Can't fix it" and kept saying "ya sorry, your hair is hard to cut". He suggested "you just have to grow your hair back out" - like, come on, he was cutting 5-6inches of hair down to the skin. It'll take me months to get my hair back. At the end he said "next time bring more pictures" - I told him I had more and that he claimed that was perfect and that was all he needed. He blamed me. Right away I was greeted with kindness and respect by the male owner (I believe his wife also owns it), told him my situation, what I wanted and he certainly delivered! Like he mentioned, a barber shop is completely different from a salon, especially when it comes to men's haircuts, and I wish I understood that years ago. I'm used to a 10-15min haircut, his was easily double that, extremely detailed and meticulous! I also decided to do a fade for the first time ever, and again, I am so mad I haven't been doing it for years, completely changes the dynamic of the haircut and makes you look way younger. I saw all the reviews for Bebe (again I assume his wife), but not enough reviews for him that are very much deserved. There is no doubt that he is my new permanent barber, I will be returning every few weeks, and I will probably never go back to the salon I've been going to for 8+ years.

I have been going here for the last few months since it's so close to my work. The first few times I was just ok with the service. The past few visits, I have been paired up with HA who doesn't know any English. She did my builder Gell and it was so thick but went with it. She covered all my cuticles and had to push my cuticles back when I got home. The pedicure also looked botched but I don't remember the name of the tech who did it. They have a tendency of teaming on you while you are still on the pedicure stand which makes it awkward for you since you have to stretch for the nail tech which is not ideal . They are always feel like they are in a hurry but I always spend 2 or more hrs which is questionable. The next time I got paired with her again and I had to find someone who understood English to tell her not to paint my Cuticles and also to make sure not to overbuild. Why should i be the dummy for training if she doesn't know how to do what is required. You cannot apologize for her since I'm a paying customer? I deserve someone who knows what they are doing. There seemed to be something among workers that I can't pinpoint what it is. The owner finally took over and felt like she was just being rough and rude and frustrated with my frustrations. I paid and left a 20$ tip regardless being there for over 3 hrs. I was the first to enter and everyone else left and I was still not done! I rarely write reviews but I had to do this. So I just came home from top coat nail salon and definitely I was happy as a bee, first impression that the employee was very polite and entertaining, Heidi did my nails and it was all worth it, she was so polite that I didn't know that she was the new owner of the salon yes it's a new management run by her and I'm pretty sure shell do good manakin the new place, she did a turquoise ombré with floral roses designs on my feet and nails.. She was so nice that she suppose to put just one design on my nails but then she put the roses on all of my nails which took her almost 2 hours just doing my pedicure and manicure, even it was late already she still took me, my nails was such a mess that she made them look fabulous and fashionable ... So girls definitely come see Heidi and I'm sure you will be just happy as me, I'm going to recommend her to all my friends and family too. 1st visit I called in to make an appointment and they took me in 50 mins late. I got a fill and within 10 days I got 3 broken nails which never happen to me in the pass.
