I love how someone complained about a $25 service. I have been here 2x and it's great. I've forked over $1k, most of it for a 750ml NAD+ 2 hour treatment that kept me well over the last 5 months, 3 countries, 4 hotels and 1 convention. I will try the pricey new N product in March since I'm currently counting my blessings of not even a cough this whole year. Staff is great and friendly. The people here were nice enough, but the full body cryotherapy session I purchased was a complete joke. Literally left me speechless it was so bad... A little background...I've done cryotherapy off and on for a little over a year and this is the 4th place that I've done a cryotherapy session...i was interested in particular because they advertised a temperature of negative 220 degrees in a fully enclosed space...the place I've historically gone to is only negative 160 and while I always got some benefits from it, my body runs pretty hot and I'm a big guy and I got cold adapted pretty quickly. So against my better judgement I forked over $25 for a 3 minute session at -220 degrees which is the max time and the max (coldest) temp their unit runs at. So I was shocked when I got into their cryo chamber (incredibly small mind you , basically an upright coffin) and literally felt little to nothing the entire time. I didn't shiver once. Or feel remotely cold. I cannot emphasize this enough. The walk in refrigerator section at Costco where you get eggs and milk honestly felt colder. When the 3 min was up I was so dumbfounded I could barely talk but I asked the worker several times if there was something wrong with the machine , or if it hadn't been pre conditioned or if there was a fan not working ...I couldn't have been more obvious about my disbelief and displeasure. COMPLETE waste of money. No core temperature drop in my body. No endorphin release. No metabolism boost like I've gotten everywhere else. Care quality was epicly bad. Shocked. Chagrined. Never Again. It's rare that I write a negative review - I do not need the karmic burden of the energy. Nonetheless, leave it to this place to give me NO CHOICE. I called a couple weeks prior to my appointment and spoke with a gentleman in detail about their pricing and asked many questions to ensure this place was an appropriate fit for what I was looking for. A big part of our conversation was around pricing and membership and he ensured me that I would be able to put the cost of my membership IV's towards the IV's needed. It was stupid of me to not get this in writing beforehand as later it turned out they had absolutely no intention of honoring this. When I arrived, they appeared to be somewhat overstaffed from what I could tell. They attempted to get me to redo the questionnaires I had already completed prior to the appointment. I figured out how to pull up confirmation of the completed questionnaires over my cell phone to help ease the process for them. It shouldn't be rocket science, I was the only appointment at that time. Then I waited for about 15 minutes and that was no big deal because I can keep myself preoccupied fairly well. After being bounced around from one person to the next and being quite confused about whose role is what the nurse attempted to give me my IV... and I had to insist that I need to confirm the pricing and membership details first. So she had the sales rep come back. This was a different person than the one I spoke with on the phone and she said that what I'd been told over the phone was not true and that they could not credit the cost of the membership IV from the cost of the high-dose vitamin C IV I needed. Not being able to credit the cost would have significantly altered the cost I was initially quoted and deemed any membership with them useless for me. I expressed that what she was saying was not okay and that I was told something else. At that point 3 other staff members came and asked what was going on as they waited for me. When I shared that I had been told something different over the phone in terms of member pricing and what I would pay for the IV I wanted, none of them made any attempt to alleviate the issue, investigate the matter, or problem solve with me. It almost felt like maybe they say whatever in order to get you in through the door because it definitely didn't seem like a surprise or issue for any of them. I was very disappointed as I lost time, energy, and gas money over some false expectations from this establishment. Everything about this place was fake from their price assurances to the globs of make up on their faces. I would definitely not trust these people with my health. There was no sense of compassionate care.. just ruthless profit maximizing mindsets. Look at the hundreds of reviews on google and 13 on yelp. It's fairly obvious this is one business paying for 5-star reviews. Yeah - why the hell would they try to uphold any kind of ethical business practices or the most BASIC customer service if they can shut out the voice of the consumer??? Unfortunately for them, people are not stupid and can make-out an authentic, substantive, and specific review from the generic BS their paid-off minions say. This place is awesome! I'm a chicken when it comes to this sort of thing. But, every single person that I encountered was beyond nice and patient. I so appreciated the time they took to explain each procedure. Kudos to Cynthia. She was so sweet and patient. I tried the red light therapy and cryo. I didn't know if it had helped yet until I started jogging back to my car. I was limping prior to treatment!! I signed up for the membership and can't wait to feel the long term effects. I have been a member of restore for about 7/8 months. When I signed up I was told I would get 6 services per month not including IV's. This was a "special" they offered that was obviously off the books. My main purpose of going here was for IV's so I opened a 2nd membership just for that with 2 IV's a month. The first month I never used all 6 services and come month two I was told I only had 4 services per month even though I should of had 8, since services are supposed to roll over. Long story short I was never given a receipt or an email showing what I used and what was remaining on my account. When I asked for a receipt, they acted offended that I would not trust them. I was charged hundreds of dollars at each visit because the membership only covers certain IV's. SMH The concept of restore is great! I love the ideal and all they offer, but the management and "off the books" book keeping and pricing is far from professional. None the less, I've cancelled all memberships. Oh, and yes... you can't just cancel. They charge you for another month just to piss you off completely. AND, they only give you 30 days to use the services you paid for after you cancel and if you don't... they keep your money. Advice: don't go to Kirkland. Go to a corporate owned location where you don't get screwed over and the books are legit. read more

