Beautiful facility and I loved the steam room it was so refreshing. They also had a variety of saunas

Had a great time! The staff was helpful and friendly, the space was clean, and it was relaxing!

As a health/wellness spa conniseour, Soak & Sage is by far my favorite spa! The customer service is great, everybody makes you feel welcome and relaxed. I've tried all of the services here and have been extremely impressed with all of them. All of the massage therapists I've had are all great, they are all masters of their crafts. The spa is incredibly well maintained. The cold plunge is ice cold!! The saunas are both great for any level of spa go-er. The steam room is the best steam room I've ever been to, there is no lack of steam!! The jacuzzi is so relaxing you basically melt into it. They also include aromatherapy to help make you more relaxed and ice "snow balls" if you need help cooling yourself down in the saunas. After going through the spa routine I feel both relaxed and energetic at the same time. Health and wellness is an important aspect in my life so coming into the spa on a weekly basis has been a great value to my overall health and wellbeing.

Super nice and relaxing place. There's a steam Room and 2 saunas as well as a hot tub and a cold plunge. Both saunas were relaxing and super hot (in a good way). The steam room smelled like essential oils and really helped soothe your body overall. I felt like there wasn't too many other people there but enough to make me feel comfortable having conversations and not ruining someone else's vibe. I also got a facial with Anne and she was amazing, walked me through every step and gave me recommendations for what I could use on my skin. When I left I was glowing and we were giggling the whole facial, definitely recommend her and this place as a nice relax day :)

I had the opportunity to experience @Soak & Sage in Renton , and it was exactly what I needed after a long day of work. From the moment you step into the space, you're greeted by the calming aroma of sage and an overall sense of peace. They start you off with an tincture of your choice which was such a thoughtful and grounding way to begin the experience. I went for the cold plunge first invigorating and refreshing and then eased my way into the hot pool and the steam room. Every part of the experience felt intentional and restorative. The staff was professional, welcoming, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. If you're looking for a place to decompress, reset, and truly take care of yourself, Soak and Sage is the perfect spot. I'll definitely be back!

Soak and Sage truly lives up to its name. The atmosphere is moody, calming, and thoughtfully designed, with a great variety of amenities and helpful guidance on how to get the most out of the experience. Between the two types of saunas, steam room, cold plunge, and hot tub, it's easy to tailor your visit to exactly what your body and mind need that day. I left feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the entire space was clean, peaceful, and well maintained. It's the kind of place that makes it easy to slow down and fully reset.

Had such an incredible relaxing experience ‍ did a full relaxation circuit including the thermal pool, temazcal sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and the wet/dry Finnish sauna. Loved the tinctures and the aromatherapy inhalers (especially the relaxing one)

We came for date night and it was such a relaxing experience. I'm training for an Ironman 70.3 right now, and we live a very active lifestyle and so this bathhouse experience was soooo needed for my recovery. Come for recovery, relaxation, or socializing. Thanks Soak & Sage!

I asked for extra firm pressure before and during the massage, but we never really quite got there. No problem, though, because I was super relaxed and almost fell asleep. We booked it on Friday and planned for a 12:00-2:50 p.m. couples massage on Saturday. We got up on Saturday and started driving, even allowing for a 30-minute buffer time. The GPS said we would arrive at 11:30 a.m. Unfortunately, our car, which we have never had problems with before, had just died on the highway. We were 30 minutes away, and it was an hour prior to 12 when the incident occurred, so I called them and let them know what was going on. I had hoped that they would be understanding and waive the cancellation fee, which is 50% of the total price. Thinking they would be understanding and flexible enough to even rebook me another day so we could still experience this and 100% pay them, because why would we not? That's not at all what happened. Management said that the masseuses still had to get paid somehow, and even after experiencing this emergency with our car, we still had to pay the 50% cancellation fee. We will absolutely not be returning, due to this company's lack of understanding and flexibility with its customers.

The facility feels very new and clean and the staff are super helpful. Even before booking my first appointment , the text chat was super responsive in answering my questions. Online scheduling is also a huge plus and very easy. The sauna is infrared, which is disclosed and does fine even if not my preference and it's a little difficult not to get water everywhere with the way the shower and tub are set up. Those would be my nitpicky complaints and overall, it's very well worth it especially since you can have a second person for only $20 and the time slot isn't shared/community. They also seem to have deals throughout the year, so that makes it even better. Overall, pleased with this place and can definitely see coming back again when I'm in the area!

Even the weekday classes before 4 PM were either pretty full or completely full. The studio itself is clean and well maintained. Just a heads-up : the showers are group-style (there's one for women, and I assume one for men), so no individual shower stalls. There are only a few toilets and the changing space is quite small, so it can get a little crowded before and after class. Overall, though, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking for quality yoga classes and great instructors. It popped up for me again while I was scrolling on Groupon, so I decided to get the two float package for both my partner and I and for my parents. I'm so glad I finally tried it out! I don't agree with some of the comments about the location, I found it to be very cozy and relaxing. For a first time experience, and as someone who really struggles with going to unfamiliar places, I found it to be perfect and not overwhelming. When I first arrived, the owner was not in the spa area but some paperwork to fill out was left on the desk. I actually really loved that because it gave me some time to settle into the environment and process everything before having to interact with anyone, which is huge for me. As a person with both Autism and ADHD (and I highly demanding job), I really struggle with overstimulation, nervous system dysregulation, adrenaline fatigue, and periods of severe burnout. My muscles are always very tense, about halfway through my body became very relaxed and I spent about 15 minutes just stretching and felt an incredible relief of tension like I've never experienced. I actually cried at one point because I didn't know it was possible for me to be able to relax like that. The sensory deprivation and having the opportunity to relax my body for the first time in a very long time is exactly what I needed before returning to work at the end of Winter break. Even as a first time float, I had such a great experience and came out feeling much more regulated and calm. I had really been struggling mentally and physically the last couple of months due to work, I feel like this really helped with regulating my nervous system. I'm going to try out the once a week for a month package in hopes that it will help with avoiding that level of burnout!
