We've come here twice now and are very happy with the service they provide. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the nice receptionist that showed us to our room. The room was nice and clean and with the cold weather it was really nice to lay on the heated bed with fresh sheets. I was happy to see that the area where you lay your face was soft and comfortable. The massage was fantastic! My masseuse was able to target my sore muscles and it was never painful. The oil they use is fragrance free and they are sure to remove excess before they are finished. We will absolutely be going back as we felt relaxed and less sore from our weekly work outs! They have free parking right outside the building and the prices are listed on the website. read more

I have come here many times over the past few years and always had a good experience. All the providers have been good, and Alice in particular is a miracle worker. She's very attentive and skillful. I've had various injuries over the years and she always knows how to apply the right pressure in the right way to leave me feeling better. read more

The pain treatment massage is highly recommended if you have sport-related muscle pain and sore. The treatment process is a bit intense but trust me the relief is huge! I had a strain on my back and I could not move my shoulder. Alice spent an hour and my shoulders moved like before! read more

Quick booking and attention to working out kinks for the exact pull of muscles and nerves. I woke up from a two day neck kink that left me barely able move my neck and arms just to drive or even pick up my bag. The masseuse pinpointed the area and ensured to check my full range of motion and identify where the nerves were pulling from before working just the one spot. There was a bit of a language barrier but she was able to help me get my mobility back! read more

Alice was amazing! The intake form was very thorough. I got a deep tissue massage. We worked through my problem areas and I left feeling so much better. Alice is incredibly skilled and so kind. This is a great place to take your business! read more

Alice is an incredible therapist. She has extremely strong hands and feet and when she is on my back I am in heaven. She contorts me into positions that allow her to get areas that no one else ever has! I have a pinched nerve in my back as well as disc degenerative disease and arthritis. Her spa is immaculate the sheets smell fresh and brand new. She is friendly, warm and aggressive. She used to be the national team''s Massuse so she a top professional. She could charge more for the quality of her massages. Do yourself a favor and give her a try and your back will thank you. read more

My friend and I have been to the Healing Hands regularly over the past two years, and feel that this is one of the best massage clinics in the Puget Sound region. The rooms there are very clean and spacey coupled with elegant background music - together with the excellent skill sets from the masseurs - we always feel much invigorated and rejuvenated after each massage session. ~ Peter & Paul read more

This was my first massage session in this area, and I had an absolutely fantastic experience. I opted for the 60-minute Therapeutic massage, and it exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were spotless and pleasantly fresh, definitely no unpleasant odors. My masseuse was very attentive and polite, constantly checking in to ensure I was comfortable throughout the session. It was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep for part of it! The staff overall was warm and friendly, making me feel welcome from start to finish. The combination of great service and a soothing environment means I'll definitely be coming back again! read more

Sasha did an incredible job! I had the deep tissue massage and it was the best massage I ever had! I will be signing up for the membership!

I regularly visit Healing Hands and enjoy a relaxing deep tissue Chinese style massage. This weekend they had a new therapist, Emily who specializes in Russian style massage and thought I would give it a try. It was a vigorous, rapid style massage with continuous vibration up and down the spine and extremities. She used circular and long sweeping movements and what felt like a dry brush on my back which I enjoyed as I like a good back scratching. She wrapped both my feet in hot towels and rolled the back of my legs with something that went deep but was not painful. I left feeling more awake and invigorated than I normally do. If you're looking for something different in a massage, give Emily and Russian massage a try. read more

My husband and I booked the 90 minute massage with hot stones and it was fantastic! Both of our massages were exactly what we needed. It can be difficult for my husband to find a masseuse that is strong enough to make a dent in his knots, but this massage was perfect! The facility is very clean with relaxing music and a heated table. We will definitely be back! read more

Best deep tissue massage I have ever had! She was so strong and knew which areas needed more attention. I went with my husband for a couple's massage and he was equally impressed. He also said it was amazing. We will definitely be back! read more

Very good customer service, they do good massages and take care of their customers ,I go their regularly and feels better after I get massage every time read more

