We booked an infrared sauna session (sweat with a friend) for the evening. This location is tucked away in a small strip mall and once you arrive, you are greeted, sign a form, and remove your shoes before entering the main area. The sauna space was nicely organized. There are sauna booths that are separated and have a little bit of space diretly in front of the sauna entrance covered by a curtain that allows you to undress and store your belongings. In our space, we had a timer, a call button for the front desk, a mini fridge with cold hand towels, a sign with all the different color options for the chromotherapy, and a small bench/basket for your belongings. As someone who does not regularly go to saunas, I had to take several breaks throughout the 45-minute session, but it definitely did its job and had me sweating! We enjoyed being able to adjust the colors for the chromotherapy as well. After our session, we were able to rinse off in the shower, and there is a sand room in the back where they set up some non-caffeinated tea for you to decompress. I enjoyed this part because the sand was so smooth and soft, and they do their best to create a calm ambience in the room even if you are just looking at a mural of the ocean. Some downsides for me personally: I felt the space was a bit small and cramped. Each sauna and other offered services are in small box-like rooms that aren't full rooms (the walls do not reach the ceiling). There was only one shower room, and the sand room was a bit tight (only 4 seats). I'd be curious to see if the other locations have a similar or different layout. Additionally, because the walls of the rooms do not reach the ceiling, nothing is soundproof. You can still hear some noise from other folks while in your sauna and are encouraged to keep noise to a minimum to maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Lastly, I believe there is supposed to be a way to connect a bluetooth device in your sauna as advertised on the website, but we couldn't really figure out and weren't sure if it was a good idea to bring any devices in as it was super hot. That said, it wasn't something we absolutely needed so we just decided to hop in and enjoy the sweat. We enjoyed our infrared sauna and would recommend it if it is something you are looking to do regularly. It looked like they had several different membership options that give you access to different services each month.

We started out with what I would call wellness tinctures which we drank before deciding what type of journey we would embark upon. The smell of sandalwood wafted from freshly lit incense and the whole vibe of the place was relaxing. They really did a great job of creating space that felt like a nice retreat from the outside world. Posted on the wall near the incense were different suggested orders for enjoying the tubs and saunas to achieve different goals. I did the classic rotation, starting with compression. Laid on a big couch and got to choose a body part to focus on (I forget the options- I did hips). I spent 15 min with the compression machine on, playing on my phone and chilling. It is a lot of pressure and can feel like kind of a squeeze, but they offer a remote to change your pressure settings or pause if needed. I went from a 3 to a 5, then back down to 4. The experience was nice because I got to lay around on my phone, but my hops actually felt SO much better like an hour after. I was surprised! Next I hit the sauna, and got 2 options for heat (about 10 degrees apart). Went into the slightly cooler one, but still hot. They send you in with a 25 min timer and a towel, and you can go in and out for water as much as you want. They kind of let you do your own thing, but do check here and there to make sure you are okay or see if you want to move to the next thing. I was nervous about cryotherapy! I don't like cold plunging and have seen some things on tv, so it seemed a little scary. The employee was super encouraging and hyped me up! I ended up staying in the full 3 minutes. It was actually kind of fun- they let you listen to music (I listened to my book) as a distraction and there is a little light bar that shows how long you have been in. And you can exit any time! The red light was last and probably my fave. I loved getting to just meditate and relax for 15 min- it was good practice for my squirrel brain. Each individual cycle is nice, but the whole combo feels AMAZING! I left with so much energy and felt so decompressed and peaceful. I can't wait to come back. Some tips- each thing requires varying levels of clothes, and there are cubbies and changing rooms. I was fully clothed in thin workout clothes for compression (don't want to wear anything thick like jeans or a jacket), changed into a swimsuit for the sauna (you share the space so being nude is prob not allowed), they require socks, shoes, pants, and a shirt for cryo (and provided gloves!). Red light I went in nude so it would hit my whole body, since that is the one part where you are in a private space with a locked door!~ Bring water :) I might bring a book next time since it is more sauna friendly than a phone.

She called this "a little bit of Eastern medicine," something I never signed up for nor consented too. She did accupressure on the bottom of my left foot, which I also did not sign up for nor consent too and when I got to the car I was limping on that foot from pain to get in. I explicitly told her she was hurting me four separate times, even hissing in pain the last time. ​Instead of stopping or reducing pressure, she ignored my boundaries entirely, telling me, "I thought you needed it" and "You're so sensitive." She directly ignored client needs for her own preference and blamed me for the harm she was causing. ​Continuing painful pressure after a client repeatedly asks you to stop is a severe violation of physical consent. As an ambulatory wheelchair user and neurodivergent individual in a vulnerable position, I went into shock, freeze, and fawning just to survive the session. I cried on the table in agony, tense and being hurt repeatedly, hoping it would end soon. ​I was unable to report it safely to front-desk staff before leaving because I was in shock and survival mode. After looking at reviews it probably wouldn't have mattered as front desk staff seems to be a huge red flag as well. I was just trying to be easy and non-problematic as possible so we could leave. Being in a wheelchair while in shock, I couldn't remove myself independently. This is an extremely terrifying situation to be in. My family had to wheel me out, unaware of what happened until I broke down in tears and had a panic attack on the way home. I am in severe physical pain and having panic attacks (going on day two) as a result. This was in no way healing; it was traumatic. ​If you have chronic pain, a disability, or simply expect a therapist who respects client consent and basic physical boundaries, please be extremely cautious.

She is an expert in Chinese massage and understands and is trained on the benefits of Chinese medicine. As a result she understands the connection of massage and other areas of your body. This is different than other local massage places. This is a high quality massage that addresses your whole body. Suffice it to say, that I left feeling so much better than when I entered.
