As I stepped out onto the deck I was shocked at how I immediately fell into comfort zone. Unless you get a bugger honking like a mad man or something (unlikely but possible I imagine) you'll never know it's the middle of the city on the other side of the fence. They have a hot tub, sauna, cold showers, quiet space, and body work options. I opted for a massage to loosen up some stress from the week. SO good I fell asleep which I don't think ever happened to me during a massage before. Entry is super affordable and the sign in/up process is easy. Some things to note that may bee important to you: it is all gender, lgbtq friendly, 18+, clothing optional, alcohol free, outside food and drink welcome but no glass, 25 person limit, and a 3 hour maximum. After checking in, they give you slippers, robe, towels, and a locker to put everything in. It's not too big of a facility. They have 3 mini pools to soak in and 3 saunas and of course showers, bathrooms, and a relaxing area with water and tea. Makes a great place to bring a book! I enjoyed that it was a quiet sauna and spa, meaning no or very hushed little talking. Very different than what I'm used to but I can see how it can make relaxing at the sauna a more positive experience. I booked a 2.5 hour private voyage for today 7/31, back in June. This was meant to be a surprise for my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We both have had a hard year and I was banking on a reset for us. I paid in full ahead of time and took the day off of work and made dinner reservations in the area afterward since we don't live near Seattle. Two days ago I received an email saying the excursion was canceled due to "a captain calling out" for the day. When I called to clarify, I was given the same reason but a lot of emphasis on "it's seafair weekend it's busiest boat season all year". While true, not sure what that has to do with ensuring paying customers aren't left empty handed. I'm sure I'll never be told the truth as to why this company would abandon a scheduled trip for someone who paid $1,200 (yes, $1,200) just two days before. As a small business, I'm truly surprised owners or nobody else stepped up to ensure the paying customers got their money's worth. Then I was counter offered a Saturday of seafair weekend ride (8/1)for 1.5 hours. Again, if the reason for cancellation was for it being a busy boating weekend, then Saturday of seafair weekend should have been fully booked up. None of this makes sense or adds up. In the end I was refunded after I drove up and waited for staff to arrive since my calls went unanswered the day before. But now I have nothing planned for our anniversary and it's turned into a bust. Wild haus please do better. This experience was unacceptable and left a terrible taste in my mouth.
