I was seated right away and started getting worked on. The young lady who started me in on my full set really looked as if she'd just been handed a bag of dog poo. It was extremely uncomfortable, but she moved on quickly and a man came to take over once she was done prepping my nails. He was very professional. I had a picture of what I wanted, which of course no one could do. That was frustrating. Nonetheless, they worked diligently and quickly. The atmosphere is very quiet. They don't do a ton of crosstalk in a different language. I like that I didn't feel excluded or that they were trashing me in a different language. It was very serene. It was the most relaxing full set I've ever sat for. They really take their time and make it look good, even if it's not necessarily what you wanted. My nail shape was perfect. The thickness of the acrylic was perfect. I waited so long to do the review because I wanted to see what shape my nails would be in once the acrylic was removed. I was pleasantly surprised to find my nails were still strong and not thin or torn to bits. I 100% recommend this place. The past few visits, I have been paired up with HA who doesn't know any English. She did my builder Gell and it was so thick but went with it. She covered all my cuticles and had to push my cuticles back when I got home. The pedicure also looked botched but I don't remember the name of the tech who did it. They have a tendency of teaming on you while you are still on the pedicure stand which makes it awkward for you since you have to stretch for the nail tech which is not ideal . They are always feel like they are in a hurry but I always spend 2 or more hrs which is questionable. The next time I got paired with her again and I had to find someone who understood English to tell her not to paint my Cuticles and also to make sure not to overbuild. Why should i be the dummy for training if she doesn't know how to do what is required. You cannot apologize for her since I'm a paying customer? I deserve someone who knows what they are doing. There seemed to be something among workers that I can't pinpoint what it is. The owner finally took over and felt like she was just being rough and rude and frustrated with my frustrations. I paid and left a 20$ tip regardless being there for over 3 hrs. I was the first to enter and everyone else left and I was still not done! I rarely write reviews but I had to do this.
