I got a soft gel mani + pedi and nail art. They have many many colors and are always willing to do design work. Another customer was getting intricate designs with charms and hand sculpted floral designs. The location is great if you also want a snack or fresh drink. Transit accessibility is great. Well I returned at a later date (today) and asked for a gel manicure and pedicure. The lady said yes and I thought we were off to a good start. You should know their polish is SO LIMITED, mostly old lady colors let's be real (blues, reds and some pinks). They were patient with me as I sampled colors because I went in with wanting a pale/pastel green color - I came out with like a forest green color because that was the best they had. The lady who actually painted my nails did a fabulous job and if this was just a review on the painting it would get 5 starts, but the rest of the service was just bad. There was a lady doing my toes and she ripped off my old polish with cuticle clippers, didn't really let my feet soak so when she used those same clippers to cut my cuticles it was unpleasant. She also kept commenting about my appearance. When it came to the pedicure she sat on her phone while my toes were curing and I must of sat there for an extra 5-10 minutes waiting for her to stop scrolling. Respectfully do that on your own time. She only massaged one leg which was strange and they definitely were judging me the whole time. They also set a lot of their tools on the ground (the uv light, the water bowl) and I just thought that was weird behavior. Overall just go to fashion nails down the street - they are much friendlier and have a bigger selection of polish and it was a 5$ pay difference.

I just wanted to pay and get out of there to apply Neosporin. Now my fingers and toes hurt so bad and I wish I wasn't so patient. I believe it was the owner who had done my nails and she was very kind and sweet. I asked for pointy acrylics painted white and with silver diamonds embedded at the base of my nails. The process seemed fine at first until I noticed I had acquired multiple cuts on my fingers. I didn't want to make a big deal since it seems common for me. The shape of my nails were off and I had to ask her to reshape them even after the paint job... I think I just had my last straw when I realized the paint job was terrible. It was so messy, I could have easily done a better job painting my nails myself. When the diamonds were placed on they weren't even in the middle! I'm not gonna lie I was pretty pissed and didn't want to yell and act like a total diva but once I had gotten home and went through my day I realized I couldn't do anything without cringing or crying. It turns out she had filed the sides of my nails way too much exposing my skin! I can't even do simple tasks like opening a door. Here's one star for the customer service.
