Beautiful facility and I loved the steam room it was so refreshing. They also had a variety of saunas

Super nice and relaxing place. There's a steam Room and 2 saunas as well as a hot tub and a cold plunge. Both saunas were relaxing and super hot (in a good way). The steam room smelled like essential oils and really helped soothe your body overall. I felt like there wasn't too many other people there but enough to make me feel comfortable having conversations and not ruining someone else's vibe. I also got a facial with Anne and she was amazing, walked me through every step and gave me recommendations for what I could use on my skin. When I left I was glowing and we were giggling the whole facial, definitely recommend her and this place as a nice relax day :)

I had the opportunity to experience @Soak & Sage in Renton , and it was exactly what I needed after a long day of work. From the moment you step into the space, you're greeted by the calming aroma of sage and an overall sense of peace. They start you off with an tincture of your choice which was such a thoughtful and grounding way to begin the experience. I went for the cold plunge first invigorating and refreshing and then eased my way into the hot pool and the steam room. Every part of the experience felt intentional and restorative. The staff was professional, welcoming, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. If you're looking for a place to decompress, reset, and truly take care of yourself, Soak and Sage is the perfect spot. I'll definitely be back!

Soak and Sage truly lives up to its name. The atmosphere is moody, calming, and thoughtfully designed, with a great variety of amenities and helpful guidance on how to get the most out of the experience. Between the two types of saunas, steam room, cold plunge, and hot tub, it's easy to tailor your visit to exactly what your body and mind need that day. I left feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the entire space was clean, peaceful, and well maintained. It's the kind of place that makes it easy to slow down and fully reset.

Had such an incredible relaxing experience ‍ did a full relaxation circuit including the thermal pool, temazcal sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and the wet/dry Finnish sauna. Loved the tinctures and the aromatherapy inhalers (especially the relaxing one)

We came for date night and it was such a relaxing experience. I'm training for an Ironman 70.3 right now, and we live a very active lifestyle and so this bathhouse experience was soooo needed for my recovery. Come for recovery, relaxation, or socializing. Thanks Soak & Sage!

I came here on a Sunday at 7 PM with my friend, two parking spots conveniently opened up right as we arrived, and it wasn't busy at all. Two hours is plenty of time to enjoy the clay sauna, dry sauna, steam room, hot tub, and 43° cold plunge. The women's locker room feels a little condensed but is stocked with the essentials: lockers with programmable locks, a Dyson hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, body oil, and makeup towels. There's no need to bring sandals or a towel, they offer robes upon request, and the bathing suit spinner dries your suit in seconds. Parking is limited, but Gene Coulon Park or the Southport public lot is the recommended alternative. Kimberly was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our visit worked out. The people here are friendly and grounded, making it a great space to meet others while recharging. They even have a deck of cards in the sauna with prompts to ask eachother questions! They also offer holistic services like massages, facials, scrubs & wraps, breathwork, sound healing, bodywork, and wellness options like fillers, Botox, and NAD. I do feel the website could be clearer (for those who don't use social media) about special nights or blocked-off times. Otherwise, this spa is a wonderful place to invite friends, escape and recharge. TIP: Walk-ins are welcome, including non-members, but booking online prior makes checking in at the front desk seamless. The bathhouse is limited to 16 people at a time, so it's never overcrowded.

The staff were really friendly especially the ones in the front desk. I was having sort of a bad day but their smiles and kindness made me feel welcomed. They provide you with drinks which are amazing. I enjoyed the steam room and temazcal the most. They were so relaxing and overall I had a lot of fun.

After looking over all the photos, I selected the "Tent Suite." I liked the day bed, in addition to the big tub. The massage itself was relaxing - don't expect a deep tissue or anything. I asked for extra firm pressure before and during the massage, but we never really quite got there. No problem, though, because I was super relaxed and almost fell asleep. I packed charcuterie supplies and sparkling wine. I maybe overpacked on the utensils, because they really did have everything else there. This is a super romantic spot and feels very fancy for a special event.

We booked it on Friday and planned for a 12:00-2:50 p.m. couples massage on Saturday. We got up on Saturday and started driving, even allowing for a 30-minute buffer time. The GPS said we would arrive at 11:30 a.m. Unfortunately, our car, which we have never had problems with before, had just died on the highway. We were 30 minutes away, and it was an hour prior to 12 when the incident occurred, so I called them and let them know what was going on. I had hoped that they would be understanding and waive the cancellation fee, which is 50% of the total price. Thinking they would be understanding and flexible enough to even rebook me another day so we could still experience this and 100% pay them, because why would we not? That's not at all what happened. Management said that the masseuses still had to get paid somehow, and even after experiencing this emergency with our car, we still had to pay the 50% cancellation fee. We will absolutely not be returning, due to this company's lack of understanding and flexibility with its customers.

I didn't even complete the booking because there were so many confusing steps in the app, but the availability shown was clearly misleading. Next I was served their special Harmony tea and seated at a little table with some assorted chocolates to help myself to. Karen came out to take me back for my treatment, with a restroom stop on the way. Once inside the headspa treatment room, I was taken to our space and shown a cute box to place my items including a jewelry box for my watch. I was left to dress down a bit into a top covering towel wrap and then set up on the table for my treatment, tucked in with a knee rest and soft cozy blankets. The massage was amazing (I did the $90 treatment which does not have the facial). My neck, shoulders, arms, face, head and scalp were all deeply and expertly massaged and it was so relaxing! The hair washing and conditioner treatments were great with good rinse, though the water was colder at times (perhaps because the products warranted different temps for them to do what they do) and I did get a little shampoo on my cheek. I would have loved a lavender scented eye covering for protection from water splashing. After the wash portion, I was wrapped up in a towel, I got dressed and then my hair was blow dried in the salon with some finishing spray. I would say some minor fine tunes for this place would be: to improve the toilet situation- when I sat down it creaked and groaned and I'm a pretty light bird! Perhaps the landlord or shop owner can address this in time, as it was a little disconcerting to feel like the toilet was not secure. The curtains between tables in the headspa area are a bit see through so perhaps doubling up the fabric in the areas where bodies are changing (2-4 feet from the floor). The top of the room also opens to the main salon so I could hear people talking during my treatment and I prefer quiet; perhaps a way to block the noise towards the ceiling where the wall is incomplete would be an option to consider. All in all though, I plan to go back here for more treatments including the headspa offerings!

This has always been a very clean, hygienic location, and I felt safe coming into today for a prenatal massage. Lisa and I both wore masks the entire time. (Note: I've never worn a mask before for a massage and honestly was a little bit curious about how it'd feel to be face down on the massage table, but as soon as she started, I forgot all my worries!) Her prenatal set-up is great. She has a body cushion that leaves room for your belly and breasts, so nothing is uncomfortably squished. Lisa is a magician with her hands. The entire massage I was waxing poetic in my head to her because it felt soooo relaxing. Her hands are full of compassion. She really knows how to work out knots, especially in your neck/shoulders.