Was going to check this place out since the concept sounds pretty cool. Their website (via by phone) doesn't work. You can't check what they offer, as in what different IV options, cost etc. They should fix this problem. They ask for your zip code and then nothing happens. Anyways, I came to Yelp to figure out what others had to say and have mostly read bad reviews about this location so it makes me hesitant to give it a try. As many emails and texts as they send, you'd think they could communicate effectively with another studio when it closes like the one if the u village did. The one in the u village held at event and a raffle (attended by about 3 ppl, including me) the week before they closed and I won a facial in the raffle. They gave me instructions and had me interrupt my whole skincare routine for it. When they closed they said everything would be transferred to this one and now this one basically says I never got the raffle; I have been going here for years and had a bad feeling about their "raffles" but I ignored my instinct and didn't get film it when their staff said I would get a free service, so you should at least get it in writing from now on. I have never complained when their services seemed to be be exceptionally painful or incompetently administered or when their texts weren't clear about which locations were offering what discounts (I was once told you can use services purchased in the u district and Kirkland and then told otherwise by Kirkland staff). Their staff clearly doesn't care that a studio that was in a convenient location for some members just closed and that their schedule was disrupted by it along with other things that caused problems and their not showing that their customers are being given what they were told except when it benefits them to sell more, like I'm sure if they found out I got a discount at another location that I shouldn't have them there would be no lack of communication about it so I couldn't get it again. read more

Restore has been great for me - I have a complex condition that needs extra support and their medical services (IV and mild Hyperbaric) have got my feeling better. While I haven't been able to use my insurance benefits like at the doctor's office, Restore's easy to access and has good deals for members. The owners are clinicians themselves - all the the providers and support staff have gone out of their way to help me and chat in the process and now I feel super comfortable going there. All the services related to exercise are really good too - totally worth trying out the full body cryo and red light (fire and ice). My partner loves the infrared sauna, we often go together and will do separate services and meet up after as part of our couple's membership. Overall super nice group of people that want to help. A lot of people have a hard time with my veins & she got my IV in with one painless try. I decided to sign up for a membership- it's just a no brainer for me. So thrilled about this amazing find . The cryotherapy treatments are totally invigorating, and the other services like the IV nutrient Therapy make such a huge difference in how you feel and function. I was told my monthly membership would be for 3 months by the person signing me up. After 3 months I stopped going which was 2 months ago. They have good services but they are extremely expensive and it is very difficult to get an appointment unless you are available during the middle of the day Monday through Friday but, like most people, I work at those times. Today I realized I am still being charged for the monthly membership. Yes, I should have checked the contract, but the person explaining it to me shouldn't have told me it was only for 3 months. Also, they have a requirement that you can only cancel your membership in person with a letter at the store You signed up at. WTF? Most likely so someone can hard sell you on continuing your membership. In a time where there is Wi-Fi, email and texting, one should be able to go online and cancel their membership if they no longer want it. Oh, and it says it takes 30 days to cancel. I better not be charged again because that will really piss me off! I do not recommend this business. read more

I joined at a different location to try IV therapy on a lark and WOW the boost to my overall health is remarkable. My joints ache less, my hair and skin look better, and my energy is better. Normally I wouldn't write a review on a newish business. However when I left I was almost in tears. I saw a Facebook ad for an IV DRIP for only $79. I thought that was a fab deal so immediately booked my first session. I'm called to enquire and ask questions about prices. They told me that I will need 1.15 hours for my first session in order to get my health background. When I entered I was immediately shown to my chair and given a free compression which is complimentary for first timers. When the male nurse came he asked me health questions which I had a very slight heart beat abnormality due to open heart surgery as a baby (hole in my heart). He contacted someone and then told me they couldn't give me an iv drip until I get a note from my doctor. I understood that but had been there for an hour and felt like I wasted my time. I told him this very politely that I wished the front desk had asked me my health history before arriving and felt like my time was wasted. He politely nodded and said he understood in two words and then left. The thing that really upset me is that I was supposed to be seen by a medical professional upon arrival. Then they took forever to get my medical history. After he told me I needed a doctors note he did not speak to me further as if I was not worth his time. I got up and had to go to the counter to ask if that was it. No one bothered to give me information on prices, membership or what the company offered. The guy at the front desk was polite but didn't bother to talk with me accept yo say goodbye. It just want a good experience at all and while no one was rude I felt very neglected and ostracized in a passive aggressive way. I'm not a sensitive person so to feel upset about the treatment is very rare for me. I hope they will improve their services and pay more attention to customers in the future. No mention of keeping the $79 quote was said at all either. It really was bad customer service. read more

We have been going to Restore Kirkland for almost the entire time it has been opened. About 45 people go now due to our recommendations . Well most of us are not happy with the 2 owners that are married. We notice that when we check out our rewards/or points that can be used on our monthly memberships are always IN CORRECT or so called not carried over. Example: The membership fee gets taken out of bank account on the 1st, that means for 1 month until the 31st there are new points or treatments that can be used, whether its Full Body Hydo therapy, Compressions, Red light Therapy, etc. New treatments allowances are for sure available each month whether any were used the previous month or not. Every single time we check out with one of the married owners they keep trying to charge us for the treatments allowed to us on all of our memberships. Mainly JJ the male owner will try to charge more, for our IV's then was printed on the price list. He always says oh you added this right, or you upgraded to this ???? We have all had charges taken off our bank account that were not approved only when him or his wife are working. If we ask for a receipt while standing at the desk they act like it's not possible. So we will wait in the lobby until we see the receipt in our email. Basically all of us are now trying out the Issaquah location to see if the book- keeping is more honest there. We hear its owned by corporate so it may have higher standards when it comes to honesty. If you go to Kirkland Restore just always check your credit card/Bank accounts after every visit. And keep track of your treatments used and available by asking before and after. They still do not have an app for the patient to view. The membership policy is confusing and we think that's why they can over charge patient accounts because most people do not pay attention to things when life is busy!!! read more
