Nice, clean, warm, simple, but inviting atmosphere. The masseuse was pleasant and super friendly (wish I would've got her name, I think she's the owner??)... she's tiny but mighty. Every knot and tense neck and shoulder and back muscle is now smooth and relaxed. She did some stretching and dynamic movements on me which was also amazing. I don't know how her thumbs and hands aren't aching, because she was amazing. I honestly can't believe she's not booked up 24/7... wish I was local and could come here weekly. I paid via Zelle and showed confirmation that the payment was processing, including the notification and account details. I also offered to follow up shortly to confirm once it cleared, as I needed to leave to pick up my daughter. Instead, I was repeatedly told to stay and wait. I was then followed outside, and the staff member actually got into my car to prevent me from leaving. I had to physically ask her to get out of my car. Shortly after, the payment went through as expected. I understand wanting to confirm payment, but this situation was handled in a way that felt extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable -- especially toward a long-time customer who was clearly trying to pay.