I randomly spotted this place while getting gas and decided to see if they allowed walk-ins. I was greeted immediately and the place was clean and cozy! I originally asked for 60 mins, but the massage was so comfortable and I suppose there were no clients scheduled, so Kate asked if I wanted to go 90 mins. The massage was great and thorough so of course I said yes. She spent a great deal of time on my back, but it felt amazing so I didn't mind. Very professional establishment, speaks great English, affordable prices! I took a business card and will become a regular since I live up the street. What a gem of a place! I feel great and will have a productive week! Thanks for the massage! read more

Healing Hands Wellness Center - Massage Therapy Near Me - Bellevue, Washington

This is my third visit, and I've had an excellent experience every time. Each session leaves me feeling so relaxed and refreshed. I just had a 90-minute massage with cupping, and I can already feel a big difference. I didn't get the therapist's name, but she did an amazing job working out all the tension! I'll definitely be coming back soon! read more

This entire experience was just very strange. The massage itself was fantastic. However, when I first showed up, they seemed very confused and didn't realize I had booked an appointment on their online system. I had to show them my confirmation email. Three times during my massage, she had to step out of the room to answer the phone or do other things. Not very relaxing. I can forgive any strangeness in the overall process, but when I went to pay, she asked if I would be using cash or credit card. I said card. She said cash is better. I said I didn't have enough cash. She asked how much tip I wanted to give her, and I said I would give her a tip in cash. My bill was $100, and I gave her a $20 cash tip. 20% seems very fair and reasonable. But she told me that wasn't enough tip and asked for more. I have never in my life been asked for a higher tip for any service I have ever received. I would totally understand if I had handed her five dollars or even $10, but a 20% tip should be sufficient. She became very irritable and was not polite when I even gave her the last four dollars in my wallet to make it a 24% tip. Yes, the massage itself was good. But not worth dealing with a terrible attitude. I will go someplace else next time. read more

Found this place on the web. Their website clearly defined what the prices were, and they were comparable to other places in the area. I was in the area and after a long flight, I was in quite a bit of pain. I came around noon, and yes, like others said, there really wasn't a hostess, but I was attended to and accepted immediately as a walk-in, so there was no issue I could see. The place was clean and and easy to find. They accepted card with no issues, and there was clearly marked prices including a fee charged if you didn't pay with cash. Alice helped me out and she was incredibly friendly, and her hands were very strong and she was very knowledgable. I told her where the pain was, and she started kneading the area, and within minutes, I could feel the difference. Her deep tissue techniques were incredibly deep and she was able to reach the pain points seemly with ease. After a 60 minutes, she left me so relaxed I really didn't want to get up. I recommend this place and would come again if I am ever in the area again. read more

Would never recommend！！！ Their staff wan't professional at all，and apparently i didn't tip enough for Mei and she asked for $40 tips，truly awful. read more

I was here last week with the upper and lower back pain, and I tell the massage lady my painful area, she is very knowledge about the points to releasing the pain. After one hour massage, I feel so much better. Area was very clean, easy to find parking, very nice staff they offer me to drink a lot water after massage. I will be back next time for massage, keep up the good work read more

If I could give it zero stars I would! They do not tell you that they charge to use your credit card on top of the expect you to tip over 20% and if you don't those ladies are rude about it and have an attitude and they're looking at you talking under breath! Do not see may or Mae whatever her name is !! She kept stopping in our session like 5xOr answering the phone answering the door talking to her coworker I mean I had originally booked for an hour but I felt like I didn't get an hour so I said OK I'll do the 90 minutes and it just was not worth it and for her to expect for me to tip her 20% and tell me that 20% is too low that is the worst customer service let alone it's called a tip for a reason you know you already got paid for the 90 minute that you guys charge and then you guys expect to be tipped for poor service how horrible do not go here ! I would've given more if service was excellent but I wish I didn't even give Any for the rude service at the end !!! Never again !!! read more

I just left Healing Hands. Alice was Amazing!!! She's very strong. My back feels so much better. She knew where every kink was at. I could not believe it. She took her time. She didn't rush. I love receiving Tuina massages here. They're a bit like Swedish massages, but more thorough. Katie does amazing work. I can just close my eyes and enjoy. I highly recommend, especially now during Covid. I've been to other massage places during this pandemic, and Healing Hands was the only place that insisted on taking my temperature before letting me into one of the massage rooms. That's important to me, even if a fever isn't the only symptom indicative of Covid. I now schedule here every other week. It is definitely worth it! read more
