some semblance of a "sorry" and I go about my way. I will NEVER come back here!!
