You'd honestly expect the massages to be mediocre given the price, but they are so good. I was genuinely impressed. The massage was strong, effective, and exactly what I needed--definitely exceeded expectations. I also love how organized they are. Each masseuse has a number, so if you find someone you like, you can easily remember and request them next time. At check-in, they ask how long you want the massage for and which body areas you want them to focus on, which makes the whole experience feel thoughtful and personalized. Amazing value for the quality. This is definitely a place I'll be coming back to regularly. read more

Saw the signs for a $49/hr massage so figured I would give it a try. Overall, it's just a typical Asian massage place. I think it's walk in only, and I guess they were pretty busy when I walked in because I had to wait around 45 minutes. It was nice they gave me a cold bottle of water while I waited because it was pretty warm and stuffy inside. I did full body massage where it's on a table. It's like a mass factory with a handful of rooms and 3-5 massage tables in each room so there was a stranger getting massaged a few feet away. Honestly the table was a little bit hard and my neck afterwards was more stiff than it was before the massage, so it wasn't very comfortable. The woman who massaged me spoke hardly any English and she didn't give me a great massage, half the time she was just pressing against my body, sometimes just pressing against my bones. I've been to other Asian massage/reflexology places where I've received a much better massage, so it's likely just hit or miss based on who you get, but this place definitely charged more than the other places I've gone to. For $60 cash after tip for a mediocre massage that I also had to wait 45 minutes for, it just isn't worth it in my opinion. Disappointed in this experience. read more

Wonderful experience. I was seen right away even though it was 5:00 on a Monday. Amazing massage!

I was having migraines with all the muscle aching so went to this place and the guy who did the 60 minutes full body massage was trying to hard to focus on all the knots on my shoulders and pain on my neck. I felt a bit relieved after the session but might have to go back again. Pricing was great so I tipped even more since he worked hard on making sure the knots are relaxed after the massage. ‍ read more

Service is efficient, price is perfect, place is extremely clean and the massage was fantastic!

You've likely seen the signs along several streets that advertise $45/hour for a massage. Well, their marketing scheme worked, at least, on yours truly because I was intrigued by the low price and had to learn more for myself. Now I know why it's only $45 for an hour. My partner and I visited Relaxing Station on a Saturday afternoon and the place was pretty busy, with regulars waiting for a specific masseuse. You can't make reservations, as it's only a walk-in service. However, there's a screen when you first walk in where you can see what staff is available and how many minutes you may have to wait for that masseuse. Since we didn't care for a specific masseuse, given it was our first time here, my partner and I didn't have to wait for both of us to get a full body massage. We were able to be in the same room together, which was nice. When they showed us to our room and then indicated with hand motions to get on the table, I was confused as to why they wanted us on the table when we didn't remove our clothing yet. When asked about this, my masseuse looked confused, so it seemed he didn't understand English. Whatever. I just went with the flow and that's when I learned it's cheap because the massages are done with your clothes on, so obviously they don't use oil or lotion. After you lay on the table, they put a blanket over you, and then massage you with gloves on. The massage was good for what it was. My masseuse would ask if pressure was okay, which it was and he was friendly. I tend to have sore muscles, so it was nice to get a massage and get some relief for this. The space is clean and staff were friendly. You can choose to do full body, which is done in a separate room from the one you enter. Or you can have a foot massage, which is done in the chairs in the lobby area. They provide you complimentary bottled water and charge $1 for credit card fees. Located across Crossroads Mall by the post office, it's a good spot for a massage if you don't want to spend much. read more

I've had really great experiences at Relaxing Station. All of the therapists I've had there are very skilled, like David, Rui. And their massage techniques are consistently good. You can tell they really know what they're doing. Everyone is also very nice and friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. They have multiple locations and a lot of therapists, but every massage I've had has been great. I definitely recommend Relaxing Station and will keep coming back. read more

Great full body massage with professional technique. I've visited several times and every experience has been positive. The therapist is very skilled, applies the right amount of pressure, and really understands the body. The environment is clean, calm, and comfortable. After each session, I wake up the next day feeling relaxed, open, and much less tense overall. Definitely coming back. read more

Friendly staff, calm ambiance and great massage. Chose the 30m full body massage and extremely reasonable pricing. Will definitely be back!

When I first saw the sign for $45 massages at the side of the road, I was skeptical, but after reading through Google and Yelp reviews, I decided to give it a shot. Before arriving on a Wednesday afternoon, my legs were nice and sore from running and ready for a massage. Parking was easy to find since they had a shared, free parking lot with other businesses. I walked into a building that was shared with other businesses and Relaxing Station's door was easy to find - on the left, right next to the women's bathroom. Bathrooms were super easy to find and didn't require a passcode so I could use it before entering Relaxing Station. Upon entering, I was greeted and asked to fill a form where I just had to put my name down, what kind of massage I wanted (full body, foot massage, etc), number of minutes, and then pressure (which they told me could be changed). After filling out the form, I was immediately taken to a room with 3 massage tables. 2 were occupied by other people getting massaged, so I took the 3rd table. There was no undressing, so the massage is over your clothes. I wore sweats, a t-shirt, and socks and thought that was fine. The massage therapists wear gloves as they massage you. Also despite the massage therapists all being Chinese (Or at least they all spoke Chinese), I didn't hear any language barrier and the non-Chinese speaking clients were able to communicate with their massage therapists. Overall, i thoroughly enjoyed my massage! My legs felt less sore at the end. At the end, they also handed me a bottle of water, which I thought was nice! Be warned, there is a $1 charge for using credit card. I'd definitely return and recommend this place to friends looking for an effective, no frills, cheap-ish, no reservation needed massage. read more

