I had an hour Swedish massage, which was the perfect pressure for me. Stacy was very thorough, literally working my feet up to my scalp, with a lot of focus on my back and neck as that was where I was having pain. The shop was extremely clean and comfortable, and I really appreciate that they take walk ins, which is what my first visit was. I'll be making another appointment soon!

But as someone who travels for work 3-5 times a week, my body takes a beating: stiff joints, poor circulation, and chronic inflammation from Celiac disease. Rita's sessions have genuinely helped me manage all of it. I always leave feeling lighter and less inflamed, and the relief actually lasts. I highly recommend both the cupping and lymphatic drainage sessions, especially if you're dealing with chronic inflammation or a demanding travel schedule. Investing in your health pays off. Rita has become part of how I take care of mine!

She has these incredible "ninja moves" that somehow combine deep pressure with stretching at exactly the right moment. She has an uncanny ability to find the tight spots, release stubborn tension, and restore movement in muscles I didn't even realize were tight. Every massage is therapeutic, relaxing, and incredibly effective. You can tell she really understands how the body works and adjusts each session to what you need that day. You walk in carrying stress and walk out floating. I reached out to her for an emergency meet up at her office if she had any openings that very day, she got me in and out feeling as if I wasn't in pain in the first place! I wasn't sure of the cupping process as nothing seemed to make me feel better in the last 7yrs of trying to ease my pain, all thanks to Stephanie she made it possible and the cupping has helped me! I posted a photo from a day after the cupping session to show where it has done its magic work in the areas I was in pain and needed her help ASAP, I recommend it! Thank you Stephanie!

Yesterday my neck seized up and I needed to get someone to help with it quickly. I messaged Li's Spa late at night, and was surprised to get an answer immediately. They booked me in for early the morning. When I arrived they got me in to a room quickly. I told them I had never been to a spa before, and the receptionist was kind and told me what to do. The room was really nice, and it was dark, peaceful, warm and relaxing. There were covid measures in place, with an air purifier, fresh bed dressings, and an additional cover for the table where my head went. As far as the massage, it was really really wonderful. She responded to my requests for pressure, and communicated with me to make sure I was feeling comfortable. She spent time working on my difficult spots, but also worked the whole body. I dont have anything to compare it to, but I'd say it was really wonderful and I felt so much better afterwards. I was happy she worked on my knots and got some smoothed out. On my way out, the owner was at the front of the shop and offered me water, and a snack to help with the post-massage effects. She was very friendly and warm, and was happy to talk and answer any questions I had. I highly recommend this place, and will definitely go back.
