Massage Therapist is great but I give this office 1 star because they don't follow through with the verbal promises. In 2015 I called the office to verify if they take my insurance. She assured me that they covered it minus the $32 co-pay. I said are u for sure? She said absolutely and even they didn't cover it --they would never charge me for it and write it off. HER EXACT WORDS. in 2016 I get a $268 bill for 2 massages saying the insurance won't cover it. I call them and the insurance. Insurance says it was because they didn't submit in a timely fashion. I call the office and they say they did and I tell them that my insurance said u need to contact them because that is what they are telling me. It is covered. I'm thinking they will take care of it. on 4/10/18 I got another bill from the office. I call them and tell them the insurance says they need to re-submit the claim because the coding is incorrect. Then last month I called back and Dr. Sabo says she sent it to collections. She acknowledges talking to me about it and she said she tried numerous times calling a guy with a name starting with a D (i can't write it out in reviews) at the insurance who has been helping but now won't return the calls so that is why she sent it to collections. WHAT???? Who does that? You know I paid my portion. And u know that YOUR office lady promised it was covered and you send my bill to collections? WOW. Did you once try to call me? NEVER. Ironically, I called D a couple weeks ago before collections called me. He picked up on the first time i tried. He was helpful and polite. So not sure why dr. sabo said she can't reach him anymore. I think it's all a lie. Anyway, D says they are still taking care of the bill but now my bill went to collections and the office admin says they can't do anything or talk about the bill because it has already been sent to collections. Collections doesn't give a crap and just wants payment and they say they will proceed with a judgment and collect from me. I don't even want to tell u how rude those people are. They will call your numbers talking crazy like you are convict. I am really annoyed with this whole situation. If you want to go to a office that only cares about $268 after I already paid them $66 for 2 massages then by all means go here but i'm telling all my friends to stay away. At 43 years old, I have never had a late payment on a credit card or been sent to collections. Thank you Dr. Sabo for trying to talk to me. I don't like to write bad reviews but since you won't talk about it I had to post it hear. I appreciate your effort in trying to work this out. NOT. I appreciate you not having your staff be held accountable on what they tell your customers. D will tell u that I was working with him for some time now to get this bill paid. It's one thing if my insurance doesn't cover it. But when they tell me that you did NOT submit in time or correctly...how do u send a patient's bill to collections? I think a simple call to me would have been suffice. Bad business practice. Just bad all the way around. UPDATE 6/26/18 - After reading the owner's reply, it solidifies my review as a place people should be aware of! 1. Who wants to visit a doctor's office where they defend themselves by going off subject, makes personal attacks, and publicizes what should be CONFIDENTIAL conversation between patient and practitioner. What are HIPPA Laws? hmmmm 2. And if you are going to disclose what type of conversation we had, let's be honest about it. You are the one bragging that Russell Wilson is your client. And you are the mama bear protector of him. And you are the one that said athletes are too cheap to protect their own bodies. Had you not disclosed this, how would I know? Obviously, you bring it up for a reason in your reply. You obviously think it's a big deal to have "celebrity" clients and that is why you replied with this stupid comment that is not true. Personally, I was surprised that any office would talk about any of their clients...famous or NOT! 3. I called your office multiple times when I first got the notice a YEAR after the visit. The insurance said it was denied like u mentioned...because it was not filed in a timely manner. I told you guys this. I am thinking you will take care of it. Even you said that you have a complaint to Ambetter so if you know my insurance should be taking care of this bill then why would u send it to collections without calling or sending me a letter stating this. 4. I asked to talk to the receptionist who was there when I came in because she ASSURED me 100% that I would be covered. The office tells me she isn't working there anymore. But perhaps you should clarify with her what she told me. On a stack of bibles, I can clearly remember her going as far as to say: "We will make sure it is covered after your co-pay and if it ISN'T we will write it off." CALL HER PLEASE!!! read more

I've had a lot of problems with my lower back for years and have gone to several different chiropractors only to find nothing really worked for me. After visiting Overlake Chiropractic for the first time Sarah was able to relieve much of my lower back! Dr. Sabo and her office staff are fantastic! She has treated my husband and I for several years and has helped both of us with long standing issues. Our daughter starting seeing Dr. Sabo when she was only a couple weeks old and helped correct her neck issues so that she could turn her head properly (and it corrected the flat spot!). Her office is comfortable and welcoming for all ages, there are even diapers in all sizes in the bathroom. :) read more

Dr. Sarah is truly one of a kind! I wouldn't trust anyone else to adjust me during my pregnancy. I had been bleeding with complete placenta previa and my doctor told me I wouldn't be able to deliver naturally. I was told I could bleed out and the likely hood of the placenta moving was slim to none. I contacted Dr. Sarah, told her my issue and she was excited for me to come in and try to get it to move through chiropractic care and the Webster technique. I felt so safe when she was adjusting me. Within one adjustment my body felt better. After two adjustments I went back in for an ultrasound and my placenta had started to move! My entire torso had been rotated so there was no room for the uterus to expand and grow naturally. I have had zero bleeding since the adjustment. My obgyn was amazed at my results. My doctor said I should be able to deliver naturally! I am so grateful for Dr. Sarah's knowledge and kindness during this difficult and scary time! She truly understands pregnancy, babies and mamas since she is a mom to five kids herself! If you need any pregnancy chiropractic care she is the only one I recommend as well as having your baby adjusted after birth. The lady at the front desk was nice and made sure I was comfortable while I was in the waiting room, which was clean and smelled heavily of the aroma therapy diffuser which I enjoyed. But the bathroom was very dirty and the chiropractic tables were uncomfortable, outdated and smelled like body odor.Even though I came early, I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen which I did not appreciate. read more

I started seeing Dr. Sabo about 3 years ago - but I think some of you will relate to this... it took some convincing. I was completely ignorant to the healing benefits of a chiropractor and had no idea how awesome it really was. I am a photographer and Sarah came to me as a client. She knew I worked with heavy equipment and spent long hours sitting at a computer post processing and promised me it would change my life. Well, it has. I go consistently now and am way more in tune with my body. Not only did it help with my neck and lower back issues, it has even helped my vertigo that I suffer from as a result of my Lyme. I wish I hadn't waited so long... and in fact I now bring along my husband and two kids. I brought in my sister, my brother-in-law, and my husband even refers HIS clients. We wouldn't do all of that if we didn't truly believe she was the real deal. And she is SO GOOD with kids! I also had the pleasure of being present at her home birth and watched her daughter get her first adjustment within hours of birth. Simply amazing. I am a believer and a strong advocate. Kids ear infections, go to the chiropractor! It really touches on so many aspects to your overall health... I'm sold for life. read more