There are several rest stops in the same series in Seattle, and I had the good fortune to visit several of them, each of which left a deep impression on me. The professional team of technicians, the warm, comfortable and clean environment, the considerate service attitude, and every familiar smiling face will make you fall in love with this place in an instant. Choose a project suitable for yourself, relax your body and mind, and feel full of energy after returning to life! I have experienced the techniques of several masseuses, they can find the precise location of pain, can give the appropriate strength, relieve your fatigue, let every cell of your body be released, full of vitality! I strongly recommend everyone to experience it! read more

I was initially skeptical until someone i know raved about it. It's clean, looks legit, run professionally and priced reasonably. While Jason, the therapist, and I may have language barriers (Chinese Mandarin), he paid attention to all my problem areas I had pointed before the start of the session. After my session was over, i felt a lot better than when i entered the facility. So glad to have Relaxing Station as an option to go to in Bellevue. Just in case they didn't mention in the address, Relaxing Station is located in building C. read more

The price has increased to $49/hr as well as the packages. Overall, this place is great for a no appt massage. The only issue is the therapists can be hit or miss. More hit than miss, but don't expect it to be great every time. The frustrating part is the shared rooms and the chatter between the therapists at times. It's hard to relax, but the massage is what you come for. Just don't expect a spa experience and you'll be fine read more

$45 for a 1hr full body massage. You just can't beat that! The space is basic and you may share a room with other guests. I've never been a fan of the spa massages where you get undressed and oiled up so this is perfect for me. They get to working on your muscles and really work out the knots / tension. No res needed, love the hours. read more

Got a very very good full-body massage for $49 (60 minutes). They don't accept appointments (walk-ins only). When I went, there was no wait at all. It's a no-frills place. You don't take off your clothes and you lay on a bed in a room with 3 other beds. So someone else might be beside you getting their massage. Everyone is face down with a large towel over the body, and you are massaged over the towel. There are also chairs in.another area for the chair massage, and foot massage/reflexology. My full body massage was a very very effective massage (I chose number 7 which is the highest pressure). All my back pain got better. Will be going back for sure, because it was relaxing and also therapeutic for my back. read more

While visiting some friends in town, we did so much eating and walking that it warranted a nice foot massage. My friend has been here before and recommended us to try them. They don't take appointments and are walk in only. The three of us came around 6pm on a Friday and didn't have to wait too long, about 20-30 mins. Lisa gave me a 30 min foot massage and she was amazing! We were tight on time, otherwise I would have gotten an hour. Lisa is very good with her pressure and speed. Highly recommend her! read more

I went here based on the number of positive reviews but was quite disappointed. The massage was too rigorous snd not what I raas expecting. Even when I told them to ease down they continued with hard rigorous strokes. Though I always tip I don't like to be asked for one and the masseur demanded a tip. That left a poor taste in my mouth. The only redeeming feature is the place is clean and hygienic. read more

I'm a regular here, coming back almost every week. I often come here to have a massage with my friends or family. It's a simple massage, you don't need to say much, they will help you massage very comfortably, the price is cheap, so don't ask too much, after all, there are not many massages at such a low price now, so I have to be content, a relaxing massage, not a therapeutic massage. Because the massage is comfortable, they should have good tips, I will also recommend it to my friends, we work in front of computers every day, I want to recommend my "patients". We chose a full body massage and they mostly focused on left side of the body, so it hurts a lot now. Also, whenever we asked to go slower, they couldn't understand. And they were asking for tips at the end and the stuff was disrespectful about it because they didn't accept what we wanted to give them. Btw, while massaging us, they allowed themselves to burp read more

The first time i came here 3/14, it was so amazing. Then I came back today 3/16, for the same 60 minute foot massage, and my luck ran out because I got a new therapist apparently. Either he had a hang nail or his nail was protruding because he was painfully piercing my feet and legs with his sharp nail. 3 times I said something, and he just continued. I of course paid and tipped well, but was really disappointed, I had been looking forward to a good massage. read more

I hate to say this, but this is my third time going there and I will never go back again. They need to be trained on how to do massages. The massage was extremely painful. It was not relaxing at all. The person just goes in the same spot over and over again and it hurts. I could not wait to get out of there. also it would be helpful if someone in there spoke English so you could explain what was going on to them. They are nice people, but they need to get trained on how to do a good, relaxing massage. read more

