This was by far the worst nail shop experience I've ever had. I came for a no polish pedicure and I was charged the price of a regular classic pedicure, even though the full service wasn't done and I had no polish applied to my toes. I decided to honor their policy and pay, and I told her that they should tell first time customers this policy so they are not surprised when we come to the register. What happened next really surprised me. I gave her my card to pay, and her POS machine was malfunctioning with the chip and she started yelling at me because her POS was not working (the chip and the slide function). It was an older machine but it's no problem, things happen. However, I didn't appreciate how rude she was to me. When I gave her another card to use she stated that she'll have to charge me an extra charge for using a credit card. She also asked me if I had Apple Pay, which I do and that they accept that. She asked for my phone, but the POS machine didn't have a tap feature for Apple Pay via iPhone to use. It was only a card insert machine. And when I asked her to bring her POS machine for me to tap my phone like she requested,, she kept yelling at me that my card in my phone wasn't working. I then decided to just use my debit card and she told me that they don't take Bank of America, which I was so confused that she didn't understand that this was a debit card. At this point I knew that something was really off. I ended up using my debit card after she was arguing with me and being aggressive in her tone and manner with me when it was calm the whole time during the pedicure. She seemed like a very sweet lady and we had a pleasant conversation about the cream she thought would be helpful for my nails but I did not expect for it to end that way. I couldn't believe how she decided to take advantage of me and charge me $60 for a no polish pedicure and a product I bought separately for $15. When I corrected her and said that the math is actually $50 ($35 for classic pedicure that she said I had to pay even though I didn't get any nail polish and $15 for the product), we changed the price to $50 from $60. I let her know that I will pay this time, because I know how hard it can be for small businesses, but I am never coming here ever again. The way she handled that situation was unfortunate and now I have to write this review to warn people away from this place. It sucks when people try and get over on you. Especially as a first time customer. Is the economy that bad for people to treat folks this way? All I wanted was a simple treat after a long day at work. All and all, don't come here. Ever. Best prices service is amazing i drive all the way from edmonds just to get my nails done by the owner she is a very decent person

Went back a year later after getting a covid vaccine. My favorite lady wasn't working the day I went and I got a man who worked on my pedicure. I've never seen him in the shop before and it was clear he didn't perform any of the polishing as he was switched out right after he gave me a pedicure. Doesn't mean to say he didn't do a good job but have never seen my toenails filed. He also scrubbed my legs with salt a little too hard that when I showered at night the water burned my legs. I probably won't go back anymore since my lady isn't working anymore. Also their prices went up to $25, so worth me paying the extra $5 to a nail salon where I'll get a more experienced technician. read more

Just came here for the first time today, and I was pleased with their service. The salon itself is pretty no-frills, but they did a good job and were quick (35-40 min) and very competitively priced. I'll definitely be back! FYI I got a full set of acrylics and brought my own polish. read more

We went in to get an acrylic fill, they weren't busy so we got right in. The woman who did my fill was friendly and did a great job. I like my nails short and she listened to me. The last salon kept telling me they were short enough and didn't do them short enough for me to comfortably type. My daughter also got a pedicure and she said it was AMAZING!!! We will go back again even though it's not on our way to anywhere we normally go. read more

HORRIBLE!! Do not waste your money at this place!! From the beginning to the end my experience was bad. My cousins and I decided to give this place a chance because we heard good things. When we walked in the lady was trying to pressure us to get shellac nails and we kept telling them no we don't want that. They asked us about 5 more times and after the last time saying no, they started speaking in Vietnamese. One lady said, "they are cheap and hurry up and get it done so we can get them out of here." I know this because I speak Vietnamese but they didn't know that do. Then they kept trying to charge us for everything little thing. I came in for a fill with shellac and they wanted to charge $40. That is a cost of a whole new set!! I just agreed to do it because we were already there. As we were getting it done, they continued to talk ALOT of smack about us! One lady even said I think they understand and the other said I don't care! I was furious but was already half way done with my nails. So mad that I told my cousin not to do her full set and leave as soon as we we're done. Not to mention, this place was so dirty. They had dirty rags everywhere, stations looked like it hadn't been clean for months. The whole time the lady that did my nails did not attempt to talk to me and kept pushing my hands around when she was done filing. AND these are the worse nails I've EVER seen. I came across this place when looking for some affordable nail shops with some of my girlfriends and this was our first time here. They were able to fit us in even though we were just walk-ins. We were tired of spending so much money in the U-District area just to get our nail done. To our surprise, we had a pleasant time at the salon and very sweet interactions with the workers, especially Rose. They provided us with the utmost care during our time there. Sometimes I get nervous about getting my nails done because I want to enjoy my time but I also have other plans to attend to, they were able to do everything we asked for in a timely manner and I didn't feel rushed from them either. Although we only got basic manicures this time, we will definitely come back to try the pedicure and add some nail art. Glad we gave this place a shot and definitely worth it! If you are looking for a great pedicure and manicure where they actually pay attention to detail, and give a nice massage. This is your place!! Unlike other salons I didn't feel like I was being rushed even tho she runs the place alone and was busy. She took her time to thoroughly remove my cuticles (something most places seem to not focus on much) the massage was lovely since the last few pedicures I got they didn't massage besides applying the product. Here you get an actual nice, relaxing massage with both the pedi and mani! I was blown away with the experience and then she told me the total and I was even more blown away. Only 30 for both a mani and pedi with paint on both. Most places charge more than that for just a pedicure that lasts half as long and isn't half as good. 10/10 would recommend. If I could give this place -20, I would!! Horrible customer service, expensive, and dirty! Dirty rags all over the place, stations looked like it hadn't been clean for awhile. From the moment I walked in, they were unfriendly and pushy! When I told them I wanted a regular polish, they kept pushing me to do gel nails. After the fourth time saying no, they started giving me dirty looks! I asked them to cut down my nails, they told me that would be an extra charge. Never heard that before!! The lady who actually did my nails did not say one word to me and was EXTREMELY rough with my hands and also cut me three times!! Not to mention, the worse nails I've ever seen! All of my friends and family confirmed how horrible my nails look. For $40 I atleast expect them to look decent! I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this place to anybody. Explains why they were not busy on a Saturday. I normally go to a different salon but they were extremely busy. I would think they would appreciate the little customers they did have. read more
