Vida's teams have made me feel seen and heard, which is why nearly all of my care is through them. I've seen just about every service, physical therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic, massage and functional medicine. All of them are amazing. I do want to give a special shout out to Dr. Adair on the functional medicine team. Over the years I have gone through some stressful health issues and she always took my mental health into account in addition to addressing my main issue. It really showed me how much she cared and how she is looking at the big picture and not just the issue I came in for. This seems like a given, that all doctors should act this way, but it really is a hard thing to find. I am very grateful that I have found it in Vida.

What impressed me most is her thoughtful, patient-centered care. She's also willing to recommend other therapies, such as laser therapy or acupuncture, when she believes they may help your recovery. I've experienced significant improvement during both treatment periods. I also appreciate that treatments are provided in private rooms rather than in an open treatment area. The front desk staff has always been friendly and helpful, but there are a few areas where the clinic could improve. Appointment confirmations are sent only by text (not email), massage appointments can be difficult to schedule, scheduling isn't centralized across multiple locations, and there isn't an online billing portal where patients can view invoices. Those administrative issues keep me from giving the clinic five stars. However, Nichole Geary's excellent care is the reason I continue coming back, and I highly recommend her.

this place is a scam!!! do not trust them!!…read more "tracy" from "Auto Accident Recovery" called me and left a voicemail to schedule an "accident injury evaluation" after my car crash last week. i called back the number (425-458-1754) immediately and was connected to a Chelsea, who said that the person who had just called me must have been Miriam. she offered the same accident injury evaluation, and she mentioned it's free. i was very confused; this has never happened to me before, and i've had three car crashes in total. i asked her if this was an insurance thing (i have progressive), and she said no, it's a public service. this most recent car crash was with a public bus, so i wondered if it was a service offered by the state, which would be very nice but also was somewhat doubtful, considering we don't have public health insurance in america. i told her that i didn't have any injuries and my insurance had recently told me that no bus passenger had reported any injuries, so i didn't think this was necessary, and she pushed for me to get evaluated by a professional rather than self-diagnosing. she scheduled me for an evaluation for next week in their Bellevue location, and when i asked for their location, she said she'd text me the details. this also sounded a little weird to me, since i'm used to email confirmations. when i finally got the text, the clinic location was this one, Create Wellness Center in Bellevue with Dr. Kim. this was confusing to me, bc this name was not Auto Accident Recovery. when i tried to look up Auto Accident Recovery, the very first result was a reddit thread saying they had also gotten a cold call from this organization, and everyone underneath said it was a scam. the second search result was a place called Accident Care Chiropractic that listed a bunch of cities near me but not Bellevue. there was also no Kim on their team when i looked up Create Wellness Center, i found this yelp page with several reviews talking about a Chinese worker. Kim is a Korean last name. First, I thought people were just being ignorant, but after several reviews really seemed to corroborate that the worker is Chinese, and after finding some mentions of acupuncture, i wondered if it actually is a Chinese place i also found a website saying that Create Wellness Center recently started working with Accident Care Chiropractic. then there were appointment spots open to book for only Dr. Sean Kim in the locations listed on the Accident Care Chiropractic website, but this time also including Bellevue. i was pretty confused, but i supposed it could have been that Kim is a new member of the team and Bellevue is a new location, and the information online is not updated, and Kim is the only one with open availability. i also found a facebook page for Create Wellness Center (Bellevue) that has very few followers and post very frequently with absolutely no comments on any posts. the phone number was not the one that called me, and it was also a different phone number than the one listed at the end of every single post. i was confused, so i called the number that called me--and it had been totally disconnected. very fishy!!! unfortunately, apparently, i can't report a business on yelp, and i know that business owners can report reviews, so this one might be pulled down by these scammers! i also could only put in a general facebook page report, and i couldn't report the listing on google, so!! these people are probably going to get away with this scam, which totally sucks!!

In order to do cryotherapy there you have to throw away $55 just so you can do what you really want. Seems unethical.

