I can't say enough good things about this place. I've suffered from terrible daily headaches that stem from neck issues my entire life. I've gotten all the well-intentioned "oh, you should try X" and generic chiropractic services was always up there, but I had severe hesitations. About seven years ago, I was referred to Lauren McElheran, at Bellevue Chiropractic, by an orthopedic surgeon who had a number of cortisone steroid shots administered to my neck (C1-C4) to no avail. 2 Chiropractors here and both are phenomenal. Dr. McElheran (Dr. Mac) and Dr. Barnick I trust and use both. My husband found them originally 5 years ago and then I started using them. I have been in 10 car accidents ( so always have whip lash flare ups) and also needed a lot of help while I was pregnant to keep my body moving and not have to be on bed rest! I also suffer from chronic head aches and the work they do really helps with that as well. After regularly going here for 3 years, I now do not need to go as often and I no longer have head aches. Outstanding Chiropractic care! Following an accident after I moved into this area, I tried two other chiropractors with limited success. Dr. Barnick was able to fix my problems after five visits. I have been going to Dr Barnick for a few months now and all I can say is wow! My back, neck and shoulders issues that I've battled for so long being a wedding photographer have gotten to the point that I can't feel any pain anymore when I'm out on the field or in between. I visited the Doctor at Bellevue Chirpractic associates for a lower back pain problem that I had been suffering for the past one year. The doctor was very methodical in his treatment. He mentioned before the treatment that there are only a few conditions he could treat - and he would confirm whether he could treat my problem after doing the evaluation. I really liked him being open about the process. Once the evaluation and the imaging were done, the doctor did his homework on my case and confirmed the reason for my condition and started treating the problem. I could see real results just in a few visits. I still have a few more visits to go. One thing that really annoys me is their inability to keep appointments. I totally understand that one cannot be on time every time when the treatment cannot be timed - but for both the times I went to visit the doctor, I had to wait even though I had appointment. the first time I had to wait for 45 minutes and the second time 20 minutes. each of these were on work days and i hate wasting time on work days. i would even forgive this had the doctors spent more time on treating my condition. during each of these visits when he knew that he had to spend a few minutes (5-10 minutes) with me - he couldn't do that. and the office staff were totally unhelpful and rude when i asked them to accomodate this in the next visit. overall the doctors are knowledgeble. but if you decide to visit them - make sure they understand they have to value your time and spend enough time for your case. read more

Dr. Mac is the best. Several years ago I began suffering back pains. I wrote it off as just part of growing old. Finally, I so bad that I coulld hardly tie my shoes. At that point my GP sent me to a spine specialist, who promptly sent me to Dr. Mac. Dr Mac quickly diagnosed by problem as stemming from one leg being shorter than the other and a part of my pelvis being frozen. Dr. Mac is amazing, just wished I went to him before I had numerous back surgeries. He really cares and takes the time to really try and get to the real issues. He also found that my right leg is shorter, no other Doc ever even looked. My young daughters go to him also which really help them for there karate, and Highland Dance. Please see him before you have any back surgeries because he could find something surgeons missed and you might not need surgery after all. Key is he is very ethical and won't BS you.
