She has these incredible "ninja moves" that somehow combine deep pressure with stretching at exactly the right moment. She has an uncanny ability to find the tight spots, release stubborn tension, and restore movement in muscles I didn't even realize were tight. Every massage is therapeutic, relaxing, and incredibly effective. You can tell she really understands how the body works and adjusts each session to what you need that day. You walk in carrying stress and walk out floating. If you're looking for a massage therapist who is intuitive, highly skilled, and consistently excellent, Abigale at Jade Oasis Wellness Center is the one to see. The location is a little odd, though, it's not in like a storefront, it's actually in an apartment, which was surprising but ultimately didn't really detract from the massage itself too much, I just had some trouble finding it. Use google maps not apple maps. The massage therapist, in my case had forgotten my appointment and we kind of rushed through the massage, which is the main reason I think I can't give 5 stars here. I was debating whether to go home or find something to do, but my body was sore from the gym, so I searched for nearby massage places. This spot came up as the closest one--and it was also very close to the restaurant--so I decided to walk in. I was helped right away by two very kind ladies and taken into a room almost immediately. I honestly didn't want the massage to end. The therapist really focused on the muscles that were sore from my workout. I was 100% sure I'd be in pain the next day from how deep she worked, but surprisingly, I left feeling relaxed, had a great night's sleep after dinner, and woke up the next morning feeling even better. No soreness at all. They use unscented oil, which is a big plus if you have asthma or allergies. The only downside was that the linens had a slight "stored" smell--like clean laundry that's been sitting in a closet for a while. It wasn't a bad odor, just noticeable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be coming back--probably once a week after one of my gym days to reset

I think it's walk in only, and I guess they were pretty busy when I walked in because I had to wait around 45 minutes. It was nice they gave me a cold bottle of water while I waited because it was pretty warm and stuffy inside. I did full body massage where it's on a table. It's like a mass factory with a handful of rooms and 3-5 massage tables in each room so there was a stranger getting massaged a few feet away. Honestly the table was a little bit hard and my neck afterwards was more stiff than it was before the massage, so it wasn't very comfortable. The woman who massaged me spoke hardly any English and she didn't give me a great massage, half the time she was just pressing against my body, sometimes just pressing against my bones. I've been to other Asian massage/reflexology places where I've received a much better massage, so it's likely just hit or miss based on who you get, but this place definitely charged more than the other places I've gone to. For $60 cash after tip for a mediocre massage that I also had to wait 45 minutes for, it just isn't worth it in my opinion. Disappointed in this experience.

I asked the therapist if she could change the music and she said she couldn't but that she could lower it, which helped.
