Got the 60 minute deep tissue massage. Very good experience and definitely worth the price! Stacy did a great job

I had my first ever massage a few weeks ago with Stacy, and loved it. She was very kind and professional guiding me through the process and checking in how I felt throughout. I had an hour Swedish massage, which was the perfect pressure for me. Stacy was very thorough, literally working my feet up to my scalp, with a lot of focus on my back and neck as that was where I was having pain. The shop was extremely clean and comfortable, and I really appreciate that they take walk ins, which is what my first visit was. I'll be making another appointment soon! read more

Really great positive caring . Good quality massage Excellent value I would go again read more

It was very easy for me to schedule a massage for my wife for her birthday. The only thing I didn't know was who the masseuse was going to be. Since it was her very first time visiting, we really didn't know who to choose. There were many five star reviews of this location, so I felt comfortable in picking just the first person available at the time she wanted. All aspects of scheduling went very well. It was a little challenging, trying to find the place, because it is a very non-descriptive front, but once you figure out what you're looking for, it's pretty easy. It did take a moment for the receptionist to come to the door, but I do understand there's other people visiting. From my wife's point of view, she said this was by far one of the best massages she's ever had. She wish she would've had a bit more time to experience the scalp massage, but got a teaser from the masseuse. She plans to go back for that as well as a thorough massage again. Her only negative, was that her room was near the door, where she got to hear all the traffic, coming and going of people to the facility. Thanks for making it a good experience for her, it would be great if you were able to take our insurance and have that covered by them. read more

I've been going here every month for the past 7 months, and each time, it has been such a relaxing and pleasant experience! I have gotten Swedish massage from both Cici and Grace, and they are both very sweet, professional, and exceptional! I am usually picky with getting massages and usually even at much more pricey and fancier places, I am not satisfied. But Cici and Grace know exactly what to do with the right amount of pressure to relieve my stress and muscle pains. They always ask where I would like to focus on and if the pressure and the temperature are good, which I appreciate. I need to come back every month! On top of the top notch service, the place is very clean including the bathroom. They also offer and candies and water at the end. I have been recommending this place to all my friends. I don't even live close by but I think it's so worth it to visit every month. I always leave feeling de-stressed and relaxed! read more

Amazing!!! The massage therapists were incredibly kind, professional and talented. I took my mom here for a birthday treat and they very kindly added a face + scalp massage onto our appointment for free. The environment and everything they used was soothing, the perfect temperature, and smelled lovely. This was also my first massage, and it's safe to say I'm hooked and will absolutely be returning! read more

I had a great massage session and felt much better afterward. The therapist was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. read more

They take walk ins, and the massage was absolutely amazing. I went in for 60 min. I'll be doing 90 next time. May was incredible

Therapist did a great job at tackling some bad knots after a long train ride. Got me back to feeling normal. Looking forward to coming back.

After moving here I haven't found a good massage therapist, but I needed one bad as it helps with my migraines. I'll start with the good first. Leah did a great job. She had great pressure and really got deep into those knots. She recommended adding stones, so I did, which was good, though I don't know if I'd do it again because I don't think it gets deep enough. A couple days later and my migraine has disappeared and hasn't returned. As for the place, it was super clean, cute, and comfortable. Now for the not great. There is no actual waiting room, so after I rang the Ring I waited outside about 10-12 minutes before being let inside. I'm sure it's a safety thing, but I imagine on a poor weather day, this could get miserable. Now for the only reason I didn't give full stars. On their website it says you'll be charged a 20% service charge automatically that won't show on the list price or deposit. Which is fine by me, having friends and family in the beauty and service industry I get it. However, when I went to pay a tip screen pulled up and I skipped it, because of what I had read. She then looked and me and said, "No tip?" I then felt embarrassed and frustrated because even if I wasn't leaving a tip, it's off putting to ask about it, and more importantly I felt like she thought I was rude even though I was just going off the website's information. Due to my embarrassment and uncomfortableness at the end, I probably won't go back. But I am still giving 4 stars because they did a great job and the place is clean. read more

Stacy was awesome and is one of the best massage therapists I've ever had. She did a deep tissue massage. I highly recommend!!

Beautiful, calming space and phenomenal staff. Great massages and the prices are reasonable. I recommend!

This is a great massage place in downtown Redmond. They are welcoming and pretty flexible and offer walk-ins, although I highly recommend booking ahead! It is reasonably priced and offers package bundles that offer great deals. I highly recommend Cici. She is experienced and has great technique. In summary, Butterfly is a great local business that delivers a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. read more

Today I got a 90 minute pregnancy massage with Leah and it was amazing! As soon as I walked in the staff was very friendly. During the massage I was so relaxed. Occasionally you could hear people talking but I was too relaxed to care. I'm from out of town so other reviews helped me decide where to go and I'm glad I went here! Would go again for sure. read more

Great massage place with cozy environment, great service, friendly staffs, and good value!

My partner and I were refunded for our massage and asked to take our reviews down (they did not ask me to edit my review, as they state in there response, they continued to harass my partner with phone calls to the point she had to block their number). It is unethically to delete my review especially when I was injured from the massage. I wish other people kept their review up so I knew this place wasn't safe for me. My partner and I booked a deep tissue 90 minute massage. The massage person did not ask what areas to focus on or if we had previous injuries!! I had 2 hips surgeries and was not expecting to have my hips compressed into my chest (I have FAI and this is one of the worst things you can do!) during a deep tissue massage. My hips are still hurting 4 days later with 9/10 pain the day of the massage and day after. She spent 20 minutes of the deep tissue massage pulling my hair and scratching my head. I was in pain but didn't feel comfortable/was unable to speak to say stop. After that she immediately touched my face with the oil from my hair and the massage getting it on my face! She then spent 20 minutes using her elbow on my upper traps pinching my muscle between her elbow bone and my scapula bone I tried to wiggle away from it but she kept going. She continued to massage other bones like my spine, especially my cervical spine on the spinous processes. I still have bad upper neck and upper traps pain after this. The other 50 minutes of the massage was literally her rubbing her arms on my legs and back with light pressure. At the end they make you pay in-front of them and it prompts you to give them a 20% tip which I was not comfortable with and I honestly wasn't comfortable paying for the "massage" but felt pressured by them. read more

