We opted for the 30 minute foot massages but we're given a new customer offering for 60 minutes at $5 more ( price difference). Overall, I would say everything was good not terrible but also not great . This establishment is cute, clean. Plenty of parking. Staff is friendly. The massage in itself is OK. We started off with a foot soak and a facial/top of head massage. Which I'm not a fan of . The foot massage in itself lasted about 20 minutes and it was okay, good-ish. There were some light massaging of the lower legs too. Update: over a year later and each visit continues to be the best! Received a postcard in the mail about this place opening and had to try it! Booking online was simple and quick. Located in the mixed use business park just off Redmond Fall-City Road and 180th (aka behind Pomegranate), there was plenty of parking available after 5pm. The space is bright, cheerful (love the pops of yellow!), calm and peaceful with penguins (because happy feet, ha!). I was greeted and given a tour by the owner, which was a lovely touch. There are about 6 private rooms, 2 of which have 2 beds for couples massages, and about 6 beds in the foot spa room. The vibe is peaceful, calm and clean. Kathy gave the me best foot massage ever and I didn't want to leave. Definitely returning for full body and to try everything on the menu! Asked why I didn't book for longer. The therapy room was very clean, low lights to help you relax, music was playing low enough for you to enjoy but also not intrusive. I did a deep tissue and kiddo did a Swedish. They checked in with us on how the pressure was. Kiddo wanted them to go stronger, but since it was his first time and he's so tiny, they advised to wait until his next massage to go stronger so that he wouldn't be overly sore later. Both their 30 minutes and 60 minutes foot massages include body massage and foot/leg massage. I was planning to do a 30-minutes foot massage, but I ended up extending time to do a full hour. If you do a Yelp check-in, it's $45 instead of $60 to do the full hour foot massage! I've jumped ahead. Hehe. Going back to the start, booking was easy. I did the old fashion way and called. They sent reminders via text. The location is part of a larger business complex. Google maps was exactly correct getting me to the front door. Phew. I never would have found it otherwise. The interior is new, clean lines decor, with an approachable vibe. They have two rooms with two beds and four rooms with one bed for the body massages. The foot massages are done in a shared room with 6(?) convertible beds. Ladies, use the bathroom. It's pretty! With soft music playing (apparently, it's lightly jasmine scented too but my allergies nose is malfunctioning), I relaxed as my foot/leg is soaked and lotioned for the massage. Body/thigh part of the massage is done over clothing with a towel on top. My masseuse is Allen. The pressure was just right. I am a pretty high-strung and tense person, so I expected some discomfort. This was my first time at a foot spa and I had an amazing experience! When you walk into the spa, there's a very nice and zen reception area with comfy chairs and tea. Past the reception area, you'll find 6 private rooms (one of which can be used for a couples massage), and the foot spa room. I got their full body massage and felt like a new person afterwards. The spa is located in a commercial building behind Pomegrante Bistro. The parking is plentiful. During my visit, I opted for a one-hour foot massage with Leo, my prior therapist from the event. The foot spa features an open and airy room with a communal space accommodating up to six people, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Despite being in a shared environment, I quickly found myself at ease under the soothing embrace of an aromatherapy towel. Leo was particularly outstanding; his expertise in acupressure techniques worked wonders on my feet, allowing me to fully relax. The loungers are adjustable and spacious. Leo covered me up with a warm body towel and put my feet in warm water. This was a bit awkward as my legs are bigger and I was tilted at an odd angle. Leo provided a gentle neck and shoulder massage, which set the tone for the rest of the treatment. Leo also included some work on my arms and hands before focusing primarily on my feet and legs. The acupressure on my feet was intoxicating, providing deep relief and relaxation--I almost fell asleep. He checked in each time he moved to a new body section asking how the pressure was. Toward the end of the session, Leo asked me to turn over for additional neck and back work. I really enjoyed the work on my lower back and hips. My husband and I recently had foot massages at Cloud 9 in Redmond. As their name implies, we left on Cloud 9. The facility was wonderful - welcoming lobby, calming community massage room, super comfortable massage beds, and clean bathrooms. We really liked getting our massages side-by-side. My husband had Leo and I had Kathy. Both were excellent - good pressure and responsive to our individual bodies. They both seemed really well trained. I liked that the massage started with a foot soak and didn't include just massaging the feet, but back/shoulders/head got attention too. Thanks to other reviews, we were prepared for a cash tip at the end - and both of our people deserved it! Afterwards, we had a cup of tea in the lobby and talked to the friendly receptionist. She was delightful. When I made our reservations, I called the spa and the person who helped me was nice and efficient. Cloud 9 seems to be hiring well. The location is a bit of a drive from where we live (although ample free parking was a bonus), however, there is no doubt we will return. These were the best foot massages my husband and I have had since living in Thailand. And the price was reasonable. I highly recommend. Only thing I would have liked is a changing area outside of the one user bathroom. Still this is minor. A tip for others, have shorts that end above the knee to wear. I had below knee yoga pants, and when pulled up over my knee they were a bit tight. The entrance is a small, fairly nondescript door in the middle of a long warehouse building, but as soon as you enter, you immediately know you're in a spa. The lobby has soothing music, comfortable chairs, complimentary tea, and the most welcoming front desk staff. The foot massage room is spacious and quiet, with relaxing music. Allen was my therapist, and he did a great job and had strong hands, which I appreciated. An hour flew by for sure! I didn't get a full body massage, but did see that they have capabilities for that too with rooms for single and double occupants. The place is family friendly, noting that do couples massages or massages for parents and children of any age. The visit finished with a cup of their delicious tea.
