This was not true, it had to be filed off, and I will now be growing my nails out for the next year. When I went back for a color change I told Alex that my nails were not the same length as one hand had significantly longer nails, and that I hadn't received cuticle clean-up or care. (I didn't realize either of these until a girlfriend mentioned the "terrible job" someone did on my nails!) Alex informed me that it's my responsibility to make sure my nails are the same length AND if I want cuticle care I need to ask for it as it costs extra. This is odd as I thought that's what a manicure centered around. If you value your time and money, go anywhere else.