Incredible massage therapists - Jennie, Harry and Ren. Really like the set up. I thought I wouldn't but it hasn't been an issue so far. No appointments, all walk ins. First, the rooms are very clean and there is very little time wasted. Keep your clothes on and they work over your clothes. Seriously, they can massage through the towel and your clothes, it is a NON-Issue. For this price, you can get over it. They are very efficient and normally places waste time in between by waiting to remove clothes and so forth, with this place, you get closer to the 50+ minutes. Second, the location is in a strip mall, Building C and is across from Crossroads Palace Korean Grill. Parking is easy. Third, they offer packages. Even more affordable and you can use it with a friend. Hubby and brother in law really like Jennie, she is very firm, vigorous, and uses forearms and elbows. Ren used forearms on me and was firm, no elbows, and after I felt like I had a sports massage. My shoulders are extremely tight and he worked out the knots. Harry is very smooth and non-jarring. He uses mostly forearm. The therapists rotate between 3 locations: Bellevue, Lynwood, and Bothell. If you want a particular therapist ask Jennie ahead of time. She makes the schedule Sunday night and will have the therapist on the day you go and it is at the right location. FYI: Therapists are referred to by their employee hiring number. The facility interior is newer looking and there is no smell. Some places I've been to in the past have musty smell. Super happy with the staff and will keep coming back. read more

**5 Stars - Fantastic Experience!** Relaxing Station is our go-to place for massages! My husband and I always leave feeling completely refreshed. Clean and reasonable prices. Good system compared with other foot massage place I have been to.

Coming back from my Yelp retirement lol Our friend recommended us this spot because I was looking for a place that was clean, good and had reasonable pricing. I'm so pleased with my experience that I had to write a review about it. I wasn't sure what to expect as this was my first time going to get a massage in Seattle. We we're visiting and wanted to get a massage. I'm going through a recovery stage (surgery was 3 months ago) which I shared with the owner to give them a heads up. The manager/owner effectively communicated this information to my masseuse Lisa and she did a great job making sure I was ok during my one hour massage ($45 combo). Lisa is the best! She was so considerate and did really well going over my knots and stiff areas. I went through this experience not knowing what to expect to leaving adding visit Lisa at Relaxing Station to my list "WHEN IN SEATTLE...". S/o to Lisa and the owner! We will be back! :) read more

It is a really nice place and the price is unbeatable. It is clean and the massage is really good. Now, it is different since they massage you FULLY CLOTHED! Referred by a friend and we've been twice, once for 60 min full body massage and another time for 30 min reflexology + 30 min full body massage combo, which was the best! The staff is professional, courteous and fast; checkin is efficient never had to wait, the place is organized and clean. Obviously can't beat the price and you wouldn't expect a spa, but you get a very thorough and relaxing message! Only thing is staff is mostly male, but it's all full dress massage, no oils, with open tables so no issues. Overall definitely recommend this place for good and efficient massages! read more

Great place for relaxation and great price. No wait ever. Would totally recommend this.

What a great find, and I love how accurate the other reviews are. Came here earlier today, did a combo of 30 mins reflexology and 30 mins full body massage. There is a form that is filled out prior to your service that lets you choose how intense you want the massage to be. 1-10 are the options, I chose 3. The massage therapist was excellent, but I still felt like for choosing a 3, it was a bit too harsh at times. But of course, if you speak up, the intensity can be adjusted to your liking. I decided to tough it out only because I have been having a lot of back pain lately and felt like this would help in the long run. This was my first time getting a fully clothed massage, and I sure did appreciate that. I'm not too fond of all the oils and lotions and felt that this was just perfect and showed the skill level of the therapist. I didn't get to glance at the time but it almost felt like it was 40 mins for my body and 20 mins of the reflexology. I could be wrong of course, but either way I wasn't bothered because I did get a full hour of service. The salon itself is neat and clean and everyone was super nice. Very happy with my time spent today and will be back again next month! read more

What do i start. 1. We called to come in for reflexology for two people, we Water told to come on over. We left west Seattle and head right over. Once we arrived the person we spoke with came to the desk and stated we needed to wait an hour. They looked to be short staffed. 2. After waiting the hour, we finally got into the massage. Again we brought 60 minutes for massage for two. My husbands massage great. My message on the other hand was terrible. Here's why... 3. Shortly after letting our feet soak, the lady doing my massage adored of i wanted something to cover my eyes. I said yes, and she gave me a small towel. It was so small it didn't cover my sites fully after rolling it up a bit. Heres where it gets bad. For the next 45 minutes, while looking under my towel covering my eyes, i see the massage person texting on two phones. Ive never seen any massage place so this. I started getting concerned when she would stay in a certain area for a long time, or letting my feet get really dry, or not paying attention to what she was doing. ITS BECAUSE SHE WAS TEXTING!!! For almost a Full hour. I'm very upset about it and i want them to do it over with another person. I think it's terrible for a business like this to have no one to take care of bookings. Leaving massage techs to have two phones sitting between clients legs to text customers back DURING THEIR PAID MASSAGE. read more