Names that I used were already publicly available on the business website and in previous reviews and information I learned during an appointment was so generalized, there should be no issue there. I observe a lot going to a place as long as I did and there is a lot already posted on the internet similar to my experience. Whatever...I have revised and reposted my original review to reflect the owners wishes. I stand by the rating based on my experience, and will not be returning. This review is meant to make customers aware of some of the things that I have experienced so they can decide whether on not they want to do be a customer or not. I went to vitality for a few years. Unfortunately, Vitality has a lot of employee turnover and so I saw quite a few providers. Eventually, I started seeing Dr. Williams (the owner). Dr. Williams had a reputation as a top chiropractor but after a few appointments, I was a little disappointed in my experience with him. There are some negative reviews on Yelp from 8-10 years ago that accurately reflect the experience with him and I don't know why recent reviews are positive becuase nothing has changed. Given the owner's request of me to take down my negative review, and the positive review that was posted immediately after my original review, I strongly doubt the credibility of the postive reviews here. I am sure he has gone after other negative reviews the same way he has gone after me, which is probably why there are so few recent negative reviews. I could not describe my expereince with him any better than some of those old reviews, and I wish I had read those reviews prior to seeing him. He was often aloof, distracted and disheveled in his appearance. He complains a lot about his life. He gave a good adjustment, but it was always generic, rather than my targeting problem areas. I would have switched to the other chiropractor, but I did not have much faith that she would stick around given the trend. I am definitely not the only customer that has noticed the red flags and the decline in the experience. When I first started going to Vitality, you could barely find time on Dr. William's schedule (or any provider's schedule for that matter), which is why I initially saw the other chiropractor. Now, you can probably just walk in and be seen with no wait - that should give you pause before coming here. About a year ago, I first considered finding one of my former chiropractors as the appointments with Dr. Williams were becoming increasingly cringy, but Vitality requires you to see their chiropractor to use insurance for massage (which makes it even crazier to realize how many chiropractic appointment slots are available) and I was still getting great massages at Vitality even if it was not with my original provider. Otherwise I definitely would have left sooner. About a year ago, I was optimistic that things might improve, but long term, things only got worse. The mood of the office declined every time I came in, and employees looked more depressed and more burned out and it really made me wonder what was going on. I get people can have bad days at work, but this was clearly a trend and seemed to follow the declining trend of my chirpractor experiene.

Save yourself time and go to a clinic where the staff actually cares about you.  Completely unprofessional, careless and unreliable business.  A health-related small business should be focused toward improving one's well-being and not geared toward financial gains.

The process of the acupuncture needles to my surprise did not have any pain- I could barely feel the needles. Following the needles being in the back from about 20 minutes, Caitlin explained the benefits of cupping and what to expect during the treatment and after. The cupping treatment was uncomfortable at first but then moved to a relaxing state. Caitlin was not high pressure on trying to get return visits- but did explain the benefit in doing so. She was very personable, welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend seeing Caitlin if you have never experienced acupuncture before or if you are looking for a provider who will give you dedicated time and who shows they care about your health.

In order to use my benefits before they expired, I made weekly appts at 6:45am. I was rightfully charged $80 for missing an appt while I was still getting used to that appt time; Anyhow, I paid the fee, plus I gave the masseuse $20 for her missed tip. That's a reflection of who I am. Last week, I got a vague text with no explanation at 5:30 am telling me they were canceling my 6:45am appt. I asked when we could make it up, because my benefits ran out at the end of the year. She informed me that it would not be possible because they are just too busy. (Hint: they don't need your business). I told her that I was upset that she was okay with canceling last minute when I paid the missed fee + left a tip when I missed my appt. And she said she was sorry that I felt that way. That woman apologized for MY feelings! That's a reflection of who they are. Later that day, I got a call from the owner who said that if my missed appt was an emergency they would refund my money. I didn't bother returning her call. I know where to find the masseuse, Ivy, who is WAY better! And for a naturopath, Sage Med beats this place.