This is our fave, go-to massage place. Best deep tissue massage service ever. Prices are reasonable, parking is relatively easy, and they just recently redecorated their interior and we love what they've done. We've had several masseuses and they are all good. Highly recommend! read more

I was venturing for a new massage place and came across this one on Yelp. The ratings looked good so I thought I would give it a try. The massage person I had was okay. They asked me about areas I would like them to focus or target areas as I booked a deep tissue 90 minute session. They were able to apply pressure, but the technique was not the best. I'm not sure if they are licensed massage therapist as the technique was more of a pushing and rubbing over areas with pressure, and sometimes hitting my bones, rather than focusing on the muscle tissue, tendons, or fascia. Upon check out I was paying cash and they showed me a screen with my payment remaining with 20% tip added as I already put a deposit to hold my appointment. I gave my payment and they kept looking at me as I owed more. Being not satisfied with the massage experience and wanting to get home so I could shower off tons of oil used, I gave an additional $20, which gave them a 40% tip. Shame on me for being pressured and not carefully thinking things through. As I read more carefully through the reviews I have seen others have had the same experience as myself. From the massage to the experience of settling your bill of being pressured to tip more. I don't think I will return here even with their service being okay. This place would be good for those looking to just release tension and not address target areas. Also, think things through when checking out as they will catch you and you will end up spending way more for a massage that could have been done at a place where you would have received a better experience. Update: 11/22/23 The manager called and explained that the person who took my payment was trying to calculate as I was checking out and offered to refund me the tip. While I appreciate the manager calling and explaining the situation while offering a full refund, I do understand they are running a business and the service was provided even thought the technique was not a deep tissue method. read more

I got the best massage spa here! I booked my first appointment with Cici, she's so friendly and professional. I fell asleep in the middle of session because I feel so relaxed. The spa is clean, they change the sheets every customer, no fouls smells. It's quiet and convenient. Definitely recommend this. read more

great job, great price. no complaints. I book apps and just pick any masseuse available and always get great service

Well.. I've called several times, no response. I had made a complaint. I scheduled my husband a massage and the course of his entire massage, the masseuse was talking to the other person she was training. We were not told ahead of time that she would be training someone during the massage. We were refunded for this. I mentioned we would be back because I enjoy the massages and want to give it another try. Since then I have been ignored. Disappointing. read more

Amazing massage! Definitely recommend! Booked an hour massage for same day and they were able to accomodate us.

Very great experience here! The pressure was just right for the 90 minute Swedish massage.

Great place fast friendly affordable everything was as it should have been. I left feeling rejuvenated.

I was offered another massage free of charge with another therapist and they did not disappoint! Apparently, the therapist who had me was brand new out of school and was still being trained. I actually think they should be transparent with customers if that's the case, so that we can decide if we want to book with a more experienced therapist, or potentially give the new one a try (and at a lower rate). Regardless, the redo was a good experience and I had all of my muscle tension addressed. It was a night & day experience. I will book again. read more

This is my second visit to the Ananya Spa. I saw Bronson for a Lomi Lomi Massage and added on MANA oil. The facility is beautiful and cozy. The staff so friendly and welcoming. I have to say I have had many massages from various places. I have some unruly knots in my lower back that no one has ever been able to work out before, but Bronson did. I feel so fantastic after this visit I'm looking forward to booking with him again. Great work. read more

Amazing! I normally get Thai massages, but today my partner and I got deep tissue massages- and I must say, it was definitely worth it! Clean. Professional. And they know to cover all the areas that need work. I think the pricing was very reasonable as well. I would definitely come back and recommend. read more

So far I've had two excellent massages here. This place is very much no frills, not fancy but their technique is excellent. The last massage was a couples massage and the reason for a missing star is the noise level- the couples massage room is right next to the entrance door, where people outside will gather, the workers will also talk and there was a phone dinging (I'm assuming for appointments). It was very difficult to relax. None of the rooms are soundproof at all and in fact are open on the top so you can hear EVERYTHING. Unfortunately harder to enjoy a massage when you're startled repeatedly. read more

I'm a tense, anxious person and this was my first full body massage. Ms. Cici was wonderful! She was kind and walked me through what I needed to do and checked in. The bed and blankets were nice and warm. My body felt so much lighter afterwards and I didn't feel the tension in my shoulders anymore! As some reviews have pointed out, it's a small place and sound does carry, so you can hear people come in and out the front. But if you're someone who doesn't need complete quiet it should be ok. The other ladies were also nice and they gave me a pack of reusable straws, which was kind and useful. read more

I just had an amazing massage with Grace! She listened to my focus areas and checked in multiple times on pressure which I appreciated. Also the new remodel looks so good. Butterfly massage is my fave read more

I usually go for Rita. She is very nice person and gives you strong deep tissue massage. Hot steam towel gives you refresh feeling after. I have been stop going to see chiropractor after I found this place but coming maybe once in two months. One massage is good for me to live without pain for two month. Find Rose if Rita is full. Rose worked really long time at clinic so she knows the pain points and also strong as Rita. They use coconut oil. The price range is acceptable. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for really strong deep tissue massage. It is already famous place along tech guys. Set up your appointment today! They now have a $10 discount promotion until March 30th, 2018, if you show your yelp app. Don't forget to check in. read more
