They can literally read your body and know how to treat you, they'll make suggestions on the techniques and then you decide from there. I've done the cupping and the scraping. The scrapping is to say the least painful but within a few days it was well worth the original discomfort. The cupping can be uncomfortable but again in a day or two you actually notice the difference with your body. There's many different therapists so there's likely to be someone for everyone. I've had a massage from nearly all, if not actually all, of them. Most of them offered soft and relaxing massages with low lighting, soft music, and some of them include aromatherapy. None of the therapists gave the type of deep tissue massage that I require to keep me out of pain from my type of work, until I was finally able to get a massage scheduled with Hunter. He was able to give a proper deep tissue focusing mostly on my areas that get the most strained and pinched. I appreciate the relaxing environment, the quaint location with private rooms, and the ease of scheduling appointments online. They also take insurance which is a great find and will bill insurance for you so all you have to worry about is your copay if your insurance covers massage for medical purposes. Anytime I've needed to reschedule it's been very easy and I also appreciate their appointment reminders. Overall it's a pretty solid place with lots of choices for massage therapists, you just have to keep trying new ones until you find the perfect fit.

It starts with a body scan, then you can customize the massage on the touchscreen, including which areas you want extra focus on--upper back & shoulders, lower back, hips & glutes, hamstrings, calves, etc. I loved being able to control everything myself. The room felt very private, clean, and modern. They provide special fitted apparel, and the setup instructions were super straightforward. Once the massage starts, you can adjust the pressure and focus areas, which makes the experience surprisingly personalized. It definitely feels different from a traditional hands-on massage, but that's also what makes it fun. No small talk, completely private, customizable, and very tech-forward.

To my surprise, it pinpointed trigger points in between my shoulder blades and this was probably one of the best glute & hamstring massages I've ever had!! No joke, I've been a Massage therapist for 20 years and no one ever tackles the glutes and works on them long enough. The fact that you can control the pressure just by touching the screen was incredible! My experience checking in at the hotel desk was easy and pleasant. I have to mention how great they were considering how busy things were at the time with hotel guests checking in and out. I was escorted to the room and given a quick tutorial. I appreciated that the room was cool and I felt comfortable temperature wise throughout the session. The garments felt comfortable, but maybe have a pair of socks with you so your feet don't get cold. I'm planning to make this my monthly deep tissue appointment that I so desperately need, because it targeted all the tight spots and I left there feeling happy and relaxed. I forgot her name, but all of a sudden she's no longer there. Then I found out my former therapist Sandi who used to own her own massage business also worked there. She had a strange schedule so it was difficult to get an appt with her, then she moved away. So I tried others they were fine. Some were, some not to my liking. I heard the owner was fantastic, but I was never able to get an appt with her. It's more clinical than a day spa feel, but the place is clean, and comfortable. I decided to purchase a package deal they offered. Everything was fine pre-pandemic. But 2020 came around and we had to wear mask while getting massaged. I normally would be fine with except, I can't wear mask due to my asthma. So the last time I came in for a session, I was able to remove my mask faced down, then face up I had to wear my mask. All of a sudden I started wheezing. I tried to enjoy my massage as much as I could. I ended up sick with asthma the rest of the week, I messaged the business to let them know, and the owner was gracious enough to not only refund my last treatment, but the rest of the sessions I prepaid. Sad, because this place is only a 10 minute drive from my home. I ended up finding a therapist who would massage me unmasked, but the drive was 30 mins. Darn Corona!

Solid massage spa! A…read morelittle expensive compared to foot reflexology but each experience comes with complimentary hot stone and is well worth the price upgrade! Yes, it's true, they do answer the phone during services. But this is a small establishment and they're a bit understaffed, so have some grace for these sweet and talented masseurs. I always feel so much better after leaving here. They have a business card special (stamps)! I haven't redeemed one yet so I'm not sure what the reward is but I'll update it when I find out!
