This shop has been around for many years, so the decor is not brand new, but the focus has always been on skill, cleanliness, and real results. It's a place I trust and will keep coming back to.

There was a bad smell in the room and the sheets & towels didn't really feel clean. The price of 50$ an hour was fair . I will not come back because I didn't feel better after this massage.

It's like a mass factory with a handful of rooms and 3-5 massage tables in each room so there was a stranger getting massaged a few feet away. Honestly the table was a little bit hard and my neck afterwards was more stiff than it was before the massage, so it wasn't very comfortable. The woman who massaged me spoke hardly any English and she didn't give me a great massage, half the time she was just pressing against my body, sometimes just pressing against my bones. I've been to other Asian massage/reflexology places where I've received a much better massage, so it's likely just hit or miss based on who you get, but this place definitely charged more than the other places I've gone to. For $60 cash after tip for a mediocre massage that I also had to wait 45 minutes for, it just isn't worth it in my opinion. Disappointed in this experience.

While the initial interaction with the owner was pleasant when discussing the massage, things took a turn when my husband and I requested female masseuses or a cancellation. The owner's attitude became extremely rude during the refund process. I was trying to assist, but she dismissed me with a brusque 'I know what I'm doing; I've been doing it for a long time.' Nice, clean, warm, simple, but inviting atmosphere. The masseuse was pleasant and super friendly (wish I would've got her name, I think she's the owner??)... she's tiny but mighty. Every knot and tense neck and shoulder and back muscle is now smooth and relaxed. She did some stretching and dynamic movements on me which was also amazing. I don't know how her thumbs and hands aren't aching, because she was amazing. I honestly can't believe she's not booked up 24/7... wish I was local and could come here weekly. I was then followed outside, and the staff member actually got into my car to prevent me from leaving. I had to physically ask her to get out of my car. Shortly after, the payment went through as expected. I understand wanting to confirm payment, but this situation was handled in a way that felt extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable -- especially toward a long-time customer who was clearly trying to pay.
